[Suggestion] Customizable Emoticon Pallete

Is it possible to make the Emotions to the right (Like the selection you see without clicking on "More") customizable?

Like basically "Favouriting" our favourite emoticons for easy access. Not sure if it's possible...But it would be a cool thingy.
