Description: Using the advancements in technology, Tony Stark designed a full body suit formed of Nano bots allowing him to form it when needed. The user will have the nano bots stored within a piece of technology on their person and at the cost of a move per turn, can activate the Nano bots to take the form of a full body suit around the user. This can be done in the same time frame as another jutsu. This suit is controlled by the user moving with them reacting to their brain signals a chip is fitted behind their ear, relaying the motions. Although seeming simple in application this suit has an AI within it by the name of J.A.R.V.I.S. Allowing for nanobots around the user to pick up on movements all around and relay the information to the user, notifying them of what's going on around them while being able to scan for heat signatures along with the motion sensors on the suit. The suit forms around the body creating a separate atmosphere within as the suit supplies the Cyborg with filtered oxygen and the nanobot armor vibrates on different frequencies as to not allow anyone to phase through or enter it from the outside. This suit can tank up to A rank damage though it's weak to lightning above C rank. The nanobots take a unique form on the users palms and soles of the feet taking the form of unique turbines. The user at the cost of a move per turn can release their chakra into the these turbines to create one of two effects. The first effect is to create currents of chakraless wind that pushes out. This wind is like a strong natural wind with no chakra that can either be used to push stuff away from the user in a quick pulse or even sustained so the user can use it to push them, using it as a stream, moving their arms and legs to control the direction of the flight. If used for pushing another object it can reach up to mid range and has A rank in power/damage. The second use of the turbine can apply the same effect but instead of wind it will be chakraless fire for the same effects and damage. This suit can be combined with any other technology on the users body to make use of it, for example, the suit can form around a kote or absorption arm integrating it into the suit to not hinder the user ability to use his other technology.

Should the users body take damage, they can use the additional nanobots within their body (similar to aburame bugs) to reform their body. Reforming costs one of the users three moves per turn, reformation can be done twice per battle however does not heal the user's health pool. The defence is considered to be C rank, being immune to C ranks and below and health wise reduces C rank damage from all interactions.

Note: Use of the turbines can be used once per turn.

Declined: There are somethings here that need to be clarified, mainly with the defenses and healing aspect of the armor. You say that it's weak to C rank Lightning techniques then later on in the technique say it's immune to C rank and below techniques. I most likely won't allow this armor to shave -30 damage off of technique interactions especially since you want "all interactions" either pick physical or energy based and when you do tone down the damage reduction. Also describe what kind of injuries the nanobots can repair. In this technique it's vague on what type of injuries the nanobots are capable of fixing, is it fatal injuries, minor cuts/burns etc, severed body parts? Put a cooldown on this ability as well. Also note that the chakraless Wind and Fire abilities are only protecting you against B rank and below techniques. - Daemon

Note: The chakraless winds and fires only protect the user against B-rank techniques.
Note: The nanobot reformation of the body has a two turn cooldown between use. Nanobot reformation can only be used a total of 2 times per battle and does not replenish one's HP (Only stops status effects)

(Satetsu No Kugutsu) Iron Sand Puppet

Description: This puppet is used by Shinki during battle. It's mostly seperated into pieces and hidden in his cloak of iron sand. By reattaching the pieces he is able to use it in battle. Through his use of his Kekkei Genkai, Magnet Release, he can use his Iron Sand to use the control the puppet instead of Chakra strings. Shinki can also use the Iron Sand to form weapons for the puppet. The puppet is usually always protected by the Iron Sand controlling it. It can be broken if it is hit in an unprotected spot. By deploying his puppet, he can usually defeat an enemy, just by having the puppet fight with weapons made of Iron Sand.

Description: The Stormcloak is a chakra-infused fabric mantle purpose-woven for Azuma. It has the appearance of a light grey overcoat, and he wears it almost everywhere he goes. First and foremost, the Cloak was stitched together with a thin chakra-steel thread, fortifying the mantle and reducing the damage from any hit Azuma takes to his upper body by twenty. Secondly, the Stormcloak gets its name for its infusion with Ameton-nature chakra. If the user funnels their chakra into the cloak around them, it will begin to release rain clouds up to long-range around the user, save for the fact that these clouds form at ground level, around the height of the user's head. These clouds can be used as a source for Ameton techniques, but due to their artificial nature, they can be dispersed with the usage of an A-Rank or higher Fuuton technique. Finally, because of it's Ameton infusion, the Stormcloak can be used to repel Katon techniques of up to A-Rank once every three turns. As such, the Stormcloak is always slightly wet to the touch from the outside.

The Cloud-Forming ability can be used twice per battle.
- The Flame-Retardant ability can be used three times per battle with three turns in between uses.
- The Stormcloak will be rendered unusable after taking the brunt of an S-Rank or higher technique.

Description: Demon Twin Guns(DTG) are named Liz and Patty and are Beretta M9 Pistols. Starting out each gun clip hold 100 chakra. The user must spend 100 chakra per clip to fill them up. These guns can release bullets from D-A rank that uses 10 - 30 chakra points which goes from 20 - 60 damaged; they do use a move per turn. These bullets can be shaped into different looks besides just bullets. These bullets can be elemental or raw chakra and follow the weaknesses of shaped manipulated elemental or raw chakra. The real special ability of these pistols are they can be used by Samurais to be used for Samurai Saber and to extend out the barrel and be used the same away as a katana when they use Samurai Saber and follow the same principles. The handles can fold down by just pressing a button on whichever one or both to be used as hilts and the barrel acts as the blade its self to be used with Kenjutsu but mainly Samurai Saber because they are not sharped.

This skateboard has only one ability, it can fly and levitate. While in flight mode, the wheels rotate 90°, so that they point downwards and shoot jets up that uses the user chakra to keep it going which is -5 per turn. The flight mode activates passively by the user tapping their foot on the board one time or when the user fuel the board to activated it by using 15 chakra points. The board can fly and levitate around passively but to be used to evade or dodge a move requires a move slot and can only be done once per turn. The board can only hold max one person and only levitate at max a foot off the ground.

The holder can have only one rider on it and doesn't lose any speed. Holders speed is Sage Rank. Holder acts on its own but can take commands from the user also.

-Holder main ability is that it actually wears armor as its "skin"(under the skin is just robotic skeleton). The armor can completely block S rank ninjutsu and F rank taijutsu attack which completely destroys the armor. The samurai user uses 30 chakra to completely manipulate(passive) the armor to surround their selves as normal samurai armor(look is up to user; it keeps the defensive abilities) uses and -1 speed when wearing the armor; user must be 2 meters max from the Holder to use armor.
-Holder has the passive ability to track targets via chakra and heat signature.

Description: The Total Blackout Smokebomb, is designed to not allow any tracking through the smoke whatsoever. A seal is placed on it, as soon as the bomb is broken, the seal is released. The seal is imbued with chakra , that when released, will block out and cancel any other chakra-based tracking attempts. The seal releases the chakra into the air around the entirety of the smoke bomb's area. The smoke itself is heavy compared to normal smoke, meaning that it does not float away quickly like normal. It requires at leats a B-rank Fuuton to disperse the smoke.
Note: Can only use 3 in one battle
Note: The seal is only an A-rank, meaning if the enemy uses an S-rank jutsu to reveal the user's location, the anti-tracking seal will fail.
Note: If a large amount of chakra is released from the user, that surpasses the anti-tracking seal, then the enemy will be able to notice it.

Within their are six beacons, all the size of a golf ball. This is a technology specifically designed for deception. How it works is the users will set up a minimum of three of these beacons, then when they activate them, they will connect and form a distortion field of sorts. What this will do is create a hologram. This hologram will reflect and blend into the area where they are placed, for example, in a forest they would show trees. A barrier of sorts to hide what was truly inside. Not only this but they would give off a frequency to disrup chakra sensors from sensing the chakra of those within the barirer. This distortion is released around and would stop sharingan and rinnegan from seeing chakra within, though byakugan would be able to look beyond the barrier and see what was within. It was designed for reconiscance missions, hiding the users in plain sight along with their chakra signatures. If one of the beacons would be damaged, the field would fail and need to be set up again or reactivated. Due to the set up required, generally not the most useful technology when it comes to a fight. Alternatively, this can be used by cyborgs by having the beacons fitted throughout their cyborg body, activating the field to specifically coat their body, like a skin tight hologram barrier that block chakra signals. If used in this way, it will last up to a maximum of 4 turns, being usable twice per battle. Should the cyborg have an AI, it can activate it in the users place, though still costing a move slot.

Nanobots: Through recent years technology has advanced to the point that shinobi can even use nano technology in the form of nano bots for various uses. With this the nanobots were designed with a specific program gaining their own unique use/benefit. When a shinobi uses a jutsu they can choose which type of nanobot they make use of, choosing one of the following:

Absorb: This is a specific type of nanobot with mini generators within specifically used to consume chakra, based off the absorption arm technology and Delta's eyes, but on a weaker scale. When a jutsu comes into contact with these nano bots, they will instantly consume 10 chakra from the jutsu, weakening it, reducing it's power by one rank.

Hardening: This type of nanobot is one that is formed in such a way that they can fuse together in a certain formations. Using knowledge of alatropes of carbon, where rearranging the same substance can make it harder, the nano bots act in the same way, forming in the same shape as carbon atoms in diamond to create an extremely solid defence. What this means in rp terms is, the nanobots will increase the damage they do by one rank and increase their defensive capabilities by one rank.

Generators: One of the more simple type of nanobots is the type with mini generators within them, specifically designed to conduct and discharge lightning. In RP terms this will simply remove any weakness to lightning techniques and lightning variants (Black lightning etc).


Note: Only one type of nanobot can be used per turn. This is applied in the same time frame as another jutsu though costing a move slot. Only one type of nanobot can be in use at a time, applied to all the nano technology the user uses.

Declined: Not a bad technique but you need to add on usage restrictions. The damage boost that you want can only logically apply to physical based techniques/taijutsu so clarify that please, it wont be applied to all tech. Actually since it relies on Nanobots within your body it should really only apply to tech that are attached to you or generate from your body following logic. For the Generators part, I won't allow you to remove the lightning weaknesses inherent to Cyborgs. - Daemon

Description: This bisento as seen in the image below, is about 1.5 meters long with a 30cm blade on the end. It was forged as a gift for the sage of the sixth paths, made from an unknown metal that made it indestructable. A special red leather bandage has been wrapped around the staff where the user will hold it, to help improve their grip.

Staff abilities:
Indestructable
(Fūton: Kujaku Senpūjin) - Wind Release: Peacock Whirlwind Formation (B rank wind) can be used through the blade on the staff and gains one rank when doing so and can go up to mid range.
(Fūton: Kaze Gaeshi) - Wind Style: Wind Return can be used through the staff like it was seen being used through a sword and gains 2 ranks when doing so, meaning it can send back A ranks and below.
Bisento can dispel a Raiton jutsu up to B-Rank once per battle (this is done by the user channeling his Raiton chakra into the staff and hitting the jutsu with it, which disrupts, dispels or stops the jutsu) and/or dispel/disrupt/stop 1 complete A-Rank Raiton jutsu once per battle (with the same principle).
Kenjutsu techniques can be used through the blade on the end of the staff as it was a sword originally that was forged into the staff but only to a certain extent. (Such as blowing wind on the blade, releasing a chakra wave ect)

Resctrictions:
-All abilities of the staff count towards the move count and don't require hand seals if the user is holding the staff on his hands.
-When used to counter 1 B-Rank technique it can only be used again to counter another B-Rank.
-While holding the staff in his hands, the user can't use genjutsu as their chakra will be continuously channeled into the staff when holding it, and so the user can't focus their chakra into the opponent to create the genjutsu as they would normally do.
-To wield the staffs abilities the user must have it with him either in hand or strapped to his back.
-The staff can only be wielded by The Pervy Sage; if someone else tries to wield the staff it will become blazing hot burning all the leather burning who ever is holding it.

Description: This is a an advanced weapon created through advanced technology and the use of nanotech. It is based on the same technology used to create the ( Chakura Tu ) Chakra Blade. This weapon is stored within the user's body in the form of nanobots, controlled through it's own AI allowing it to form on it's own. These nanobots can be brought forth passively, taking the shape of a weapon, instead of having to draw the chosen weapon. This can range anywhere from a dagger to a short sword, axe etc, even form a simple shield should the user need. The weapon can't take the form of a gun. In this form, due to it's durability it will be able to take 80 damage before breaking. At the cost of a move per turn, the user can reform it with nanobots within their body, this effect is controlled by the AI which is linked to the user's mind. This can only be done twice per battle. The user can change the weapon they hold at the cost of a move per turn, though still use jutsu at the same time.

This weapon has a unique effect which these nanobots were created for. Each nanobot is able to cover themself in the same energy created by the chakra blade, a red energy covering the nanobot. This can range in power from B rank to S rank. This is fuelled by the battery within the nanobot's that contain 100 chakra. This will then be controlled by the AI linked to the user's mind. B rank needing 20 chakra, A rank needing 30 chakra and S rank 40 chakra. Once activated it will then require 5 chakra per turn to sustain the effect. When the battery is running low, the user can passively refill it spending his own chakra. Like the chakra sabre, this can cut through the same rank jutsu and below. The limit on this ability is the chakra within, when it runs out, the red energy aura will fade, then the user can refill the the battery.

When the nanobots take the form of a weapon they can be used as a medium for jutsu that require that weapon. If they form a sword/blade they can use kenjutsu etc. When the user has the red aura of energy around the weapon, the user can choose the swing the weapon releasing this energy in a pinpoint swing or large wave releasing it with power equal to the rank it is coated in. If it's covered in B rank energy, it will be a wave of 40 damage. THis can only reach up to mid range. This energy plays on neutral terms with elements.

Declined: There is a lot going on here that I believe works against you. This tool/weapon does do a lot but all at a cost of a move per turn from what I can see. The wave would cost a move, covering it in energy would cost a move, forming the weapon itself and changing itself costs a move. I'd say stream line the abilities of this technique more. Put a usage restriction on how many times you can coat the nanobots in energy, how many times can it cut through something of the same rank? How many times can you recharge it etc etc. How does it work if you coat the sword and use a kenjutsu technique with the sword, how would that interaction work out in a clash? - Daemon

Some may even think its made of wood but its not. Oathkeeper is a rare weapon cause it acts as an extender for jutsus. The arm has three seals on it, which layers on top of each other but still have different functions. The seals are labeled, Mind, Body, and Spirit and have different triggers. Mind is a seal that is triggered when any form of mental based technique is casted onto the user. The seal will release, flooding and surging the user with chakra, breaking the mental attack. Body is a seal that is triggered once the user takes 80 or damage. The seal will release activating a psuedo medical mode only healing by +15 per turn, while also giving an increase in speed by +3 and taijutsu/kenjutsu by +15. Lastly is Spirit, which is a seal that is triggered once the user use 25% of their current chakra cost. Doing this, will spike the users chakra into their direct chakra nature giving them an increase to their ninjutsu. This is only specific to certain fields, for an example, If they were a Uchiha it would increase their Dojutsu techniques, if the user is a KG user it will increase their KG, or if they are a custom clansmen it will increase their custom clansmen style ninjutsu. Though it only increases techniques by one rank or if its S rank or above, by +20. This can only be applied to one field for the duration of the seal activation. Once the seals are used (if they are ever used) the arm will simply be used as a replacement of a regular normal arm. Just strong and sturdy

Description: The vertical maneuvering equipment commonly referred to as 3d gear is an equipment developed by a ninja allowing for great mobility in mid-air to remove the restriction and limitation that makes a ninja vulnerable when in mid-air. The equipment enables the user to fight in a 3D space as opposed to a 2D one. This is a unique technology which revolves around a belt the user wears. This belt contains mini turbines that propel the users. Along with this, the user has two blades with triggers on the handles. One trigger activates the turbines, the other activates the grapples on the user's waist the two are combined for direction and evasion and attack. The grapple attached to a rope can shoot up to 10m away from the user to attach to any object or thing (the user can use the grapple to attack by sending it to attach to a summon or person) and the usage of this grapple counts as a move and since it uses chakra to launch, it costs 30 chakra and the speed of the grapple launch is as fast as lightning speed. Using the turbines to pull themselves towards the hooked grapple also takes a move(making 2 in a turn) and costs 30 chakra as well since the turbines as charged with chakra but these two moves occur in one timeframe except if the user doesn't use them together. The speed of the turbine is slower than that of the grapple launch but its still as fast as base Lee. Using the swords to perform Kenjutsu moves follow the conditions of the Kenjutsu moves being used and they can also be used to perform free form attacks.

- The gear can only be used by people who have completed Kenjutsu training being a gear that needs great skills
- The dual swords can be readily used by the user for any Kenjutsu technique involving swords

Declined: Nice idea, but for your sake and the sake of the quality of this technique you should fix it up a bit. Shooting the grappling hook and pulling yourself towards it shouldnt have to be two separate actions and shouldnt cost you chakra twice. Give the grapplehook a damage value if you want to use it offensively. You could make pulling yourself towards the grapplehook optional, depending on how you use the technique, but i'm not to keen on it taking up 2 moves for your sake. - Daemon

Description: These are special boots but due to the purpose of their creation, the boots are bigger than normal boots about 3 times bigger. The workings of the boots are like the normal boots except with attachment of special mini turbines made that is powered by chakra that is used as fuel. The base of the boot where the user's leg reaches ends is the same size as the normal boots but the remaining part beneath this base houses the mini turbines that are two hollows and once the user charges these mini turbines with his chakra, the mini turbines release a pushing force and instantly launch the user in air granting flight. The turbines act like jet engines pushing the air through them allowing the user to propel themselves thereby granting flight.

- Can only be used 4 times per battle with a turn cooldown between each use
- The user can only maintain this jutsu for 2 turns straight keeping flight after which the boots powers down and bring the user down to the ground

Description: : An advanced jutsu that only cyborg's can use. The user will release from any part of their body, a swarm of nanobots. This nanobots will then form together to create a familiar though being completely metallic. These nanobots can protect an image around itself to show the exact appearance of the animal chose though it will just be a hologram(done passively), otherwise just looking like a metallic familiar. This can't be taller than the user in height. The unique thing about this nanobot clone, is that the nanobots record the technology from the user and form together in the clone to replicate this technology. An example of this would be if the user has the "Absorbtion Arm", the nanobots will copy this into the clone replicating it. This clone can use all the technology and techniques bound to the technology along with Taijutsu and Kenjutsu. Due to being mechanical, this clone will be immune to C rank and below attacks, though C rank lightning jutsu would be enough to disable it. These nano bots are connected to the user and the user's AI, allowing them to share information while allowing the user to keep track of their nanobot creation.
Note: This can only be done twice per battle with only one on the field at the same time.

Description: A technique that is only usable by cyborgs who can use nano technology. The user will use the nanobots within their body, releasing them around themselves to form unique constructs. This can depend on the users needs, be it to coat their limbs for protection or even form something like an additional arm or leg, even a tail. These constructs are limited to 2 meters in length. They can be controlled by the user or an AI within the user's body. Once created they remain attached to the user but can be detached passively or in the same manor, passively withdraw the nanobots back into their body. The user can still use the technology within their body while this is in use. For example, if the user covered their arm to make a larger arm, they would still be able to use the kote through that arm. These last until destroyed or the user disables them. Like cyborgs, they are weak to lightning, being rendered disabled by one rank lower. After the first turn of use, the user will have to spend one of their three moves per turn to attack with these arms dealing 60 damage, otherwise they are controlled passively. The user can make up to two additions to their body per use. Can be used three times but the user can only ever have 2 additions to their body in use.

Declined: This basically a watered down version of Delta's(the character not the member) Nanobot technique.

Engaging in physical combat does not disengage the cloak, this is because the EM field generator must remotely sense the user's physical dimensions and extend the field only to encompass those expected dimensions. If the user comes into contact with another person, the generator cannot calculate the field size accurately and so terminates the cloak.This upgrade taps into the user's nervous system and sends constant digital pings throughout the body's synaptic connections, thus allowing for precise mapping and sensing of the user's physical location. Thus, when another person enters the EM field, the generator knows to ignore them and may perpetuate the invisibility effect. When under the effects of the cloak the user can't be seen by any traditional means, additionally the cloak being technology based means it can't be detected by forms of chakra sensing, or by dojutsu that see chakra.

Description: The Nanoblade is an attachment mounted on a and is concealed unless deployed. It is most often wielded as a melee weapon, but may also be used as a projectile.The augmentation upgrades the blade forearm sheath to include a launcher apparatus that can eject the blade. It also includes a high-energy molecular assembler that, with the proper supply of silicon-carbide cartridges, rapidly fashions a replacement lamellar graphite blade and affixes it to the sheath, ready for melee or ranged combat. The nanoblade takes the form of a large squared blade that can be used for kenjutsu, including samurai techniques with the ejection of the blade to it's fixed position replacing the traditional drawing for Iaido. Additionally a function of the blade allowed the signature square blade to be tweaked to be ejected, essentially becoming a heavy crossbow lodged in the forearm. When fired which is governed by the users musculature making it a taijutsu/Kenjutsu ability, it has enough velocity to fatally wound and launch a victim airborne. If near any walls or other solid objects, the target may be both impaled and pinned to the surface. The user can have one of these blades in each arm. The Nanoblade can be infused with a small amount of liquid explosive nestled between plates within the lamellar graphite blade. A chemical reaction begins when the blade is heated, and ends when it strikes a surface with sufficient force. The blade then shatters into several smaller fragments, fatally wounding living entities within its area of effect.

Description:The Equipment scanner is a small handheld device, looking similar to a smart phone, which the user can carry on them at any time. This devices use is very simple, and that is to scan the opponent and relay information back to the scanner about possible technology the opponent may have on their body. By activating the scanner, it will let out a harmless chakra pulse, which is designed to envelope technology, seeing how it is built, and its compositions, and relaying it back to the device, similar to echolocation. What this archives is the data is sent back to the phone, where a picture is displayed, showing the user a list of the technology the opponent has on them, how it is built and designed, and any possible applications that can technology may be capable of performing depending on whats scanner. However, this information is not enough for the user to deduce what said Technology can really do, but can give the user a rough idea of the possibilities. The more complex the technology, the less accurate the scan will be.

Restrictions:
The scanner is used at the start of battle, and is considered passive.
The scanner simply gives the user a blueprint of the technology scanned, however the information gained about how said technology can be used cannot be used until said technology is seen in person by the user.
This does not work on full body cyborgs, or large cybernetic enhancements, as the technology is far too complex and complicated for the device to accurately scan, making this only usable on small technology on the opponent or very minor cybernetic enhancements(Such as Cyborg eyes or arms)

Description: Extremis is made up of two parts; a housing unit which is implanted into the user's body, near the heart, and an organic thermal conductive liquid which flows throughout the body in conjunction with the flow of blood, akin to a form of "blood substitute". Due to the nature of the technology, one must either have Medical Ninjutsu, or have someone else with Medical Ninjutsu, in order to implant the housing unit. As the user interacts with Fire Release techniques, either by performing them, or interacting with opposing techniques within a certain range (3m or less), the Extremis within their body absorbs Chakra from that Jutsu, storing it within the housing unit, until enough Chakra has been gathered to activate it. Alternatively, the user can also manually load the housing unit with Fire Chakra themselves. In the former case, a max of 10 Chakra is stored, and in the latter a max of 20 is stored, with manual storage of Chakra requiring one of the user's 3 move slots per turn. Finally, Extremis requires a minimum of 40 Chakra stored before it can be activated, and costs 10 Chakra per turn to maintain. Once activated, the housing unit releases the Chakra into the user's body, via the thermal-conductive liquid, imparting upon the user a full-body exothermic reaction, converting their Taijutsu into Nintaijutsu with the addition of Fire damage added to each physical strike. This also carries less obvious effects on the user's body, such as the automatic cauterization of small wounds, however, this naturally doesn't carry any healing capabilities, such as the restoration of lost health, and is only a side effect of the user's body reaching extremely high temperatures. Once the housing unit has ran out of Chakra, the thermal-conductive liquid returns to it's original, dormant state, over the course of the turn the Chakra runs out. Finally, once the Extremis has been utilized, it cannot be charged again with Chakra for at least 2 turns.

Note: When Extremis absorbs Chakra from the user's and opposing Jutsu, it doesn't affect either techniques rank, damage, etc.
Note: Should the housing unit be damaged, it will release all Chakra contained at once, causing the user's body to rapidly super-heat, instantly dealing damage to them equivalent to the amount of Chakra contained, but also inflicting the same damage on anything the user comes in direct contact with.

Description: Akipa is an autonomous puppet forged by Kurapika himself to deceive foe and friend alike. The puppet is a spitting image of Kurapika easily mistaken for a shadow clone, under the false skin Akipa is made up of layers of chakra saturated metals and rubber which prevents foreign users of both elements to manipulate Akipa's components. Unlike most autonomous puppets that have one central CPU, every section of Akipa's body has it's own backup processing unit which allows parts of Akipa to function independently even when detached from the main body. To further make him indistinguishable from Kurapika, Akipa is programmed with Kurapika's memories and personality. This allows him to effortlessly act and speak like Kurapika. Akipa is capable of using all non-bio specific Taijutsu and puppetry techniques and has inbuilt thermal and chakra sensors.

Akipa's batteries gives it a base 500chakra pool which he can use to power his abilities. The chakra pool can be manually recharged by transferring chakra to it via physical contact or in the case of an enemy, Akipa can forcefully absorb 50 chakra through physical contact. To prevent damage from the more potent forms of chakra, the absorbed chakra is broken down before being saved in the batteries. Similarly to its CPUs, Akipa's batteries are also situated all over his body to allow detached parts have power to function.

Core ability:
Akipa can release chakra from his palm, his feet and his mouth. The released chakra can be in the form of a blast, a wave or even to form non-complex structures (A or S rank strength) e.g pillars/hands/tools etc that can travel up to longrange from Akipa. Due to the shape manipulation of the structures, they are neutral to all elemental techniques (Similarly to rasengan).
The released chakra can also be used as a propellant for Akipa to dodge attacks and/or initiate his own (A rank), capable of taking him from short range to long range at 2 times his normal speed.

Note:
- At any point, the user can take manual control of Akipa using the puppetry chakra string.
- Rubber protects the puppet from all non-focused electricity A-Rank and below 5x per fight
- Dodging attacks with chakra propellant can only be done once a turn and it counts as a move.
- Recharging Akipa's pool (Both forms) can be done in the same timeframe as another chakra-related move and doesn't count towards the 3 jutsu limit.
- Due to his non organic mind, Akipa is immmune to Genjutsu.
- Akipa's moves at the speed of a Apex Speed Specialist Jounin
- Takes up one of the user's auto puppet slots
- When used by another bio. This puppet is made in the bio's form and is programmed with the bio's memories/personality.

Declined: Cool puppet but needs some usage restrictions on some of its abilities namely recharging from an opponent's chakra pool (absorbing from the opponent should also count as a move in a turn), probably won't allow this to have it's own speed stat as it is, No Apex Speed Specialist, reduce the chakra capacity of the puppet abit. Add defensive properties to the puppet overall, what kind of damage can it withstand before being destroyed. Reduce the amount of times it can withstand non focused lightning attacks. - Daemon

This is purely a cosmetic thing and doesn't affect any of the Ghosts's abilities whatsoever.

Drone Abilities
A Ghost of the Traveler is directly connected and works in conjunction with a users chakra, more specifically the domain of Yin. Special individuals who have mastered the ways of Yin are able to inherit these drones and may also call themselves guardians. With that being said, the inner ability of a Ghost is to scan environmental surroundings for signals or other technology as well as being able to project images that is has found so that the user can see them. It carries a mental connection to the user as well as having the ability of a robotic speech. It can also play back music, being used as a guide through certain scenarios or just float around the user without the necessity to do much by itself. The scanning and level of AI the Ghost has is limited towards the count of not counting as an Advanced tech. The scanning itself is based on sonar and radar and can thus give conclusive images of tunnels/caves/hidden places near the users vicinity. Not only that, but due to it being linked directly with the users Yin nature it may also help detect spiritual entities such as Limbo clones or Hands of Sloth.

Core Abilities
As already stated, the Ghost of the Traveler is an extension of a sort towards the users abilities with Yin mastery. One of the abilities the Ghost can do is to cast a projection around a desired summoning/human/self-aware creation. This projection will cloak the designated target with a spiritual shield that makes them temporarily un-affected by any sort of mind-manipulative technique up to Yin standards. The projection has a certain limitation for each time it is used as well as a limited amounts of uses per battle. As standard, it can only be applied on one living thing at a time and the Ghost needs to be close range to that target as well as out in the open where it can be damaged with virtually anything. While the ghost itself has the ability to take on the blunt force of up to C-rank techniques, anything above that will knock it out of commission for the remainder of the fight. Onto the projection itself. By default it will last 6 turns if not interrupted and can defend against mind-manipulative/damaging techniques up to A-rank without taking any toll. However, for each S-ranked technique it shields against, its duration will be reduced by 2. For each Forbidden/Yin/MS level technique it shields against, its duration will be reduced by 3. The projection is instant and can be locked onto the user or its summoning in the same timeframe, but takes up one of the users moveslot to activate. Another passive trait with the projection is that the light it encases the target with, is infact causing mental damage towards any non-ally being looking onto the target. While not dealing direct mental damage, it causes the targets tracking to be deduced by -1.5x as nausea caused by looking into the light kicks in.

Note: Projection can only be used on the user if they possess Yin or Yin/Yang mastery on their bio.

(Goomoonryong) - Nine Arts Dragon

Description: Goomoonryong is a highly adaptive nanobot suit equipped with a powerful A.I, that is engineered towards Chun-Woo's physical combat inclination. The suit merges with Chun's body, seamlessly integrating with the user and forming a neural link with the user's body, mind, and any tools that are applied present on it. The A.I would become capable of controlling said tools on it's own accord, utilising it's algorithm and neural link with Chun to determine if it's usage is needed. If the user were to have cybernetic enhancements upon their limbs, the A.I could control said limb, utilising close quarter combats based technique through them while siphoning chakra from the user's own body through the neural link to accomplish said techniques. The siphoned chakra would not interfere with Chun's own chakra control, as the neural link between the A.I and Chun enables this siphoning to be treated as a natural passive occurrence, similar to walking on water and tree climbing. Naturally, while the siphoning is passive, the techniques utilise would still takes up a move slot. Goomoonryong's second ability stems from the nanobot component combined with sealing, allowing the suit to expand beyond Chun's body and assimilate tools/weapons, even those not of the user's own. The ability allows the user to store tool and weapons in a layer of nanobots, granting the A.I the ability to use said tools on it's own accord. Whereas the ability of utilising the weapons from the user's body is granted, allowing the user to wield multiple weapons with ease, enabling kenjutsu techniques for instance from the user's body, via swinging their arm for example. As for opposing tools, the A.I has the ability to analyse and override any tools function A rank and below, granting the user the ability to use them as his own were he to manage to assimilate them. The assimilation ability can be used passively for the user's tools/weapons, with the A.I siphoning 20 chakra to do so, whereas for opposing tools, the nanobots can spread from the user's body, similar to sand, up to short range and attempt to assimilate said equipment, costing 40 chakra. The implementation of fūin enables the stored tools and weapons to merge within the nanobots without occupying excess space. Goomoonryong does not offer any damage increase/decrease of it's own, being simply of S rank strength, capable of being reformed/repaired once per battle at a cost of fourty chakra, through which the user unseals additional nanobots and a fully functional copy of the A.I.

Declined: This is an interesting tool. I lied. But it's mostly okay. One thing I won't allow though is the assimilation of opponent's tools allowing you to use them as your own. It'd be too iffy because there may be some tools that it could assimilate but you lack the requirements to use them. You also didn't mention what rank of tools the absorption ability allows nor did you provide any usage limit or cooldown for the assimilation. I'm fine with you overriding an opponent's technology but maybe find a different way to disable them without taking them as your own. Also this is of S rank strength? What does that mean, does it do 80 damage? or can it withstand S ranks? clarify on that. - Daemon

Description: The Artemis Conduit, otherwise known as TAC, is a pair of twin handguns that were crafted to be used in times of duress. TAC's main distinguishing feature is the internal functions of it's barrel, which contains many rune-like scripts etched in ink. The bullets fired through these barrels are quite unique, as they are not composed of any run of the mill material, but rather shadows taken solid form. This results in the user not needing to carry extra magazines and whatnot, as the bullets are formed directly in the chamber. However, this shadow bullet component allows the user to insert any normal bullet into the guns, and fire them with a shadow coating. This is due to the fact that the shadow bullets/coating would form in the barrel based on what's needed, as it is a shadow, meaning that it can also be used as a source for shadow based techniques. The rune-like scripts have a modified version of Into The Light and Living Barrier seals's functions embedded in them, allowing for two unique abilities if the user chooses to activate them. The first is in regards to when the bullets clash with techniques of any nature and the user chooses to activate the ability, denoted The Long Night. The Long Night would be the release of a vapor that would instantly spread from the bullet's location, encasing the opposing technique and 'constricting' on them, forcing the technique to be stored into the shadow bullet/coating in a similar fashion to Into The Light (Can't be manipulated/sensed by opponents, and in a form of preservative stasis). Unlike it's parent technique, The Long Night does not suffer from the size limitation, but rather functions similar to the Elemental Sealing technique, where size becomes essentially irrelevant. If the bullet is destroyed in some fashion, the technique stored within it would be released, with the user having a mental command on the direction of the release. For cases where the user is incapable of making this decision, or simply opts to, the technique's release would be angled away from the user towards the nearest foreign hostile chakra source. Alternatively, the user can actively chose to have the technique released towards a specific direction. The Long Night can combat techniques of any nature that interact with the bullet, up to and including S ranks, with it being usable thrice for a chakra cost of fourty, with the active release aspect costing twenty points, usable twice, and never in the same timeframe of a techniques storage.

The second ability, denoted The White Walker, enables the bullets, if activated, upon contact with beings that have chakra networks or similar (sentient elemental creatures for instance), to seal away thirty percent of the creatures chakra into the bullets, canceling active techniques, whilst also restricting the usage of techniques beyond A rank and preventing the utilisation of multiple techniques in the single timeframe. The limitation, if the bullet simply clashes with the target and does not pierce them, would last for a single turn. However, if the bullet manages to pierce the defenses/skin of the target, the effects would be more severe, as the bullet would be closer to the chakra network, enabling the sealing effects to last for two turns after contact is made. The White Walker can only be used thrice for a chakra cost of fourty, and must be separated by a turn interval.

The bullets have a low damage output being merely equivalent to free-form, essentially acting as kunai. The bullets would move at the speeds of the user's shadow techniques with an additional two levels and they can be fired off in semi, burst, or fully automatic modes, depending on the needs of the user. Alternatively, the bullets themselves can be composed of ink, rather than shadows, following the same limitations and capabilities as if it were of shadows, although in such cases the user would need to supply the ink into the magazines of the guns, rather than it forming in the barrel, and the bullets would move at the speed of standard ink techniques. Similarly, the ink can be used as a source for Ink techniques. In both the case of shadow and ink techniques, they are limited to A rank level. The user can chose to fire stronger bullets, supplying chakra at a 1::2 rate, up to fourty chakra, usable five times per battle.

Declined: We already discussed the bullet thing. For your Whitewalker ability, 30% of chakra to be sealed is too large, especially able to shoot it multiple times. You take 30 percent of their chakra, restricted them to A ranks, cancelling active techniques, and end their usage of techniques in a single time frame. What more do you want this to do? Give it a flat rate of how much chakra it seals/takes and tone down the other effects. - Daemon

(Iruminētā) - Illuminator

Description: The illuminator takes the form of customisable shoes that contain an internal light system and multiple mirrors. Once activated, the shoes would let out a harmless light that hits the mirrors, casting the light upon the user's body resulting in the creation of that reach 8 meters away from the user's body, enabling easier and more diverse usages of shadows. The increase in range enables the user to perform short range shadow based techniques at mid range distance. The shoes takes the user's initial chakra usage and spends it at 5 per turn to maintain the light. A turn must pass between re-usages, with the user being capable of utilisng the same lights thrice per battle. Naturally the shoes do not hinder the user's ability of utilisng techniques through his legs, simply acting as normal ones that have an additional function.

Declined: I see what you are going for here but what it allows may be too wild. Lets say you are your opponent starts at mid range right. If you already have a shadow like 2 meters away from the opponent ready to manipulate. Now the entire point of this tech is to increase the range of your shadow techniques. You'd have to note that it'd only work if your feet are on the ground etc etc, for me to allow you to increase the range of your shadows like this you'd have to shorten its duration and increase it's cooldown. As for the 8 meters thing, you need to either reduce the range of the shadow or find another avenue to increase the range of your shadows, especially since its like an omnidirectional 8 shadows formed.- Daemon

Constructed through the use of chakra metal, the Numancia Flamingo reacts to the user’s Dojutsu; techniques that require eye contact to be established are able to take effect, with the lens substituting for the user’s eyes. As an added bonus, the Numancia Flamingo also grant the user the ability to detect even the subtlest of incongruencies between real people and clones, allowing the user to distinctly make out real bodies from clones of any kind or from external illusions.
