s pretty easy to see why Hera hated Herakles: True enough, Zeus had many other Demigod children by other gods and mortals alike but never had she been embarrassed as much as Herakles brought her. His name itself means "Glory of Hera", can't expect her to respond kindly to it. She tried to kill him on several occassions, including one where she put two snakes in his bed and waited for him to be strangled, yet he killed the snakes - all while 2. Pretty badass tbh. At some point in his youth, he was visited by two nymphs, Pleasure and Virtue, who gave him the choice of a pleasant and easy life or a severe but glorious life, and he chose the last. As you stated, Hera once drove him mad and made him kill his entire family. He realized what he had done and fled to the Oracle of Delphi. Unbeknownst to him, the Oracle was guided by Hera. He was directed to serve King Eurystheus for ten years and perform any task Eurystheus required of him. Eurystheus decided to give Heracles ten labours, but after completing them, Heracles was cheated by Eurystheus when he added two more, resulting in the Twelve Labors of Heracles. He later became a God when he died, his mortal side dying and he raising to god status.

Herakles is a fighter by nature. The warrior/demigod was known to be the world's greatest hero and was skilled with the sword, the summoning as well. The summoning is able to use up to B rank Earth, testiment to his might as well as any kenjutsu the user knows, making him more useful for the swordsman. He is also very swift, able to run at twice the speed of the average ninja as well as break through earth of up to B rank. I planned on reworking parts of his description to include information about the Nemean Lion but never got around to it lol.

Description: The user touches his tattoo summoning symbols on his wrists and summons Heracles. Heracles is unlike most ligers in the sense that he stands upon his hind legs and is actually bipedal. Heracles has a scar across his left eye that runs down to his chin, though it doesn't effect his eyesight. He wields a Katana that is unbreakable and can break through earth defenses of up to B-rank with the exclusion of jutsus that a sword obviously can't break through (i.e. shields of diamond and likewise materials). He also stands at the height of a full-grown man, though that is not to say is restrained to human strengths. He is extremely strong and has attack power rivaling that of Lee without the Gates open. He is also capable of walking on all fours as well, with greatly increases his speed (to speeds of the 2nd Gate). Heracles also has the ability to use Earth jutsus up to B-rank that the summoner knows but only when he is standing bipedally. He can also use any Kenjutsu that the user knows.

It says that he moves at speeds of the 2nd Gate, but isn't the 2nd Gate a multiplier, not a level? I thought each Gate multiplies the particular user's base speed by a certain amount, and that determines the level, so would Heracles' 2nd Gate speed be dependent on the particular summoner?

It just says to touch the tattoos, do we have to draw blood here even though it isn't especially mentioned in the jutsu? Also, going off Riker's question - what rank do we assume Heracles is? Kage?

Well, you summon summonings via blood in all instances, don't you? I can't remember if Oro or Sasuke summoned a snake via tattoo without blood. If they have, then Yes you can do it sans blood. If not, then the default blood and wipe method is used, which is the one I use anyway lol.

All summonings that can use up to S ranks are treated as Kage ranked in speed.

Alright. What do you know about Odysseus? Vex failed his riddle last time and I cba to find the Greek one I was making atm.

Read that as Oedipus at first and thought I'd nail that one. Uhmm, I know he traveled the seas. Something about his wife, and he slayed a female beast and was stranded on an island. That's all I got.

Odysseus was the wise guy from Ithaca who Agamemnon forced to come to Troy. He left his wife in charge and told her to wait for him to return. So he gets over to Troy, and everyone sees how good of a tactician he is. He becomes one of their chief strategists because of his wisdom. He is the one to come up with the Trojan Horse idea. That plan ends the war, but unfortunately most of the Greeks were ass holes. Instead of simply taking the city, they rape, pillage, and burn everything. Like at one point it gets so messed up some guy tosses a baby off the wall. After the war, most of the Greeks have horrible trips home. The gods were salty, and you don't want a salty god mad at you. Luckily, Athena favored him because of his wisdom. She decides to help him out as much as she can. They go through this huge ordeal getting home. They waste years cheating on their wives and living in paradise with Calypso. But when they finish with that, he gets back and kills all the suitors who were trying to take his throne. What really distinguishes Odysseus is how he was fighting on par with demigods, and had the favor of several gods. This was due to his great wisdom, not his birth or physical strength.

He was lost at sea for 10 years and the Trojan War span for 10 years, making the total 20 years away as you said. Odysseus and Achilles both fought for Greece as there was a prophesy that Troy could not be taken without him. He also was the Greek who came up with the idea of the Trojan horse, which is where the saying "Beware of Greeks bearing gifts" comes from. On the way home, he faced many dangers, though the Kraken, a creature from Norse mythos, was not one of them. He encountered the Sirens and later he fought against Polyphemus on Cyclopses island. He escaped by tricking him into believing he was "Nobody" when asked who was there. Got home and his wife had many new suitors after her, prompting him to reveal himself to them by shooting an arrow through ten hoops, something that only the King of Crete could do, who was Odysseus. His wife still didnt believe this so she called for some assistants to remove the hand carved bedframe Odysseus had made, causing him to yell out in anger, making her believe it was her husband and King.

Description: The smartest of all Ligers, Odysseus stands at the height of a bear standing on his his hind legs and is often called the Liger of the Mist, due to one of his 3 abilities that he can use: Odysseus is able to spit out a thick mist ( twice per battle ) that covers a short-long range, that the user can use to create mist -related jutsus with, that the user nor the opponent can see through. However, this works in well with Odysseus second ability: Odysseus can sense the whereabouts of anything within the mist due to it being his chakra within the air. He then uses his telekinetic communication with his summoner to divulge the location of the opponent. Odysseus can also use any Water jutsu that the user knows up to A-rank, which count obviously to the user's jutsu counts per turn.

I planned on remaking him as well, allowing him to release mist as he is summoned.

No, it doesn't. Only jutsu. One thing I used to do with him is have him release the mist asap after being summoned. He can sense anything in it and with our telepathy, it makes you have pseudo sensing inside the mist.

Jason is the leader of the Argonauts, a group of heroes who definitely weren't known as Aristocrats. The heroes that consisted his team are the namesakes for several of the Ligers we see here.

Since I'm heading out soon, I'll use Brolys old explanation of Jason. Vex, you can give your analysis of the jutsu instead.

was a greek hero who was the creatr of the argonauts, a group of other badass greek heroes like heracles, atalanta, castor and pollux, and other warriors. I think of his story sort of like when my favorite cartoon crosses over with another good cartoon, like that time adventure time crossed over into futurama. Or the avengers, whatevers your thing man. So first they went to this island where all the *****es smelled foul and killed their husbands. I think that Aphrodite made them smell bad because they stopped worshiping her. So anyway, the group of heroes apparently didnt even care that all the women didnt take baths and stank and they had *** with them anyway. Heracles was the only sane ***** with them because he was like "Yall *****s crazy, do you smell them? Are yall high? Yall think they got weed huh" and he wanted to leave so they did.

Then they went to this dude named Phineas who was getting beat up by bird women, Jason went and kicked they ass and left again. Also I think Heracles left at this point and i stopped paying attention a bit in class after this because my favorite character just left the story. At some point, they were sailing and were at these big rocks that crushed together every few seconds. You know your classic video game trap stuff. They released a dove through the rocks which for some reason told them that it was okay to go through the rocks and so they went through (with the help of the wind demi gods i think)

Anyway he got to the dude who just freaking had the golden fleece laying around and gave it to Jason for slaying a dragon and an ox. Personally, I though all of this would have been 10x easier if heracles stayed but whatever

Oh and also jason put dragon teeth into the ground and people grew from it somehow

He's able to use up to B rank tai because who doesnt like taijutsu, right? His fur is a bright gold color. He is able to move as fast as Heracles can, which is equivalent to second gate speeds ( x2 Kage base speed basically ).

One thing that makes him stand out is his ability to conceal his appearance. His fur is able to reflect light and making it seem as if he has disappeared from the field. The main drawback with this is an enemy with sensory is able to sense him still. However the best part about him is his fur. This fur is able to transform into a golden cloak of armor that works much like his original concealment ability but on an extended and greater level. By donning the cloak, the user gains the effect of complete concealment, making him invisible completely to others. Doujutsu users are also fooled when the user is concealed, but it the user were to perform any chakra enhanced attacks, he becomes exposed. So it's ideal for taijutu. Sensors are completely unable to be fooled, unless the user suppresses his chakra. Aside from this, one can still be seen as a rippled like mirage effect would be seen from the movements. All in all, its a nice tech lol

Description: The user wipes his hands over his summoning tattoo, or makes several handseals and summons, Jason. Jason, when on all fours, is the size of a grown man standing and when Jason stands bipedally, is close to 2 meters taller (standing at a full 3 meters) and proportionately sized also. Jason stands out amongst the Ligers for a few reasons, the most notable being the appearance of his coat of fur, shining a bright gold color, taking on a trait of Lions, from which Ligers are derived. This fur, shining a bright gold, reflects light from it, often making it appear as if Jason has disappeared from the field, making tracking him quite difficult, giving him the a rather useful ability in espionage. Jason is also a noted hand to hand combatant, though not on the same level as Achilles, known for his superior strength. However, Jason is much quicker, moving at speeds similar to Heracles, slightly faster than most Ligers and can use basic taijutsu the user knows up to B rank, though no elemental variations. A common ability of Ligers is their ability to transform into useful items for the summoner, such as Achilles transforming into a set of armor and Icarus transforming into a set of taijutsu enhancing claws. Similar to this line of work, Jason is able to be summoned in the form of a golden cloak of fur, granting the wearer with an ability similar to his own but enhanced; Jason is only able to conceal his appearance, his source of chakra remaining on the field. However, in his cloaked form, this ability increases as he isn't constantly molding chakra while using it, creating the effect of complete concealment but this is still limited. This works by the cloak reflecting light around the user to make it appear as if there isn't any chakra concealed beneath it. However, should the user make any actions that utilize chakra, this concealment is exposed, the user's source of chakra viewable from beneath the cloak. Still, the concealement is less effective, the faster the user is moving (or the liger). The faster you move, the more disturbances flow through the surface of the cloak (or the ligers fur), rippling the light and creating a sort of mirage effect as one moves, becoming clearly visible to other ninjas. Doujutsu users can fully see the liger though they'll have trouble spotting the user if he is cloaked. Sensors are immune to this and can sense the users chakra or the liger's regardless, unless a chakra suppression technique is used.
