Hm, yeah, but I think that the Custom Users group as well as the Submission thread should be temporarily open again (both should be closed to posting but open to viewing). Because some people who haven't saved their customs in an MS word document would like to keep a few recently made customs so that they can resubmit. So the group should become open with an announcement for all of those who don't have their customs to take them out of the group within a limited time (one week at most). Just so that everyone doesn't have to remake the customs which would cause some conflict with people who didn't know about this beforehand.

Besides that, I think this is a good idea.

This is exactly why the thread is closed now, for your protection against people stealing your creations/ideas. I hope you understand now why it was needed for me to temporarily hide the thread.

Also, there is no way that on NB anyone is gonna steal another person's jutsus. I will copy the whole thread and club and keep it safe and hidden somewhere. So if you see anyone trying things, you just notify me, i go and check the copied thread and take action if needed

My opinion is that if anyone wants to start over he should be allowed to do so; People who don't want to change their jutsus, they won't be forced to do it of course. But if someone wants to change he has the right to change.
Now, that combined with what i said above (me keeping backups of your things) is, i think, safe for everyone.

Not a decision, that's why there is still a poll.
It's up to the members, so let's let them vote.

I'd like to delete customs for example, i made loads of sand custom jutsus and im not a sand user anymore so i cant use them and they take up my custom space =/, when i'd rather have them deleted, id they are pointless.

I just edited the "yes" option, if this goes further it will be up to the member to decide if they want to change their jutsus, no one will be forced to.
