Description: Modeled after a pair of short blades forged by a revered pair of blacksmiths, Kanshō & Bakyua (Alter) are a pair of bayoneted modular twin hand cannons, styled after the concept of Yin and Yang. Kanshō, the black Yang blade, is covered in a red hexagonal pattern, and Bakuya, the white Yin blade, has the glistening haze of a cloud. Both hand cannons possess a modular frame, allowing the user to manipulate the "structure" of both, within reason. For example, the user can make the barrel of the gun longer, or the chamber wider, allowing for a larger "caliber" of shot, or simply adjust the angle for the handles, allowing them to be "flipped" into a state similar to that of short-swords, or even "combine" both hand cannons to become one "gun". Naturally this allows the bayonet blades to be used in conjunction with Kenjutsu techniques the user is able to perform, again within reason due to the size of the blades. However, when the hand cannons are combined, as the bayonet blades line up to form one singular "blade", they can be used in conjunction with any Kenjutsu techniques the user has, and can perform. This modular frame ultimately results in multiple "firing modes", each with their own pros and cons. They are as follows;

  • Single Fire Mode: The standard configuration, Single Fire allows each Hand Cannon to shoot 1 B-Rank Chakra projectile per turn, with the nature of Chakra dependent on the kind the user supplies the Hand Cannon with. Naturally each projectile fired from each hand cannon consumes the equivalent amount of Chakra used, each individual usage counts as one of the user's 3 Jutsu per turn, all projectiles travel as fast as the average Lightning Release projectile, and this is the same for all subsequent firing modes as well.
  • Burst Fire Mode: A weaker, but more versatile firing mode, Burst Fire is similar to Single Fire, however it allows the user to infuse each Hand Cannon with up to 3 different types of Chakra projectile, with each being equivalent to a E-Rank Jutsu. The ability to fire multiple shots, and of different natures, comes at the expense of overall weaker shots, making them easier to negate through damage mitigation.
  • Spread Shot Mode: By connecting their barrels, the user can "combine" Kanshō & Bakuya together into one singular "gun", one with the appearance, and function, of a single-barrel sawed-off shotgun. By combining the two guns together, they achieve a higher damage output than either can on their own, resulting in a "buckshot" of sorts. This results in a Chakra projectile of A-Rank which can only reach targets within Short Range. Should the shot miss, the user can still utilize the "kickback" from the virtual shotgun blast to perform a Kenjutsu strike, utilizing the recoil to their advantage, resulting in a passive, freeform B-Rank physical Kenjutsu strike.
  • AMR Mode: By connecting their barrels, like with Spread Shot, the user combines Kanshō & Bakuya (Alter), though in this case they also extend their barrels, creating a much longer weapon, and in the process, convert the pair into a long-range, high powered "Anti-Material Rifle". Between the combined power, and the longer barrel resulting in a more powerful, accurate weapon, AMR mode is capable of firing an S-Rank Chakra projectile as far as, and beyond Long Range, and within the WSE specifically, can target enemies as far as the user themselves can sense, up to a max radius of 2 adjacent Landmarks.
On both Kanshō and Bakuya, there is a unique seal applied to the side of each gun's frame. The Kanji "無名", or "Nameless Phantasm" is faintly visible to the naked eye. When Chakra is channeled into the Seal, it activates, passively filling the length of the barrel of Kanshō/ Bakuya with a unique barrier. After the seal has been activated, Kanshō/ Bakuya can fire a unique Chakra projectile that, as it passes through the barrel, and by extension the barrier, is inscribed with a unique sealing formulae that gives off a strong purple aura and, upon contact with an external physical medium, unseals its contents. The contents of the seal are rather simple; a vast number of blades. If this projectile makes direct contact with a living being, after breaking through the skin, the sealed swords , piercing through bone and flesh with relative ease, dealing untold damage to the affected body part(s). When making impact on anything else, such as the ground or similar surface, the swords burst forth over a 5m range, potentially harming anyone within this area, dealing damage equivalent to an A-Rank physical Kenjutsu if hit, otherwise they simply linger on the field as simple weapons with no special properties of their own, that can be drawn and used as though they had always been there. Unlimited Lost Works is considered an S-Rank Raw Chakra Jutsu in terms of cost, damage (excluding the aforementioned example of "missing"), etc, and costs 1 of the user's moves to fire the projectile. Finally, once activated, Unlimited Lost Works cannot be performed for 3 turns.

Note: The Chakra natures that can be infused into both hand cannons is only limited by the types of Chakra the user themselves have access to, including Raw Chakra, Basic 5 Elements, Advanced Elements, Custom Elements, etc.
Note: Changing Firing Modes is a passive action, but can only be performed once per turn per hand cannon.
Note: Unlimited Lost Works can be performed a max of twice per battle, once per hand cannon.

Declined: A couple things about this, for your burst fire mode. It's not possible to shoot the bullets with multiple natures at once because that would require you to manipulate both elemental natures at once (which is typical of a CE but doesnt apply here). Second, your spreadshot mode, that B rank freeform thing isn't gonna fly. If it's freeform is going to default at a rankless 5 damage. Thirdly, you arent sniping people across landmarks with this. Also wouldnt the missing of Unlimited Works hit you also? - Daemon

Trace On: This is the primary ability for Kanshō & Bakuya, and stems from their modular frame, allowing the user to alter aspects of the Hand Cannons to suit a variety of weapon configurations. For example, the user can change the barrel of a gun to make it longer, or the chamber wider allowing for a larger "caliber" of shot, or even "combine" both hand cannons to become one larger "gun". This allows Kanshō & Bakuya (Alter) to take on the form and function of any other Gun-based Scientific Ninja Tool Weapon the user possesses, or otherwise has access to. As a result, the Hand Cannons take on the general appearance and abilities of the "Traced" Gun, while retaining the Hand Cannon's Blades (where applicable), as well as their ability to select their projectiles Chakra Nature. "Traced" factors include the weapons Rank, Range, costs, restrictions, etc, including those of that weapons own separate abilities. Only one Weapon can be Traced at a time, which means if the user Traces another singular pistol-type weapon, only one or the other of either Kanshō or Bakuya can be modified to suit that particular weapon, not both, nor can the user have both Kanshō & Bakuya Trace different weapons at the same time, unless they fall under a single "Weapon". Additionally, the user can have have one Weapon applied to Kanshō & Bakuya (Alter) within their Biography by default, and allows them to enter combat with the Hand Cannon's actively Tracing that weapon if they wish. The user can perform "Trace On" a max of thrice per battle, which each consuming one of their 3 Jutsu per turn, and applying one to the user's biography counting as a usage. Finally, while the Hand Cannons are "Traced", the user can passively undo "Trace On", reverting Kanshō & Bakuya back to their original state. While Trace On is active, the user cannot user Unlimited Lost Works. Trace On, lasts a maximum of four turns before having to revert back to its original state.

(Hōnetto no Kamen) Mask of the Hornet

Description: Featuring a striking black and yellow design, and an even more striking design that intends to strike fear into the hearts of those in it's sights, the Mask of the Hornet is a supplementary helmet designed for an assassin of little renown. With a built-in air filter based on the breathing apparatus found within Samurai Helmets, it protects it's wearer from airborne attacks, such as poisons, and more specifically, the effects that come from breathing them in. The filter has the additional effect of obscuring the user's voice, masking it by distorting it to be unrecognizable. Next, from the back of the helmet sprout a number of black wires, which have a sensor at the tip of each. These naturally rest on the user's back or shoulders, and work akin to a heart rate monitor, reading medical information about the user when worn, which is then fed into a visor found within the Mask. The visor itself is made of shatter-resistant glass, and encapsulates the entire frontal portion of the mask, which from an external perspective appears to be composed of a carbon-fiber-like material. The visor features a head-up display of the aforementioned medical information, such as their heart rate, Health, Chakra, etc, allowing the user to keep direct tabs on their own condition. Finally the Mask houses a wireless connection unit, that utilizes Wi-Fi to connect to the Noticeboard, displays all important information, especially those regarding Bounties, but also Announcements, etc. When viewing persons through the Mask, it automatically records their face, and then compares it to a regularly updated database of Bounties, taken from the Ninja World Noticeboard. When a successful match is found, universally known information regarding the target, such as their name, Clan, Ninja World affiliation (if applicable), and especially their bounty. All are displayed on the Mask's HUD, designed not to intentionally obstruct the user's view by appearing in the peripheral of the visor.

Approved. Note that you'd only have access to Noticeboard posts that are intended for everyone with this mask, so it doesn't really confer any benefits. Likewise, only information posted in the bounty itself can be gained through the mask. So if the bounty doesn't include that the target is an Uchiha, then the mask won't tell you that either. Basically, you don't gain any access to information that you wouldn't already have with this mask otherwise.

Description: Sensci is a mini bot structured to mimic a chinchilla in form. Created and honed by one with a magnetism AE, the mini bot is designed to aid its user in battle via its special abilities related to earth's magnetic field the bot is linked to. Draining chakra from it's user to fuel the aforementioned skill, the magnetic field Sensci is linked to spans Long range around the user in battle, also encompassing the landmark the user is within when in the NW, and allows the bot to feel physical movement within this realm like a radar. Sensci can then relay that information to the user, whose person the bot must stay in connection with, via a Mors code language which may just seem like normal rodent squeaks to outsiders. Sensci has a unique passive ability which is activated whenever its user uses the Shadow Clone technique, but only takes effect if the user has a Tracking Specialty.

-Sensci is equipped with a unique linking system that's only compatible with its own format that when cloned with the user via the Shadow Clone technique allows the bot to link with itself, acting as a visual/sound recorder system, and amplify its connection to the Earth's magnetic field. For every clone the user creates the mini bot boosts the user's Tracking Specialty by +.25, capping out at +1, as the mini bots act as beacons that relay information to each other allowing the clones to have a closer connection.

At the cost of a move Sensci is able to perform a special iron sand jutsu via using the user's chakra.

Manipulating a source of iron sand within the sphere of Sensci's field, the mini bot can create a hardened, dense balled up chinchilla of iron sand that resembles the shape of sphere with a fluffy tail. The jutsu is defensive in nature and can range in size depending on the source amount, but can never exceed 10m in dimensions. The chinchilla is even able to be formed around the user, encapsulating them, serving as a full defense. Being A rank in durability this jutsu costs 30 chakra to initiate and can be used 3x per battle with a 1 turn cooldown, however, use of this ability disables Sensci's sensing abilities for the remaining turn as well as the next.

Although heavy, the magnetic properties of the Tekkyū's shell helps the tool easily defy gravity which also attribute to the devices swift movement when in use (matching the user's), and can be passively moved by its user once used in non-aggressive manners. Costing a move the tool can be used as a guided offensive projectile controlled by the user, although the tool must start from at least 3m away from a target in order to build up enough momentum before striking. The Tekkyū weaponized tool comes with two special features that can be activated individually at the cost of a move.

Būsuto: requiring no chakra to be activated but instead is activated by a unique 1 handed hand seal, upon doing said hand seal the Tekkyū will amplify the magnetic field within short range of itself subsequently boosting offensive iron sand techniques within that realm. Keijō: activated by spending 30 chakra, this feature allows the user to coat the Tekkyū in iron sand creating an armor around the tool which takes on a humanoid shape with beastly qualities. After forming said shell the tool activates its magnetic features and keeps the iron sand armor together becoming sentient as it also gains a mind of its own to attack following the user's will. The iron sand armor is A ranked and add +20 damage to Tekkyū who now becomes sentient for 3 turns |>When overpowered, tool becomes inactive for 3 turns |>Or tool has a 3 turn cooldown after completion, where it becomes inactive and falls to the ground |>Cannot be used with Busuto

Declined: The Bolded section is a hard no. Also since you are calling this a weapon tool are you saying you want this to take up a Custom Weapon slot? Also the boost you want for Busuto is gonna have to require chakra as well. - Daemon

The armor around the tool can be made no bigger than 5m as a whole, and ultimately lasts for 3 turns.

Description: The builder bot is a black rectangular shaped box the size of a modern cellphone. Lacking offensive and defensive capabilities, the bot is entirely supplementary in its nature. The user attaches it to other gadgets or technologies either by attaching it manually or by having the builder bot hover at lightning speed towards its intended target.

On reaching the intended target, the builder bot would fuse itself to the intended technology and fulfill one of 2 purposes depending on the user's command. For the user's or ally's tech such as Autonomous Puppets, drones etc the bot serves as a power booster working with the same principle as the chakra transfer technique albeit for technology. When the technology performs a jutsu/ability, the builder bot would passively infuse more chakra(+10) into it to make the technique stronger (+20 damage /+1 rank or effectiveness).

If it is attached to a foreign tech, the builder bot would integrate itself into the technology's system making it impossible to detach/damage it without damaging the technology it's attached to in the process, while attached it would passively infuse +10 chakra into the enemy technology's body when it's about to perform a jutsu/abilities. The chakra would be used to reduce the effectiveness of the opponent's tech jutsus (-20 damage/ -1 rank or effectiveness)

The builder bot itself possesses a 200 chakra battery but it can passively sap chakra from the technology it attaches itself to in order to refill its own battery.

Note:

- The buff/nerf is passive and doesn't count as a move
- Due to the nature of cyborgs themselves, both of the builder bot's purposes can be used on the cyborg's body although boosting their own techniques using the builderbot costs a move.
- Once fused to an enemy tech, the builder bot fully integrates into the enemy tech and therefore can't be removed without damaging itself and the enemy tech(80 damage to both)
- The user can at any point perform a single handseal to detonate the builder bot by overloading its chakra. The damage of the explosion depends on the chakra in the builder bot's battery (161 - 200 chakra causes F rank explosion. 121 - 160 chakra causes S rank explosion. 81 - 120 chakra causes A rank explosion. 41 - 80 chakra causes B rank explosion and 1 - 41 causes C rank explosion). The explosion is elementally neutral and is capable of leaving a 30 meter radius crater.

- Takes 1 of the user's Scientific Ninja Tools and must be stated in bio.
- The user carries 2 of these however only one can be used on the user's/ally's tech.

Declined: Okay for one, the chakra battery part doesn't need to be there. Second bolded, why would it take 80 damage to destroy your A rank tool? The opponent if they wanted to destroy their own tool to get rid of your tech should follow the requirements it takes to destroy their own tool. i.e even if you infuse your tech into it, if their takes 15 damage to destroy, it will follow that. Third, how can you say the cellphone has no offensive capabilities then drop an offensive capability in the notes section? Remove that part entirely. - Daemon

While most of the world developed using technology, a small cut off corner of civilization found an alternate spirce of power to use to evolve and create their technology. Steam power created wonders and allowed the civilization to flourish as much as any other technological society.
The user custom fits their technology to work based off a small fuel cell within the technology itself. This cell is two small seals placed opposite each other. Should the user wish if they have this in their biography they are capable of summoning steampunk animals from their contracts. These animals follow the same rules, and still have the same abilities (following logical laws and reasoning. Eg snakes can have a container of venom inside their body and use needle like injectors to still use venom based techniques). Summoning work on a battery based system where they can only be activated for the 4 turns they are summoned before dispersing or powering down.

-If used for Ninja Tools other than Summonings, then it will have the same amount of uses logically, having the appropriate battery life. This does not extend or shorten uses or length of activations.

-Summonings still last the same time as they normally would, either 4 turns normally or indefinite if a specialty.

A simple small backpack type tool, this has several protrusions along the shoulder blade joints that stick out. From these the user can eject chakra to create wing like creations, that allow the user to float gently and softly. Within the backpack are rechargeable solar batteries that can hold 50 chakra.
The wings themselves are able to launch the user in a direction with a cost of 10 per range, meaning 10 for short, 20 for mid and 30 for long. At the cost of 10 chakra per turn the user can keep the wings active to float.
As a the battery itself cannot be charging while in use, meaning that while active it cannot recover chakra.
Notes:
-Should the user wish, they can funnel their own chakra into the tool. Activation of the pack will cost a move, however maintaining for floating is considered passive.
-Activation of wings can only be activated every other turn, meaning once activated it takes a turn to cool down before being activated again.

Shooter is a Black Motorcycle, There are two designs available to the user and it can be either a Sportbike or a Cruiser. The Design and Blueprint is coded into a Seal and Tattooed onto the user so that it can be summoned at any time with 40 Chakra. Inherent to all vehicles; in battle it’s speed is that of 3x base Jounin and has 80 HP, there is also a 20% Travel reduction time between landmarks. The rider of Shooter can ride the Motorcycle and have one hand free, capable of wielding a weapon like they are riding upon a horse and can perform melee attacks as such. When performing Melee weapon attacks whilst riding the bike, as long as it’s through the hand / arm movement of the user they gain an active damage boost of 20 due to the high speed of riding the motorcycle whilst also performing a (for example) passing slicing attack with a blade, as long as the weapon is tangible and is being wielding by the user upon striking the target. Taijutsu is excluded. The user can perform hand seals or two handed movements but only when travelling in a linear direction.

Shooter can travel across most terrain, even water. It rides well across bumpy surfaces and can passively go into “float” mode the wheels rotating the side becoming hover engines across deadly and dangerous terrain like Lava and acid without the user being harmed through direct contact. Riding a Motorcycle allows the user to make acrobatic movements, using a move per turn the Vehicle can react on it's own to incoming danger similar to how it automatically reacts to driving upon dangerous terrain emitting sensory nodes from the middle of it's wheels. The Bike reacts by temporarily speeding up, powersliding, tilting their bike low to the side or perform a stoppie/wheelie etc, to avoid attacks - because of its ability to move across most terrains, Shooter can ride upon certain jutsu. Within Reason. For Example if someone was to attack the user with a winding earthen Dragon, they can use this move per turn to dodge out of it’s way as it crashes into the ground and then drive up onto the earthen pillar, riding up across it’s surface towards the opponent. Doesn’t matter if they go upside down the bike will stick to the surface like shinobi walking upon trees. Another viable example is if the user is riding up the foot of a Giant Earth Golem. As long as the technique is solid or liquid and not energy. However, this ability to ride on solid/liquid techniques can only be used up to 5 times per battle, with a two turn cool down in between usages.
  • Can be summoned 3 times per arc, only one active at a time
  • Shooter's Auto-Evasive Movement has a two turn cooldown.

Anesidora is a Camera that comes with two Bangles that are worn on each of the user’s wrists. The Bangles act like “printers” for the user, capable of creating light copies (colour custom to user, cannot be invisible) of solid chakra Tools and Weapons that the user has photographed previously. The user can passively create freeform standard tools and weapons in their hands from the Bangles and they always look like solid chakra “wireframes” of the weapons or tools they’re mimicking; the user can substitute tools in techniques with this version of the weapons. If they’re Kunai, Shuriken, Metal Cards or small thrown tools like that any amount can be created around the user - larger weapons like swords are created in the hand. Even though they’re “wireframe” chakra copies, they act like the standard weapon they’re mimicking. These tools can have seals placed or already placed on them, the kanji or pattern take a wireframe look as well.

The real usage of this technique however is that this Camera stores the memory of Jutsu as well. The User can look through the Camera lense and can take a picture of a shape manipulated technique, examining the taken Jutsu and it’s structure in a Three-Dimensional shape and what abilities/strength it possesses and will store or print a copy for the user whether it be projected out from the bracelets or from the front of the Camera itself until formed and performs/sustains on it’s own - a Chakra deduction is made which reflects the amount of chakra inputted into the taken technique. The created constructs will also have a Wireframe effect made purely of Chakra that is neutral to everything, the Wireframe construct can do what it’s original could do but instead of an “Earth Entity” firing “Earth spikes” it would be a Wireframe entity with a similar appearance firing “Wireframe Spikes” that can stab targets. If the printed entity can perform elemental jutsu up to a certain rank, this is replaced with Wireframe Constructs from the ground or their own body (Which are down to the user’s imagination) up to that certain rank, relevant chakra for the chosen rank construct much be deducted still (30 for A-Rank, 40 for S-Rank). The Construct lasts until a new Construct is made, sustained by the Camera which stores 300 Chakra Points, deducting 10 per turn that a construct is active.

Note: The user can have two of their own jutsu chosen to be “stored” in Anesidora. Posted with this technique in the relevant Technology and Artefact section or posted at the beginning of a Fight.
Note: The Copied Jutsu can be from the user or the opponent, they can be summons, entities or creations. Their strength is the same and their abilities are mimicked through Wireframe meshes (Within reason) which are neutral to everything. Unless they have unique abilities which cannot be copied as it's impossible for a Wireframe construct to use Yin parasites for example or to utilise absorption in any way.
Note: The user can take a Picture three times per battle, but only have one Construct on a field active at a time. When a Construct is destroyed it cannot be used again unless taken a Picture of again.

Declined: See this was cool until I read the second paragraph and on. This basically allows you to copy any technique within reason allowing you to use it for yourself. You also mention that it'd have the same strength which is a hard no. If anything it's strength would be equivalent to the rank of the technique. If I were gonna allow you to store a technique, it'd be only one technique not two. Let it be noted that it doesn't copy the speed of a technique either. 300 chakra points is also too high. I'd say either halve it or greatly increase the chakra drain from the camera. - Daemon

This blade will have S ranked power and obey any S/W of the element used. The blade itself and the crossguard is made of the element giving it a functional advantage in terms of defense. The blade will cost a move slot to be used in an offensive or defensive manner, when used as such it carries 80 damage.

The gun has two types of rounds it can fire but both of them are purely composed out of lightning chakra. The gun has two different types of rounds that are all loaded in the magazine at all times but cannot be fired more than once per round. The first round is called explosive rounds, dealing 80 damage in total but is split into 40-40 whereas 40 damage is inflicted on contact where the bullet actually lands and the other 40 damage is spread up to mid-range in an omni-directional burst where the bullet ended up. This type of bullet is made up by fire chakra.
The second type of bullet is the armor piercing bullet, consisting of typhoon (or wind if the user cannot use typhoon) chakra it is extremely sharp but also very small. This bullet causes 80 damage and can penetrate up to S rank targets which are neutral to typhoon/wind. Up to forbidden if weak towards wind or typhoon. This bullet will continue through a target unless they carry armor(up to A rank) and hit whatever is behind it as well(directly behind that is and in the bullets trajectory).

Description: Hawkmoon is a heavy-duty modernized high caliber chakra gun with Silver/black thorn patterns and an imprinted feather on its barrel. The gun has two types of elemental rounds it can fire and are able to be super charged with a users Yin or Yang chakra. These rounds are all loaded in the magazine, but the user has to supercharge the gun themselves using Yin or Yang chakra. But, there are also another application these supercharged bullets can be used, and that is on friendly fire. This carries a certain bonus towards any ally or themselves the user shoots and is directly tied to the properties of Yin and Yang respectfully. The first round is called explosive rounds, dealing 80 damage in total but is split into 40-40 whereas 40 damage is inflicted on contact where the bullet actually lands and the other 40 damage is spread up to mid-range in an omni-directional burst where the bullet ended up. This type of bullet is made up by fire chakra. If this bullet becomes super-charged by the users Yang chakra, it will deal much more damage(up to 140) with a 70/70 split following the same rules of the explosive round. However, that's not all. Upon being infused with Yang, the bullet carries a certain sort of sentience and might track a target if they move. It's the users tracking speed that allows the bullet to eventually catch up with a target. Of course the bullet can be neutralised by traditional means but it makes avoiding it much more difficult.
If the user shoots themselves with this bullet or an ally, it will imbue the same sensation of being healed by Touch of the Sun and grants the same healing.

If this bullet becomes super-charged by the users Yin chakra, it deals not physical damage but rather inflicts a powerful genjutsu on its targets while itfollows the same basic rules as that of the wind/typhoon bullet in terms of armor piercing. However, at this point the bullet remains elemental neutral in clashes and armors and can thus be harder to deflect. Because Yin is also a part of this wind bullet, it carries the properties of Yin with it, which makes the bullet being embedded in a powerful genjutsu as stated previously. This genjutsu will manifest in a target(s) and make them feel like where the bullet essentially hits them, all their vital organs will fall out from the bullet hole(while in reality this doesn't happen) and as they do, they lose consciousness. This genjutsu is very powerful but can be broken by any traditional means following the strategy needed to break from an S-ranked Yin-infused genjutsu.
If the super-charged bullet is shot on the user themselves or an ally, it will cleanse their mind complete from any illusion that can be broken by the means of Kuninotokotachi.

A supercharged bullet can be used twice per battle(either application), either one of them can be used or a mixture. However after having shot a super-charged bullet, the user cannot use Yin or Yang(depending on what bullet fired) for two turns after firing the bullet, they also lose the ability to use either fire/wind/typhoon element for the same amount of period due to these bullets being so devastating. A super-charged bullet also taxates the user and forces them to spend 70 chakra points of either Yin or Yang into the hand-cannon.

Shuriken Bōra | Shuriken Bola's

Description: The Shuriken Bōra is a special ST that utilizes fuuinjutsu and takes the form of a shuriken with special groves embedded, being a little bigger at 1 foot in diameter, and can be thrown at targets with great accuracy even curving in trajectory when needed. Scientifically designed to lock on to a single target chosen by the user, whether it be a human, summon, or jutsu, the Shuriken Bōra releases bursts of wind from its special groves to help the device change trajectory, up to 2x per use, to evade foreign intercepting methods used by non-users as it makes its way to the intended target. If the target is a foreign jutsu then the ST acts as a defensive projectile capable of absorbing techniques, lines of kanji appearing on each blade leading to the center ring, a feat that activates whenever lodged, engulfed, and/or enshrouded within the targeted jutsu. If used on humans or summons then the ST projectile acts as a homing device that transforms into a bola by splitting once within 3m of the intended target. When the Shuriken Bōra splits apart the four blades of the shuriken detach, up to 6m in length respectively, while stile remaining connected to the center ring by steel cords allowing the device to wrap and bind targets. After binding targets the ST holds an A rank strength equal to elemental techniques, holding the human or summon, within reason, in place as the tool siphons -30 chakra per turn while the target remains under its effects. Summons disburse after the tool siphons chakra equal to their summoning cost.

Shooter is a Black Motorcycle, There are two designs available to the user and it can be either a Sportbike or a Cruiser. The Design and Blueprint is coded into a Seal and Tattooed onto the user so that it can be summoned at any time with 40 Chakra. Inherent to all vehicles; in battle it’s speed is that of 3x base Jounin and has 80 HP, there is also a 20% Travel reduction time between landmarks. The rider of Shooter can ride the Motorcycle and have one hand free, capable of wielding a weapon like they are riding upon a horse and can perform melee attacks as such. When performing Melee weapon attacks whilst riding the bike, as long as it’s through the hand / arm movement of the user they gain an active damage boost of 20 due to the high speed of riding the motorcycle whilst also performing a (for example) passing slicing attack with a blade, as long as the weapon is tangible and is being wielding by the user upon striking the target. Taijutsu is excluded. The user can perform hand seals or two handed movements but only when travelling in a linear direction.

Shooter can travel across most terrain, even water. It rides well across bumpy surfaces and can passively go into “float” mode the wheels rotating the side becoming hover engines across deadly and dangerous terrain like Lava and acid without the user being harmed through direct contact. Riding a Motorcycle allows the user to make acrobatic movements, using a move per turn the Vehicle can react on it's own to incoming danger similar to how it automatically reacts to driving upon dangerous terrain emitting sensory nodes from the middle of it's wheels. The Bike reacts by temporarily speeding up, powersliding, tilting their bike low to the side or perform a stoppie/wheelie etc, to avoid attacks - because of its ability to move across most terrains, Shooter can ride upon certain jutsu. Within Reason. For Example if someone was to attack the user with a winding earthen Dragon, they can use this move per turn to dodge out of it’s way as it crashes into the ground and then drive up onto the earthen pillar, riding up across it’s surface towards the opponent. Doesn’t matter if they go upside down the bike will stick to the surface like shinobi walking upon trees. Another viable example is if the user is riding up the foot of a Giant Earth Golem. As long as the technique is solid or liquid and not energy. However, this ability to ride on solid/liquid techniques can only be used up to 5 times per battle, with a two turn cool down in between usages.

Anesidora is a Camera that comes with two Bangles that are worn on each of the user’s wrists. The Bangles act like “printers” for the user, capable of creating light copies (colour custom to user, cannot be invisible) of solid chakra Tools and Weapons that the user has photographed previously. The user can passively create freeform standard tools and weapons in their hands from the Bangles and they always look like solid chakra “wireframes” of the weapons or tools they’re mimicking; the user can substitute tools in techniques with this version of the weapons. If they’re Kunai, Shuriken, Metal Cards or small thrown tools like that any amount can be created around the user - larger weapons like swords are created in the hand. Even though they’re “wireframe” chakra copies, they act like the standard weapon they’re mimicking. These tools can have seals placed or already placed on them, the kanji or pattern take a wireframe look as well.

The real usage of this technique however is that this Camera stores the memory of Jutsu as well. The User can look through the Camera lense and can take a picture of a shape manipulated technique, examining the taken Jutsu and it’s structure in a Three-Dimensional shape and what abilities/strength it possesses and will store or print a copy for the user whether it be projected out from the bracelets or from the front of the Camera itself until formed and performs/sustains on it’s own - a Chakra deduction is made which reflects the amount of chakra inputted into the taken technique. The created constructs will also have a Wireframe effect made purely of Chakra that is neutral to everything, the Wireframe construct can do what it’s original could do but instead of an “Earth Entity” firing “Earth spikes” it would be a Wireframe entity with a similar appearance firing “Wireframe Spikes” that can stab targets. If the printed entity can perform elemental jutsu up to a certain rank, this is replaced with Wireframe Constructs from the ground or their own body (Which are down to the user’s imagination) up to that certain rank, relevant chakra for the chosen rank construct much be deducted still (30 for A-Rank, 40 for S-Rank). The Construct lasts until a new Construct is made, sustained by the Camera which stores 300 Chakra Points, deducting 10 per turn that a construct is active.

Note: The user can have two of their own jutsu chosen to be “stored” in Anesidora. Posted with this technique in the relevant Technology and Artefact section or posted at the beginning of a Fight.
Note: The Copied Jutsu can be from the user or the opponent, they can be summons, entities or creations. Their strength is the same and their abilities are mimicked through Wireframe meshes (Within reason) which are neutral to everything. Unless they have unique abilities which cannot be copied as it's impossible for a Wireframe construct to use Yin parasites for example or to utilise absorption in any way.
Note: The user can take a Picture three times per battle, but only have one Construct on a field active at a time. When a Construct is destroyed it cannot be used again unless taken a Picture of again.

Declined: See this was cool until I read the second paragraph and on. This basically allows you to copy any technique within reason allowing you to use it for yourself. You also mention that it'd have the same strength which is a hard no. If anything it's strength would be equivalent to the rank of the technique. If I were gonna allow you to store a technique, it'd be only one technique not two. Let it be noted that it doesn't copy the speed of a technique either. 300 chakra points is also too high. I'd say either halve it or greatly increase the chakra drain from the camera. - Daemon

Rings worn on the Index and Pinky finger of each hand, small wires fused with the skin leading to the Palms of Dark Release users. The Rings act as chakra siphons and additional pathways that regulate the user’s chakra into the Dark Marks on their hands, this inherently increases the efficiency of their Meiton Jutsu. Instead of needing to spend chakra absorbing a Chakra source to be able to perform Dark Release Jutsu and spending even more chakra the rings are used as a pathway and regulate the use of chakra from the user’s own pool to be able to perform Meiton without the need to absorb techniques beforehand but at an additional cost of 20 chakra per Meiton Jutsu. 10 Chakra goes into the performed technique itself and the other 10 is put into the rings, the rings can hold 40 of this chakra maximum and then it must be emptied for the user to keep the benefits off it. To empty it the user must use one of their moves per turn to expel the stored dark chakra, the rings can channel this through their body as a fullbody surge that eats any chakra tethered to the user of equal chakra points. Or it can be applied onto a physical item/technique by touching it giving it Dark Release absorption properties with a 40 chakra in power over the surface of it.

Declined: This completely circumvents the inherent Drawbacks for Dark Release. Not gonna allow that. - Daemon

Description: is an advanced evolving Artificial Superintelligence, one that is fashioned into a cube composed of Nanotechnology, with it having circular designs on each of it's sides. The ASI's main purpose is to establish technological superiority, translated in it's desire to locate, overtake, and indoctrinate any technological based item, corrupting them and adding it to it's legion. In order to locate other technological devices and tools, Fatherbox utilises a mechanic acting similar to time-domain reflectometers and optical variations, but on a much more refined and advanced scale, where it functions without the need of direct contact but rather through a detection barrier. This not only allows the detection of technological objects, but also the analysis of potential weak points and design flaws. To become aware of these, the user would simply need to look upon the sides of the box, where the information would be displayed on a holographic screen. Once it has detected objects on the field, the Box's true function comes into play through it's Nanotech component, wherein small spherical marble sized balls of Nanotech can be released from the box in order to overtake targeted tools. These balls forcibly merge with the targeted tools and corrupt their functionality, where the tools can either be 'short circuited', be provided with false information, or simply be shut off. Short circuiting typically applies for tools that can be triggered or have some sort of release mechanism, such as Kote, where the user could force the release of stored techniques for instance. False information typically applies for detection type tools, where the ASI would manipulate the information received, providing false readings. Shutting off simply refers to the affected tools being rendered obsolete, where they would simply not function.

As for the indoctrination function of Fatherbox, it can only be applied to tools that have an A.I of their own, where the Fatherbox would overtake said A.I's similar to a virus, allowing the user to corrupt the tools, akin to how it affects normal tools, but now with added benefit of the tools becoming fully under the Fatherbox's control, wherein the user could manipulate the tools functions completely, stripping it's usage from their original wielders if they so wish, but more notably making it a Fatherbox legion. As a Fatherbox legion, the afflicted tools would be empowered via the Nanobot component that corrupted it, increasing their functionality and abilities to the next benchmark/rank, but at the drawback of having their usability in terms of turns be decreased by half due to functioning at a higher level. Naturally, all of the listed abilities follow set restrictions, wherein the detection extends to a single LM, costing 5 chakra per turn, with the chakra itself not being a component of the Fatherbox's functionality, but simply serves to power it's Nanotech energy source. As for the overtaking, the spheres can only reach mid range from the box, with them only being capable of overtaking A rank and below tools, with the sphere's costing 40 chakra to be powered, and their effects lasting up to three turns. In regards to when it comes into contact with an A.I, it would last until it's empowered but shortened abilities are utilised, or five turns, whichever occurs first. The overtaking/corrupting process can only be used once every two turns for enemy technology, and only up to four times per battle. Should the user wish to use it on their own equipment in order to empower them, it can be done twice per battle without counting towards the 4x restriction and turn limit, but still following the same drawbacks. While normal cyborgs can only utilise Fatherbox in it's normal form, Delta/Kawaki biographies can passively merge the tool into their body, having it act as 'tech hub' for the the tools and A.Is the user might have, with it's own ASI serving as an amalgamation of the A.Is, allowing for the use of those tools via Fatherbox, but naturally following all the tools own benefits and restrictions. This also open up options of using the tools with Nano Transformation. (To be made)

(Nano Henkan: Paradēmon) - Nano Transformation: Parademons

Description: are a set of preprogrammed A.I small demon-like entities that are typically stored within the user's own body. The Parademons are equipped with a speed detection system, somewhat similar to speed cameras/Radar, but while speed camera release a flash to capture an image when a certain limit is reached, the Parademons themselves are automatically released from the user's body when a certain speed threshold is exceeded. Said threshold can be programmed to be different for each battle, but by default they are programmed to the user's base speed, with their detection range being 10 meters from the user. The release of the Parademons themselves works similar to the A rank NT technique, where they would be released at speeds equivalent to twice the user's speed. Once released, the Parademons would target the object/individual that triggered them, clashing against them and pushing them away while inflicting damage. Once released, the Parademons can remain on the field for three turns before they are forced to return to it's host. During those turns, the Parademons can target the object that triggered them if it was not destroyed upon their initial release. Typically the Parademons can utilise taijutsu techniques that do no require chakra to augment their own attacks during this period, but the user can supply them beforehand with 100 chakra per set to enable a wider range of taijutsu attacks. As for their speed, they would be moving at 1.5x the user's speed during that period. Should the initial trigger object be destroyed, the Parademons would target the next object that moves faster than the threshold besides the user and their own techniques. The Parademons themselves exist in two sets, with each being A rank, and only usable twice, for a total of 4 usages. However, the user can release a stronger variation at S rank level and 2.5x speed twice per battle, but naturally locking of the A rank usages. The S rank variation would move at 2x speed after their release. Once the Parademons return to the user's body, they would suffer a two turn cooldown before they can be used again, meaning that if an A rank was used, it wold lock of the S rank variation.
