true <_< heres how it would work i think if its in ur Bio already then no one else can have it unless u teach them how to use it but then theres the chance of having it in your Bio that make so that its a kekkei genkai

I'm not against it, I'm just gonna point out some difficulties:

1. If people have already "called dibs" on it, how are they going to settle their arguments about the custom element...

2. If people include it in their bio as a custom kekkei genkai, or something.

3. If the element already exists in the manga, and someone uses it on NB. Then, later in the manga, we find out that it was used incorrectly on NB, because of new info in the manga.

4. People training themselves.
