[CSC] Custom Summoning Contract - Parrots [Psittaciformes]

I'ma RP as Law since he's got a backstory perfectly suited for this.

Law and his companion(I'ma refer to you as Isabella from here) were sitting in his makeshift boat, slowly floating along the sea. Suddenly, the water became very calm, dark and murky. An ominous mist had settled around them. Law was sitting with his arms sprawled across the edge of the boat and his nodachi beside him. He squinted his eyes as the mist came out of seemingly nowhere. He hadn't even noticed it up above them before. "Where exactly are we going?" Law asks. Suddenly, a large macaw came down from above, using its wings to suspend itself right above Isabella's head. "See you at the top!" she suddenly cries out. "What?" Law says, sitting up as the bird wrapped its feet gently around her shoulders and lifted her from the boat. Law grabbed his sword and stood up. "Oi, what the **** are you doing?" His words falling on deaf ears, the large bird carried Isabella off into the mist, out of Law's sight. He angrily grit his teeth in a grimace and dropped his sword onto the floor of the boat. He sat back down and clasped his hands together, his elbows resting on his knees. "Alright, calm down. I think I saw some kind of plateau up ahead. All I have to do is-" His train of thought was suddenly broke by loud screaming. He looked up, surprised, and peered around into the mist. To his utter shock, he began to see forms in the mist. "What the-" He saw a little girl running. His eyes widened as he realized she had white spots all over her body. The same way the people in Flevance did. Suddenly, she fell forward, several kunai lodged in her back. Law stumbled backwards as more and more children appeared inside of the mist. One by one, they all fell down, kunai lodged into their backs, their white-marked skin tearing and blood pouring out. Law turned around as he heard more screams behind them, seeing the ninja force that had exterminated his friends and family set other people on fire, the same as that tragic day. He gritted his teeth again. "Stop it!" he yelled, as though the forms in the mist could hear him. The wood on the boat started creaking. Law turned around quickly, his eyes widening in utter terror and his jaw dropped. He saw his sister, Lami, walking towards him feebly. "Help...me...Law-san...", her frail voice echoed through the mist. Law stepped back, terrified of what he was witnessing. Lami coughed, and fell down. Law dived instinctively to catch her, but as her head touched his arms, she dissolved into a wisp of mist, disappearing into the air. Law then cried out as the visions of those he once knew continued to appear around him and fall as they once did before, struck down by the invisible forces of his memories.

*keeps listening to the cries of her student*

Better start climbing... the more he stays the worst it gets.

 

[Punk Hazard]

The visions get worse, with even more bodies appearing and falling. Eventually, Law starts to see buildings as well in the mist. The all-familiar fire that he saw destroy his town suddenly erupted. "Impossible..." Law muttered. "Where the hell did she go? Ugh, they warned me of this!" Suddenly, it struck him. He's traveling with a deceitful woman who is known for Genjutsu prowess that could torture anyone. "Tch," he let out, activating his Sharingan. He looked down to his arm, and gasped as he saw that his chakra flow was normal. No irregularities, no spikes, no suppression. No Genjutsu. He deactivated his eyes and looked around. It must have been the mist. He looked behind him and saw the plateau. He noticed that the mist didn't reach the top of the plateau and that that was the direction the bird took Isabella. He grabbed his nodachi and used it to row himself towards the plateau. Once the boat reached, he leaped off and began walking up the side towards the top, using chakra on his feet to cling to the side of the plateau.

 

[Lili-Chwan]

Looking down the plateau, she sees a silhouette of her student

"finally..."

Then she has an idea. She picks up a boulder and throws it in his direction.

"watch out!"

 

[Punk Hazard]

As the Law looks up and sees the boulder falling, he simply melds into the side of the plateau, dodging that shit using an Earth tech. He then emerges behind Isabella.
"What. The. ****."

Alright, welcome to the Plateau!!

Law glares at Lili furiously. He starts walking towards her, his fists clenched and his blood boiling. Just as he's about to explode, he notices something out of the corner of his eye. Standing near the entrance to the jungle is a giant parrot. The parrot was peculiar, unlike any other Law had ever seen. It was dressed in all white with red stuff taped to its head. It stared at nothing with a blank look in its eye, very dum looking indeed. Law then looked behind him fully, and saw the parrots dancing and flying around. His jaw dropped slightly and his eyebrows went from anger to mild awe. He saw the birds flying with each other as though dancing, their bright and vibrant colors melding together seamlessly. He looked around and realized that they were indeed dancing. That's when it hit him that music was playing loudly. The music was lively and soulful, and suddenly, he began to feel it. He felt his anger leave his body, and instead it was replaced with a strong, cheery feeling, a desire to go dance with the birds.

Very well! Alright, so, I want you to describe me what you know about the contract. What does it summon and what are the general abilities of a parrot of this rainforest

The parrot contract allows the signer to summon any bird that falls under the parrot family. This includes macaws, toucans, the bird that is generically labelled a parrot, parakeets, and kakatoos. The abilities shared by the parrots are:
-The Monkey Chase technique. This is done through the parrot's natural biological mechanism that allows it to navigate through the world. The parrots are capable of locking onto a chakra signature it has encountered up close and locate it anywhere in the world.
-The ability to launch their feathers as a razor-sharp projectile
-The ability to lay eggs that can explode and deal blunt damage

Some of the parrots have abilities unique to the particular parrot summoned, such as swordsmanship and even running Katon through her feathers.

You can't summon toucans, they're not Parrots, they're just colourful birds. Otherwise you're correct. Refer to this for more information:

With the generic summoning technique, you can summon all of these species, down to their smallest real counter part to the average height of Altorio, which is lion sized. In essence, when you summon a parrot, it can have any color you want, it can have a mohawk or any sort of hairdo you want. It can have any basic weapon and piece of clothing, it can have any bulk you want, the size of the legs and wings can vary, and so can the beak. All are parrots, and all are within the contract. The specific techniques have the actual real counter part species specified, and you can do so too with the generic summoning technique.

It is important that you understand that you can use the Generic Summoning Technique. And what sort of animals you can summon with that technique. You can summon an Egg, a chick, an adult parrot. You can do that of any species of Parrot in the world. You can even create your own species as long as they don't have any sort of special ability other than the magnetic sense and the parrot arts access (through chakra). They can have an extra limb and all sorts of colors, and can have any piece of clothing or weapon you want, but don't go overboard. finally, with this technique you can create adult parrots as small as a fist, or something of the sort, and as big as a lion ( to carry up to 2 people in the air ).

Those are the limitations of the technique, understand?

Law smiles and takes out a kunai in the blink of an eye. He spins it as he walks over to the Isabella and the contract and knicks his finger. ¨Here we go,¨ he says, writing his name carefully onto the contract with his bloody finger.

You might want to start using faster methods of retrieving blood. In battle, if you have to retrieve blood with an object, you might have a hard time

Alright, now that we described the limits of the cannon summoning technique in relation to this contract, and as I'm sure you already know how to perform that technique, I want you to summon a parrot, any parrot. Describe what you summoned to me, from physicality to personality.

Law nods after summoning the contract and turns away from Isabella, his side to her, so he can have some free space to summon a parrot without it landing on her. He forms the handseals for the summoning technique in the blink of an eye and slams the hand that he knicked onto the ground. A black seal appears on the ground, starting from his palm and expanding until its size is about four times larger than his hands. A large puff of smoke appears, and Law stands back up. As the smoke clears, Law sees that he's summoned a large parrot. On close inspection, he sees that the parrot is a Kakatoo and his feathers are a bright yellow, like sunlight on a spring day. He is more rounded figure than the other parrots; while they would be defined as sleek, he'd be defined as bulky, but not quite fat. Law concludes that because of his size and figure, he must not be able to sing. The parrot has a happy expression on his face, and he speaks in a voice that carries a tune with it almost; a sing-song manner than made it seem like he was going to burst into a joyful song at any second.

¨Hey,¨ Law says. ¨I'm Law.¨

The parrot's head cocked the side to a bit. It opened its mouth, and Law could have sworn its beak curled a bit into a smile. ¨I AM PIU PIUUUU!¨ he sang loudly.
