Well from what I can see it basically works by the user expelling large amounts of chakra creating a large orb that reach up to short range then I do one Handsign and by doing that the orb is compressed and focused into the users hand and released in a crescent shape

That's pretty much it. It's a raw surge of chakra from your body, A rank in strength (Thus a good counter for genjutsu), of fire.
If hit by a wind jutsu, you can absorb it and then release it back, as a combo. Of course, it requires the wind to be of the same or lower rank, otherwise it will just neutralize the fire (S rank). If the fire is neutralized, then it simply vanishes, along with the wind jutsu, without burning you.

With one handseals (One hand) the orb condenses on itself, concentrating all on the user's hand, which can then be released as an horizontal crescent.
*The user is covered by a thin chakra coat that prevents the jutsu from burning her*
*The user can't use fire jutsus higher than A rank in the next turn, and will have to wait at least two turns to be used again*
