i'd just like to know why arent custom elemental Jutsu's allowed to be submitted in in the Costum Jutsu submission thread >_< i think they should be allowed cause now that custom demons are gone then why take away custom elements too >_<

I think Custom Elements should be allowed.... but only under strict regulation and moniter...ing.

Otherwise, everyone starts to create custom elements, and no one knows what element beats what element, etc.

there should be a new system but it would take a while to confirm what the custom elements are and stuff >_<

well i have this Idea of a new element that i was gonna make but >_< well we already have Lava thats a custom element Bisha made but i think thats the only custom one out there O_O

Gravity is waaaaaaay out of line that would be OP(overpowered) Ice however is a Kekkei genkai so its not really a custom element

The user would have to come up with a lot of description of the element, and its strengths and weaknesses, and the user would also get only 1 custom element, and the user would have to have a certain number of posts.

They should also have to add the custom element somewhere in their bio, and come up with a story to back it up.

They should also have to explain how the chakra is synthesized within the body, and how it leaves the body.

And plenty of other things as well. . . .

Custom element should and shouldn't be allwd.

why not- ppl will argue over which element is more powerful. Ex. dark fire v.s. Lava. If you both use an attack that's the same lvl, u won't know which is more pwrful.

I still want custom element though... I did want gravity though.. but BiBi said no fooling wit it
