Name: (Umarekawari no ken) - Reincarnation Fist

Type: Fuin/Puppetry

Background:
This style was created to quickly and conveniently release puppets for specific functions and tasks. When a puppeteer is in combat they will not always be able to summon the puppet they need at the time nor will they know if they need a specific puppet until they are in combat. This style was created to allow puppeteers to summon forth puppets that can form specific tasks and once that task is completed then return back to their seal. This style essentially allows the user to change their fighting style by allowing them to summon forth surprise and concise attacks by bringing forth puppets that are needed at a time. Reincarnation Fist is a custom fighting style developed by a group of puppeteers who excelled in puppetry and Fuinjutsu. They were encouraged to create this fighting style after reports of a feat Kankuro pulled off in one of the Ninja wars. In the war, Kankuro summoned from his scroll a puppet that immediately upon its release capture and restrained Deidara on its own. This proves that it is possible to bestow a specific yet simple function upon a puppet. The image of what Kankuro did can be found in this link: x

Description and Inner Workings of the Style:
In order to utilize this fighting style, the user must first cover their bodies or armor with sealing tags. Inside of each seal is a puppet that can be utilized depending on how the user wants. The main thing about this is that the puppets can range from basic humanoid structures to puppets like dragons or snakes. The purpose of each puppet will be to perform a specific action. This specific action is based on the specific technique the user makes. Any action the user decides to perform with the puppet can be any action that can normally be utilized with an ordinary puppet such as senbon, chakra based attacks, or generating elemental attacks through specific methods. These methods can also techniques that involve Fuinjutsu and its abilities. For instance, the user can summon forth a dragon based puppet whose dimensions and configurations will be decided upon in the technique, and program it to release a punch with its left arm. The thing about all puppets used through this technique is that once they fulfill their programmed action they will re-seal themselves and undergo a cooldown before said puppet can be used again. Also, most techniques from this technique will usually deactivate after one turn. It is also important to mention that the puppets cannot be programmed with overly complicated tasks or ones that would cause them to span out over several turns. At most, a puppet can stay around for one turn. Lastly, it is possible for a specific technique to hold multiple puppets, but the abilities and strength of these puppets are distributed between the puppets.

Description: A Reincarnation Fist technique that involves one of the properties of fuinjutsu. By first activating a seal on the back a wooden humanoid puppet will protrude from it. Instantly after being summoned it will activate the kanji scripts on its arm and slam its hands together. Shortly afterward, a crimson colored barrier will protrude around the user and their allies and protect the user from outside attacks up to C-rank.

Description: The user will first activate a seal on their abdomen and release from their body an abundance of skeleton puppets. The puppets released from the essentially will be so large in quantity that they resemble that of a skeleton army. Due to the number of them, it is near impossible to count how many there are. However, due to the number of puppets, each individual puppet can be destroyed by a free-form blow. Once summoned, the user can perform the puppets to perform one of two things. The first is the user can use them to stampede and bombard an opponent with S-rank strength. The second is that the user can choose to have the puppets surround the user and provide an S-rank shield.

(Ningyō yōshiki: Shōmetsu-hō) — Reincarnation Fist: Might of the Dragon

Description: The user will first generate chakra into a seal on their shoulder. Moments later a serpentine dragon around five meters long will be released from said seal. Once summoned, the dragon will release a fire beam at a target. The dragon will do this by utilizing a fuinjutsu tag that will be placed inside the dragon's mouth. When the user has decided on a target, the seal will activate and release a powerful but thin beam of fire at the target. One advantage of this is that the user can use their chakra to move the dragon around allowing it to mimic flight and allow it a better range and angle to attack opponents.

Note: While active, the dragon will temporarily float with the help of chakra surrounding its being that can move it around.

( Taka no Kata ) - Way of The Hawk

Type: Ninjutsu/summoning

Background:

Zenryoku first formed the summoning contract with the Giant hawks many years ago, forming a bond and even developing the great hawk lord style. Over time he would visit where they resided to learn more each time from the majestic beasts. As he did, he noted skills of theirs in which they would release their own feathers from their bodies and control and enhance them through the use of chakra for great attack and defensive purposes. Through this Zenryoku would then develop his own unique fighting style utilizing the feathers of the hawks of which he signed a contract with and eventually he would pass on to others that had signed the contract.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:

As seen with many animal summoning contracts, the users of the style can adapt and use skills that are the same as summons, for example, the ninja that have use of the toad contract can use toad oil without the summon present. In the case of the Way of the Hawk, the user can create and control feather of the giant hawks, controlling and enhancing them for their own unique style. Similar to how Itachi showed with his genjutsu, the use of crow feathers, this style will use the feathers in actuality to enhance the users style, using a few unique traits. The user will be able to summon the feathers creating them from their body with chakra or with a type of summoning jutsu to have them at their disposal, or even use them through their hawk summons. They are also capable of enhancing the feathers through infusing them with chakra to make them harder, sharper, more dangerous in general but this also due to the nature of applying pure chakra, can help provide them with the ability to combat elemental ninjutsu of equal rank and below. The user will be able to apply seals and such to the feathers to create a binding method and such within the distraction of a swarm of feathers. Other such methods are that due to how the feathers can be distracting and draw attention in their erratic motions, they can be used in a way to induce genjutsu. Another unique part of the style is that through summoning application, the user could also create wings, mixed with chakra for strength and durability, that will enable them to physically fly and mimic their summoning partners somewhat in battle. The use of wings may also be used as a means to avoid techniques when in flight which will result in the usage of a move slot. This style enables the users of the style to fight in numerous different ways, effectively enhancing their range of ability during combat. A unique trait of the style is that the user can choose their own feather colourations, which mimics the multitude of different coloured feathers that Giant hawks have, for example the user can choose to use black, grey, white, brown feathers.

From here the user will infuse their chakra into them, taking control, and releasing them to wrap around the target. On these feathers will be a sealing formula that will bind the target, restricting their movements and stop them from using jutsu above A rank. The user can also use this by creating feathers in the sky to fall down as though a hawk had just flown over, similar in appearence to the temple of nirvana genjutsu.

Additional effects and Restrictions:
In order for a member to be capable of performing the Way of the Hawk, they must first have signed the Giant hawk summoning contract. They will also be required to have learnt Fuuinjutsu in order to perform the various techniques that incorporate the use of seals and have mastered the use of ninjutsu.




⚔ Declined: Okay, this is a great start to be frank, but there's a couple of problems with it. ⚔


For starters, you mention Fuinjutsu in the style's Description, and the Additional Effects & Restrictions portion of the submission, but it isn't in the Fighting Style's Type. It's only Ninjutsu and Summoning (which itself is Ninjutsu, lol). You did the same thing earlier in the Style as well, stating you can use the feathers as a way to induce Genjutsu, but, again, the Style lacks Genjutsu in the type. Refer to step two of the first post in this thread, as it clearly states that you need to be consistent with this section specifically. Basically, if an ability or field isn't stated here, it isn't in your Fighting Style, so you'll need to more clearly define what can and can't be done via this Fighting Style before you fix the underlying issues. Speaking of which, the next issue is that there's nothing that makes this a "Fighting Style", which generally need to have some kind of CQC aspect to them. Both of your example Jutsu, the Type, and even the description itself don't really describe any kind of Taijutsu/ Kenjutsu aspect to this Style. What you currently have is just a feather-based projectile Custom, with Raw Chakra and Fuinjutsu thrown in so that it's not boring, which doesn't need to be a CFS. Try and give a thought to where you could incorporate feathers and wings into CQC. I personally recommend this site or this one.
Next, the way you reference users utilizing Toad Oil makes it sound like this is a Fighting Style based on the "Naturalist" biography specialization, as that's the only real way Summoners can produce the same materials as their Summons, but you don't really mention that specialization itself. You allude to it like it's proof, or the basis for the Style itself, but then kind of forget about it entirely. Does this CFS need that specialization to create the feathers or not? Are they physical feathers that you generate from your body? Are they pure Chakra? Are you summoning feathers themselves with the Summoning Jutsu? The way you word the infusion portion makes me believe it's the first one, but you're kind of all over the place to be frank. At least when it comes to using them via Summons it makes some sense, as they already have the feathers, so you have a finite, but reliable source, so there's no issue there, but you really need to just pick one of the other 3 and stick to it. If you're using Chakra to create/ generate these feathers/ wings from your body itself, physically, then that will no doubt require any biography that utilizes this Style to have the "Naturalist" specialization. If you're summoning them, then that's probably going to be a CFSJ in and of itself. Honestly, I recommend you make it so that the CFS requires the Naturalist specialty, but in return, you can maintain wings from the style at all times as a permanent addition to your biography, that way you gain a permanent addition from the style, and always have the wings/ feathers ready to be utilized by the Style. This would also tie-in to the issue mentioned in the first portion, specifically the lack of CQC aspect. If you always have the Wings active, you can make part of the CFS based around utilizing them in CQC, while also making them usable in freeform. From there, you just need to clarify and fix the smaller things I mentioned earlier, and you'll be way closer to approval in my opinion, but, like I said, this was a great start.

Type: Ninjutsu/Fuuinjutsu

Background:

As he did, he noted skills of theirs in which they would release their own feathers from their bodies and control and enhance them through the use of chakra for great attack and defensive purposes. Through this Zenryoku would then develop his own style which he would pass on to others that had signed the contract.

Through this he would take on his own aspect of the hawks, similar to those of natural summoning specialists, to make the style work. What this means is, how a toad user can release oil like it's summons, the user forms their own wings that they can they produce feathers from, having them constantly on them.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:
This entire style is based on the user having a specific specility: "Naturalist Summoning Specialist: You may produce the same special skills as the animals of the contracts you've signed (e.g., Toad oil, Spider silk, snake venom, etc )." Through this the user will have grown their own wings with their own own feathers akin to the hawks themselves, creating the material for the style. From here the user will focus on using the wings and feathers to enhance their in combat capabilities. This can be broken down into a few different methods. The first and foremost is that these wings will grant flight, allowing the user to enhance their manourablity in combat through precision strikes and retreat. These wings are an extention of the user themselves, like another limb. If someone were to attack from behind they could smack them away with the wing itself. Or even wrapping the wings around them for defense. All this will be submitted through jutsu themselves. The user will be able to passively regrow feathers on the wings as they user them up at -10 chakra per turn.

Though the wings are an extention of the user in this way, the main application of the style is through the feathers themselves. The user will release the feathers through chakra control and use them to enhance their fighting style. These feathers can be hardened with raw chakra, like we have seen clothes being done, or infused with elements to enhance them much like basic weapon to give them a unique aspect. Not only this but as the user releases these feathers they can apply kanji to them for sealing formula to wrap around their targets to bind, seal off, restrict etc, all of which to be submitted as jutsu.

By using body movements, sharpening feathers slicing with the wings, using the feathers as blades, the close combat abilities are enhanced 10 fold. Hardening the wings with chakra or elements for defences while attacking with hands, feet. Using the wings for gusts of wind to lift up for avoidence while flipping over to strike for attack, using them for balance for some tricky manourvers.

All of the above are to be submitted and individual jutsu.

Description: Through the user of a single hand seal, from his wings the user will release a burst of feathers than push up into the air and begin to flowly fall mid range around the user creating a source for his combat style. Though this would seem like a distraction it's the user setting up for what could seem like an infinite weapon style. From here the user will be able to grab any of these feathers at will as then stand within them or passing through them while they infuse their chakra into them, hardening them and increasing their cutting and destructive power, turning each one into an extension of themselves using them as a blade to slice down their opponent in combat, being able to use them as a medium for kenjutsu attacks.

Description: A quick strike or evasion technique, simple but effective. With a flick of the users wings they will release a small short burst of wind to propel them. In doing this they can use it to quickly burst into too strike their opponent catching them off guard from the sudden movement or after a strike, release this burst to push them away to create some distance before an opponents counter attack.


Additional effects and Restrictions:
- Must of signed the hawk contract
- Must know fuuin to use sealing variants
- The user will gain wings in their bio as long as this style is listed but they are only able to do this if they have the Naturalist summoning speciality.

Declined: This is going to be ugly, and I apologize beforehand x_x. But, even though you were told to use the Naturalist specialty with this style, that simply isn't going to work. The Naturalist summoning specialty allows you to generate unique substances that summons naturally produce via physiological processes in their bodies (i.e - spider silk, snake venom, slug acid, etc).This does not extend to anatomical features on their body like feathers, or spikes. It'd be like allowing people with the dog contract to be able to produce and manipulate fur. In this case, you'd need to solidly state that you use the feathers with your chakra, meaning that you'd need an 'activation' technique wherein you'd produce wings of chakra to fly with and use as part of this style. Additionally, you could make it as a Fuuin technique, creating feather shaped barriers on your back that would allow you to fly, would be elementally neutral, and could even have special properties depending on the techniques, etc. Just an idea to make it more versatile.

: Taishō (Taijutsu & Summoning + Steel & Ninjutsu)
Background: No one understands how they got here but they've been here for as long as we've walked the earth.
Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:
Parasites go through two main stages of development.

The primal or original form. The primal form resembles a green, almost translucent snake with yellow eyes protruding out of its head, and a cone or drill like appendage on the front of its head. They almost resemble tiny tennis ball with eyes and a tail.

The second stage is when the parasite finds its desired host and enters its body, maturing over time inside to become in sync with the host. Parasites have skin resembling their host and insides to match, which can be changed as they desire. They can morph into various shapes and extend and harden certain parts of their body as they desire.


After taking control of the brain of a human or an animal, parasites develop the instinct to kill and devour other members of their host species. Parasites living in humans desire to consume other humans, while parasites occupying dogs desire to consume other dogs. Although they can live off of the food that their controlled organism would, they choose not to. Parasites are also only capable of occupying bodies of their first host species, and any new hosts must be of the same gender as the original.
It was explained by doctors that a parasite's cells double as both muscles and neurons (i.e. "sentient muscle"), meaning that their flesh also doubles as their brain.

Parasites also often possess a great degree of knowledge: they may use books, television, and the Internet to acquire the ability to speak as well as a great amount of background knowledge about the world, which they use to their advantage. Some parasites use their intelligence to become leaders of other parasites, and relay instructions and plans to 'lower' parasites.

Parasites often struggle to show emotion and usually must fake them if needed, though parasites that do gain emotions generally only show anger.

They can identify other parasites through the wavelengths emitted by their brains. Weak parasites or parasites that failed to occupy their host's brain emit weaker signals, consequently. Parasites are able to sense the mood of other parasites. Most importantly, they can sense their killing intent.

All parasites have the ability to morph into many different sizes and shapes, and can become elastic or hardened into a form stronger than steel. Their ability to morph is most often used to blend in with human society (though their empty gaze and lack of empathy can distinguish them to certain humans), or fight humans or other parasites. Parasite-occupied bodies possess physical capabilities that are exponentially greater than their host's, because they can use the body's full potential.

The biggest weakness parasites possess is their dependence on the organs and digestive system of the host's body: once cut off or separated, in a matter of minutes a parasite will begin to weaken, shrivel and eventually die. The host's body is also an inhibition with combat, the body is easily damaged and can also be destroyed by the occupying parasite if it tries to fight using it.

Parasites are also still affected by diseases and infections.

Another weakness is their intolerance to fire.

Description: The parasyte inside awakens thus restricting the user to move or utilize any other form of technique whilst active. The appearance of the parasyte varies from each individual and will be stereotyped via on their bio. If the user knows steel then they're allowed to form scythes with their own limbs of the parasyte if not its mere bone or any other extended organ that the parasyte had took control over. This technique can be passively activated once per battle and can be deactivated at any time during and thus reactivated a post later. Depending on the user's own knowledge of the style they can awaken a S ranked parasyte which is a superior form of every other parasyte and will have the advantages of a leader parasyte.

(Kōsoku) - REstraint

Damage: 60 - 80
Description: The parasyte once active will extend the user's body to wrap around the adversary and thus restraint them or if located near the head will bite down around the body to again trap the individual in place. Depending on the parasyte rank is how strong this technique is and will be.

Additional effects and Restrictions:
- Counts as a CSC (Custom Summoning Contract) either it be the 2nd one you own or first
- Requires your bio to have the Personal Summoning Specialist and the Naturalist Summoning Specialist perks
- Knowing steel is required to make your parasyte use their scythe limbs, otherwise its not required




⚔ Declined DNR: Sorry, but this isn't a Fighting Style. To put it plainly, you're altering the biology of any biography that uses this CFS to the extent that they become something else entirely. The best advice I can give is to try this as a Custom Clan, and, to be frank, from the description itself, it almost looks like you started with that as the intent, then changed it somewhere down the line. Because, you go into great detail about the traits, habits and personalities of the Parasytes, but completely neglect what could make this work as a Fighting Style, vis-à-vis, the shape-shifting and hardening aspect, which gets exactly one sentence in the second paragraph, but is only one part of a larger submission that doesn't fit with what a Fighting Style is. ⚔

Fenshingu: Eskrima Arts



Type: Ninbukijutsu


Background:
Eskrima arts was created by a man willing to figure out new fighting styles. One day he picked up a bow staff and wondered if it could be used with a higher sense of mobility. By chopping the staff into two sticks the man began coming up with fluid motions for using the sticks a lot like a combination of fencing and kenjutsu. While in the mountains the man bought a few poles made of chakra metal which he used to store a significant amount of lightning into the sticks in order to deliver not only crushing blows but also to shock or paralyze on contact.

The created style heavily focuses on causing broken bones and fractures rather than slicing and piercing. But more importantly is the 15 points that dictate the movements to a fight.

Once a master is complete with his training he not only understands every important point in the human body but also understands how each plays a great part to the skeletal system. The main objective is to disarm or kill in flurry of blows. The style was created to combat short range and is very good for counter strikes.



Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:
Eskrima Arts is a unique and new fighting style, only having just been revealed to the world. While some practitioners of Kenjutsu or any other melee fighting styles will mistake it for being less versatile and more complex, they would soon realize that there is much to learn before one is able to master Eskrima Arts. To even begin to learn and understand the complex nature of the Eskrima, one must acquire a minimum of two Eskrima sticks or Tonfas to begin with, yet as the training progresses, one must understand that a total of 3 Eskrima poles may be used in combat. These poles are unique form of small metallic sticks that are easy and quick to handle. Beginning one’s practice, one will first undergo basic stances and trainings. These include different strikes with an Eskrima stick such as overhand and side strikes. During this training one will come to learn to utilize two to three at once with incredible precision and skill, being capable of tracking one’s own strikes with ease while also delivering strong and powerful, and even deep wounds and broken bones. Besides the close ranged usage of the Eskrima style, which is the most essential part, there also exists the ranged aspect of the Eskrima combat. In one aspect a practitioner will learn to combine all three poles to make a ranged bowstaff to keep enemies at a distance if they prefer. In another they can be used a lot like chakra daggers in which chakra may be applied to extend the range of a stick. When having trained in the ranged field, one is able to learn the elemental part of the Eskrima Style. Of course, due to both needing the sticks for close combat and ranged combat, the practitioner is required to be in possession of at least 1 to 3 Eskrima Sticks while in combat. Starting with two the practitioner learns the joint spots of the human body which this style focuses on in order to shatter bones. Even though the essential Eskrima fighting style revolves around being in constant offensive position, one is not only trained to deliver various and deadly strikes, one is also trained in “blocking” or “countering” their opponents’ weapons such as swords, staffs etc. using their sticks to redirect their weapons down, to the side and out of the way. The Eskrima fighting style is specifically made to combat opponents that utilize staffs, swords, hand to hand combat etc. Having said this, redirecting the opponent’s weapons is an essential part of the Eskrima fighting style, utilized to open up the target and deliver crushing blows to the target’s ribs, lungs, joints, etc.

After having mastered the usage of the Eskrima Sticks there is still the most difficult part and that's the elemental control of the Eskrima Style. One must learn to manipulate his elemental chakra in order to use the most powerful form of combat-based attacks and completely master this style. When utilizing the Eskrima in close combat, one must be capable of transferring their chakra into the Eskrima they are using which stores that elemental chakra making each blow deliver an appropriate result.
-Lightning: Blows deal a slight charge capable of causing numbness/paralysis.
-Fire: Blows deal a burning sensation capable of setting clothing on fire and even 3rd degree burns.
-Earth: Blows deal crushing damage usually resulting in completely shattered bones.
-Wind: Blows deal a slicing damage even if you miss an attack the chakra coated deals slicing damage.
-Water: Blows capable of trapping struck limbs in water enabling the user to control the limb.

Description: The user will slam either one or 2 Eskrima sticks into the opponents chest releasing the element from the sticks. This causes multiple problems as it not only sends a giant elemental surge through the enemy but also shatters the enemies bones.

-Can only be taugh by Sabretooth
-Must be Chunin or above to utilize elemental combat

Background: This style was created by Jason Todd when he wished to utilize the technological concept of chakra guns alongside Close Quarters Combat. This style uses acrobatic and precise body movement to get himself into oppurtune positions to fire as well as powerful and crushing strikes granted by a mastery of Taijutsu in order to maximize his damage potential, giving a ranged aspect to his close combat ability. This style also utilizes a number of additional skills available to ninja such as Medjutsu,Fuinjutsu,NB Taijutsu, Barrier Ninjutsu and Advanced Fuinjutsu in order to supplement the projectiles he releases as well as himself to bolster the effectiveness of his style in order to complete on even power with elemental techniques. In order to maximize the speed and ability of this style, he choose to create weapons out of shaped barrier ninjutsu so that he may form different firearms. The barriers look exactly as real guns do.

Advanced Fuuinjutsu/Fuuinjutsu: Sealing serves the purposes of delivering supplementary effects to the user and the bullets that he fires from the gun barriers he creates. The bullets are actually small barrier seals containing chakra and different effects that the user seals into the barrier gun passively.


Medical Ninjutsu: The use of Med Ninjutsu and its knowledge of the body help not only with the user's precision and decision making in making a well placed shot in close quarters, but also increase the array of effects the user's strikes and projectiles are able to create on the opponent. Not only this, but this allows the user to use this style for supplementary medical usages of teammates and himself as well through his ammunition,

Barrier Ninjutsu: The users of this style are able to create barriers shaped as the different types of firearms they'll need for this style. These firearms are of course made of chakra and are able to be infused with different chakra forms through its "bullets" described above. The barriers are made with a powerful chakra, thus all projectile techniques of this style move at the speed of Wind Style: Wind Blade by default

NB Tai/Taijutsu: The user utilizes the expert body control, focus, and power that years of Taijutsu study brings to bring the real power to this style. The user utilizes flips, rolls, body positioning, and pure speed in order to close the distance or evade enemy techniques because of this while still being able to fire. The aspect of Taijutsu is also prevalent in the crushing and powerful strikes that this style is known for, that is used in tandem with the effects of the projectiles User's of this style are able to tie all of these aspects together for an extremely fluid style of fighting

As the user makes the clone they quickly appear behind the opponent with speed similar to "( Ryuu Handou ) - Dragon Kick" and fire a bullet from a pistol barrier construct into the opponent's body, sending them flying while stunned and setting them up for further techniques. Alternatively, the user may also run into the opponent and perform the technique.

As they fall, the user may dash forward and delivers a strong kick to the head of the opponent, waking them back up

Description:

The user run towards his opponent, dodging any obstacles in his way and launch into a powerful drop kick. While doing so he shoots a bullet bearing a seal similar to the sealing trap explosion technique just past the target. As he does so, his feet will connect, being able to send any physical object up to S rank backwards towards the explosive seal, which will explode upon the target going backwards, sending the tagert and everything in a 2.5 meter radius flying from the explosion.


Additional effects and Restrictions:
User must have knowledge in all relevant fields


Declined: The fuuin sealing of materials into bullets like this would come into conflict with the pending CFS ReXii currently has submitted. Outside of that, creating actual guns out of chakra (and especially with barrier ninjutsu) is a hard no. If you want this to work, you'd need to create weapons that you'd use for this style. Imbuing medical properties into your bullets is a lit ass idea though, wish I'd thought of that. Just realize that this wouldn't work with certain medical techniques. For example the Chaotic Mental Collision referenced in your example technique would require you to be hit in the same location specified in the original technique for those same effects to happen, since the paralyzation is a result of the part of that body being effected.

Name:Executioner's Song

Type:FuuinBukijutsu/FuuinKenjutsu/Taijutsu

Background: Known as a violent and terrifying executioner, the wizard Hela sought to create a fighting style that would suit her penchant for both stealth and fluid, yet deadly strikes. A style that would capitalize on precision to produce the swiftest and cruelest of deaths. In doing so, she combined her talent for Fuuinjutsu, Kenjutsu, and Bukijutsu, fashioning for herself the fighting style known as Executioner's Song.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style: Executioner's Song revolves around the use of several Fuuinjutsu tags that are placed along the user's clothing and worn on the body through bands/sleeves, similar to those seen by Sasuke and used for the Summoning: Lightning Blade Creation technique. The style works to combine the user's Taijutsu movements, using the physical movement as a substitute for handseals as the user focuses their chakra into the seals to initiate the techniques. Performing seemingly innocuous and simple Taijutsu movements, the user is able to released bladed weapons from these seals in order to strategically attack the enemy before resealing the weapon. Executioner's Song allows for fluid, rapid, and stealthy attacks, using the swift unsealing and resealing of blades weapons during Taijutsu attacks to turn them into Bukijutsu/Kenjutsu attacks, catching enemies off guard while doing critical damage.

Additional effects and Restrictions: Learning Executioner's Song requires mastery of basic Taijutsu, Kenjutsu, and basic Fuuinjutsu. Due to the rigorous training involving the pinpoint timing and accuracy to make the fighting style work, specialists of Executioner's Song gain tracking on the same level of an Increased Tracking Specialist(Primary).

Declined: "Catching enemies off guard while doing critical damage." Will not be used in a way where all moves of this technique do critical damage inherently. The boost that you want to give the CFS doesn't really make logical sense. Most CFS require some kind of pinpoint timing or accuracy so it won't be approved with that restriction. Also for future reference, Boosts that can be attained in other ways such as specializing in Increased Tracking Specialist (Primary), won't be approved since it'd be a way for you to get a specialty-like boost without having to actually specialize in said field. - Daemon

Sutōmudorō- Storm Draw

Type:Nin/Tai
Background: Zisho created this style when thinking of a way to strike with the sword and ninjutsus at the same time. With iado type fighting styles having very little or no variations using Ninjutsu zisho was forced to create a new style all his own, fusing both applications together to create something more powerful than the whole. Training in the mountains for days zisho ultimately fused the two together into something he is satisfied with.


Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style: The iado style starts off and can only work with the blade sheathed, when the blade is sheathed the user will quickly unsheathe the blade in a quick decisive attack at the opponents vitals, contrary to the regular iado the user can perform storm elemental ninjutsu at the same time as the sword swing by allowing the user to create long ranged attacks with his iado style. The drawing of the blade from the sheath serves as the gesture to create the storm element attacks withought performing handseals (This can only be achieved if you have the apex hand seal specialist).

Utilizing storm releases unique properties, the user can change the direction of his snakes in mid flight to nearly any direction allowing the attack flow around and away from incoming attacks or change position when the opponent moves based on what the user can track.

Additional effects and Restrictions:


    • Can interrupt handsign weaving if the opponent is the same rank or below the users and is close range

    • Can interrupt handsign weaving if the opponent is the same rank or below the users and is in medium range (Only if he uses storm element iado techniques)
    • Must LEarn Storm release to be able to use this CFS

🐉 Declined. Just launching Storm Release from your blade doesn't really cut it for a CFS, this is just a CJ variant of the canon tech that sends a flying slash. Also that note in the second restriction makes no sense when your ENTIRE CFS is Storm Release iado.🐉

Background:
When the Pandaren were subjugated by the Mogu centuries ago, it was the Monks that brought hope to a seemingly dim future. Restricted from using weapons by their slave masters, these pandaren instead focused on harnessing their chakra and learning weaponless combat. When the opportunity for revolution struck, they were well-trained to throw off the yoke of oppression. Whatever their combat role, monks rely mainly on their hands and feet to do the talking, and on strong connection with their inner chakra to power their abilities. Abilities such as Expel Harm and Chakra Wave both heal their allies while at the same time damaging their enemies.
Masters of bare-handed combat, monks never rely solely on the need to have a weapon in their hands to defend against their enemies. Although most widely known to the outside world for their fearsome jabs and flying kicks, they refuse to limit themselves to a single method of combat. Many monks prefer instead to “soak it up” and seem to revel in the intoxicating effect of absorbing blow after blow while their companions press the attack. Other monks specialize in calling upon the restorative power of the mists to balance the good and bad energy within people, returning them to good health and fortune. Monks bring a unique martial arts style to any fight, and harness an exotic form of chakra that’s unfamiliar to those who practice other body arts. They seek spiritual balance in life and in combat, and as dangerous as Monks can be on the battlefield, they’re rarely looking to pick a fight without just cause. They view the world through a different lens, finding power through serenity and inner peace—then expressing it through artful combat techniques and powers that mend life. Perhaps most surprisingly, Monks are also adept at producing powerful brews they consume to aid them in battle.

Fistweaving is a style of martial arts practiced that is divided into 3 branches, all connected but uniquely different to each other.
They include;
Mistweavers are unique among those who heal. The chakras they channel are mysterious, oftentimes misunderstood by commoners—who rarely travel beyond the borders of their homelands—as some form of folk medicine. But those who weave the mists wield the power of life’s essence, using a mixture of preventative and restorative spells to mend their allies’ wounds. The inner tranquility that guides mistweavers allows them to sustain their healing for long periods of time, and gives them the strength to care for multiple injured allies.
The brewmaster is a quirky character, though dangerous when underestimated. Brewmasters may seem to struggle with balance as they stumble in the middle of a fight, but this unpredictable behavior is far from foolhardiness. Most opponents barely have time to process the erratic nature of the brewmaster’s fighting tactics before they find themselves laid low—possibly the result of a keg smash to the head. When an opponent actually manages to land an attack, it’s often unclear how much the brewmaster feels it . . . if at all.
Among monks, none have mastered the martial arts as the windwalkers have, and few across the world can fight with their grace. Windwalkers possess unparalleled physical finesse, and are capable of overwhelming their enemies with a dizzying flurry of punches and kicks. Their skill comes primarily from a lifetime of intense training and discipline, but the power they exhibit is shrouded in more mysticism than meets the untrained eye. The combination of their peak physical conditioning, state of inner calm, and leveraging of mystical chakra makes windwalker monks a true force to be reckoned with.

Each of these three disciplines use medical ninjutsu to its fullest advantage while using taijutsu to have additional effects to their blows, whether it be healing or removing poisons from oneself or an ally, reducing incoming damage or reducing an opponents damage, or even by striking an opponent in weak area's to disable them and slow them down. This is how Fistweaving works, by 'weaving' medical chakra while performing taijutsu to ones advantage.
Medical chakra has a variety of uses such as healing and restoring wounds (Mystic Palm Technique), Preventing an opponent from molding chakra by manipulating their tenketsu (Medical Technique: Open Tenketsu) or even by strengthening ones body to prevent damage (Medical Mode).
Practitioners of fistweaving study and devote themselves to one branch unless they specialize in the fighting style, and by mastering the fighting style, they open their options of what branch of Fistweaving they use.
Brewmasters focus on on damage reduction as well as reducing opponents damage by using technique that increase either their own toughness or by reducing an opponents strengths. Windwalkers focus on dealing maximum damage while giving themselves more advantages when they can. These are techniques such as reducing an opponents speed or reaction times, increasing their own or disabling an opponents limbs. Mistweavers focus mainly on the positive side of medical ninjutsu which is more about healing themselves or others and preventing damage done as well as buffing themselves. As you can see, there is a few cross overs such as the brewmasters ability to reduce peoples damage the same as windwalker, the mistweaver and wind walker with their buffinf of themselves with positive medical chakra techniques, and finally the mist weaver and brewmaster with techniques that reduce incoming damage.


To reiterate, as shown in the example techniques below, users pick one branch to study and practice, while specializing in the style allows a user to access all 3 styles, however, should they specialize, when performing the technique, only one of the branches effects can happen at a time per technique.

While connecting with the strike, the user channels lightning chakra through their body to increase their speed and swings their fist at the same time, dealing 5 freeform additional damage.
Brewmaster:
The user channels earth chakra through their foot as they connect, creating a heavy concussive blow reducing the opponents speed for the next turn by 2 base levels.

Description:
A basic forward flurry of punches, the user will strike the target in the chest as they side step around them attacking from all angles with an additional effect from their discipline.
Mistweaving:
The user channels medical chakra through themselves to form a second skin of chakra that reduces incoming damage by 20 for 1 turn.
Windwalking:
The user channels wind natured chakra through themselves to increase their base speed passively by 2 for the next turn.
Brewmaster:
While sidestepping around the opponent, the user rolls backwards to mid range, escaping to a further range.

Additional effects and Restrictions:
-Users of this style must have Medical Ninjutsu mastered
-Each branch discipline has their own benefits that passively benefit the user.
Mistweaving: Heals 5 damage per turn
Windwalker: Passive base speed increase of 3
Brewmaster: Passively reduces incoming physical damage by 20.
-Specializing in this fighting style allows the user to perform effects from any discipline, however can only passively benefit from one Branch per turn.

Mutagenesis Type: Yang FuuinTaijutsu Background: Mutagenesis was created by Eli Noah in conjunction with Xii to formulate a fighting style that would push their yang capabilities to the limits. By combining Taijutsu and Fuuinjutsu and the influence of yang, Mutagenesis was created.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style: The principle idea behind Mutagenesis is the use of the "virus". The "virus" is not a virus in the literal sense but fuuinjutsu seals that are created by the user's body once they make physical contact with their target. This "virus" seal itself is imbued with Yang energy, giving them sentience to be "living" seals. The "Virus" seal, due to its namesake, duplicates itself, rapidly spreading over the surfaces it touches until its completely covered in the "virus". These seals can spread without the user's direct influence due to the sentience of these seals allowing them to continue dividing and spreading on a surface on their own will.

Due to being Yang empowered, this "virus" can inflict the effects of Yang Release on a target as it consumes it. The main purpose of the "virus" is to create imbalances in physical energy due to Yang Chakra. These imbalances in physical energy can have various effects: the main one being the ability to "burn" away one's spiritual portion thus stopping them from performing Yin based techniques, such as genjutsu, yamanaka techniques, and Yin Release itself. However, these effects can be either beneficial to the target or detrimental to the affected target depending on the usage of the Virus. An example of this would be using this virus to heal allies and the user similar to touch of the sun, augmenting the target's body similar to Ring of Hell, among other effects. Unique to this style, the user is capable of targetting himself with this "virus" to achieve the aforementioned effects when needed. Mutagenesis can also extract Yang chakra from targets through a similar method, absorbing it into the "virus" itself. The focus of Mutagenesis is the balance and control of Yang energy by either giving Yang energy by injecting it into a target or removing Yang Energy from a target through absorption.

The second portion of Mutagenesis, incorporates its fuuinjutsu aspects. The seals that encompass the "virus" are mainly trigger seals. Much like their name suggests, Trigger seals induce certain effects or activate when a trigger is set off. In terms of Mutagenesis, the trigger is an imbalance in one's physical energy, whether it be lower or higher. This trigger activates the fuuinjutsu capabilities of the "virus" such as sealing and unsealing objects or sealing an object, sealing an opponent's movements or chakra, or even erecting barriers if the technique requires it. Due to the "virus" causing an imbalance in Yang chakra as well as the "virus" being triggered by an imbalance in Yang chakra, these seals can set themselves off as both aspects of Mutagenesis playoff each other and work in tandem to achieve an effect.

While the "virus" can only be initiated by contact, the user can use a ranged variant of Mutagenesis by allowing the "virus" to spread over the surface of other objects to reach its target. As a result, a ranged application is only possible if there is a transport medium between the user and opponent/target. Similar to Eight Branched Giant Snake, this "virus" shares a telepathic link with the user, allowing it to communicate with the user to relay information or location.

Description: The user impacts a surface and spreads their "virus" seal on it. The "virus" rapidly divides and spreads over the object completely consuming it. Once it reaches it's intended target, the "virus" begin to deliver high amounts of Yang energy, burning away the opponent's Yin energy causing an imbalance. As it burns away the opponent's Yin energy, their body becomes filled with Yang chakra so dense that they lose control of bodily functions as their muscles begin to tear causing a pain and burning sensation. The "virus" detects the imbalance in the target's Yin and Yang Energies triggering their sealing effect. The "virus" Kanji then locks onto the opponent sealing off the opponent's Yin energy completely, stopping them from using spiritual and mental techniques such as Yin Release, Genjutsu, Dojutsu etc.

Background: Known as a violent and terrifying executioner, the wizard Hela sought to create a fighting style that would suit her penchant for both stealth and fluid, yet deadly strikes. A style that would capitalize on precision to produce the swiftest and cruelest of deaths. In doing so, she combined her talent for Fuuinjutsu, Kenjutsu, and Bukijutsu, fashioning for herself the fighting style known as Executioner's Song.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style: Executioner's Song revolves around the use of several Fuuinjutsu tags that are placed along the user's clothing and worn on the body through bands/sleeves, similar to those seen by Sasuke and used for the Summoning: Lightning Blade Creation technique. The style works to combine the user's Taijutsu movements, using the physical movement as a substitute for handseals as the user focuses their chakra into the seals to initiate the techniques. Performing seemingly innocuous and simple Taijutsu movements, the user is able to released bladed weapons from these seals in order to strategically attack the enemy before resealing the weapon. Executioner's Song allows for fluid, rapid, and stealthy attacks, using the swift unsealing and resealing of blades weapons during Taijutsu attacks to turn them into Bukijutsu/Kenjutsu attacks, catching enemies off guard while doing a considerable amount of damage.
