I don't think that custom elements should be allowed anymore... I mean, I think regular elemental customs are enough. Also, we have summons 2.... It'll just b 2 much 2 keep up with.

I thinks custom elements should be allowed. If you look at it, all they are is a refinement of an existing element. Example: Dark/ White fire. It is still fire, it should have the same strengths and weaknesses as the original element, only tweaked slightly.

Even if they are not allowed, people are going to try to make these "refinments" in the custom jutsu thread anyway. So, I say to the mods, Do whatever you want, I'll support either descision
