Custom element English name: Scoria


The element is based on: Fire + Earth + Wind


Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): In the Manga there have been multiple ways that Lava style has been implemented into a Ninja’s jutsu. This specific type of molten rock is tied greatly to Roshi and his Jinchuuriki’s ability to use the jutsu “Lava Release: Scorching Stream Rock Technique” which produces boulders of molten rock. The molten rock from that Lava technique is greatly tied to volcanoes which shows that the user would be capable of manipulating substances that derive from volcanoes as well as some volcanic rock. With the information that it is possible to heat molten rock this element focuses on the ability to cool magma on rocks which turns it into a different substance. This not only shows that it is possible to manipulate molten rock, but possible for the user to manipulate it into a different substance to create a black,or dark gray to deep reddish brown rock known as Scoria. To better help understand this element, Scoria is quite similar to when one slowly opens a soda bottle. As they open that soda bottle small, round bubbles form along the inside surface of the bottle. Then when the bottle is fully opened it releases larger bubbles, and a hiss of gas escapes from the bottle followed by a rush of a foam like material. The depressurization and escape of gases is the same process by which magma is depressurized as it exits a volcanic vent. The foam is equivalent to what the end result of Scoria is when it solidifies.


How it works: Scoria is formed by applying tremendous pressure towards the earth. While the earth is enclosed the user then begins to heat the earth to a state of molten-like earth. Once the rock has reached the designated heat levels the user then begins to surround earth with their wind chakra which causes for the rock to be cool tremendously. At the moment the user begins to cool the rock the pressure placed among the molten rock is then reduced greatly, as the rock is also being cooled gases start to escape in the form of bubbles. Now comes the precision part of creating the element, if the wind being applied to the molten rock solidifies the rock before the gases can fully escape the bubbles become small rounded cavities along the surfaces of the rock which is exactly what is wanted to create Scoria. Due to the fact that the earth solidified before the gases could all escape some of the gases and air are trapped inside in the form of bubbles,and the wind and gases are extremely hot. Normally, in real life cases the molten rocks are cooled because they are propelled into the air from erupting volcanoes, but in this case the user can achieve the same effect by applying the Wind Element to it to cool it. Also, as the user places Wind around the earth with the heat and pressure added to it, it releases gases out of it. The bubbles found along the surface of Scoria rocks are commonly known as vesicles containing trapped gases and air. The thick walls of Scoria also make it a heavy element weighing about 100 pounds per cubic foot making it heavier than earth, and light weight elements. When dealing with Real life situations Scoria has been known to be able to be crushed into different shapes and objects. Also, because it is heavier than earth it can be used to supplement the steel used in buildings making it play on equal terms with elements such as steel with a higher density than earth. Another property of Scoria is its ability to provide a good insulator for heat so it serves as a good way to keep heat inside, but also increase the Scoria rock itself. Something to note is that Scoria is mainly formed from rising magma is introduced to lower pressures, and has gases released which were trapped inside from the quick solidification of it. Overall, Scoria is a type of cooled molten rcok which contains hot gases and air inside of it making it quite hollow.

Now with the scoria construct the user then opens one of the valves on the back of the structure to release a blast of trapped gas and air from the back of it. With the blast coming from the Scoria it will then propel the rock in a certain direction depending on where the valve was released sending a large boulder of Scoria at a target which will hit an object with tremendous blunt force.

Description: The user will first construct a large piece of Scoria out of the surrounding ground. Now with the Scoria structure formed the user will then open up three vesicles on the contruct: One on the left, the right, and top. As the vesicles open a stream of wind is emitted from them in a linear pattern. The user then begins to spin the Scoria, and send it at a target. With the incoming Scoria it has wind being emitted from four different directions which can reach up to Mid-range. The Scoria construct itself will hit an object with extreme force, but also hit anything that gets in the way of the wind coming from it which can burn an object with heated air.
Conditions to be able to use it: Up to appropriate training in Fire, earth, and wind meaning if the user only has training up to B-rank in those elements they can only use up to B-rank Scoria.


Is weak to:


Water- Water also will act as wind does to Scoria, and serve as a way to cool it down. When water comes in contact with Scoria will cool down it’s hot outside surface, but as well as decrease the temperature inside of the rock itself.
Wind- Since Scoria is similar to molten rock, wind will cool down the gases and air trapped inside as well as the outside of it will be cooled down weakening it.
Lava- Lava is strong against Scoria due to Scoria's composition of Earth and Fire which the Lava element is strong against.
Storm- Same as with Lava, Storm is strong against both Earth and Fire which are the main components of Scoria.


Neutral To:
Steel- Scoria has been known to be able to replace Steel in constructions or buildings making it the logical choice to be able to play on equal terms with Steel.
Dark- Scoria is neutral to Dark release because Dark release can absorb the wind inside of the Scoria rock, but could not absorb the entire rock itself
Crystal- Is the same as Steel, and Scoria is a denser and stronger substance than ordinary earth putting it in the same league as Scoria.
Ice- Ice is known to be weak to earth which Scoria is made out of, but at the same time Ice is strong to wind which is inside of Scoria making it play on equal terms with Scoria.


Is strong against:
Earth- Scoria has been shown to have higher densities than ordinary earth structures.
Fire- Scoria is mainly a substance crafted from heated rock making it fire resistance, but at the same time it is because of Scoria that it is so dense and structured so fire will only increase the properties of the rock.
Lightning- Inside of the Scoria rock is air and gas that makes it hard for lightning to pass through it due to its weakness to wind.
Sound- It is mainly because Scoria has air trapped inside of it which would weaken the sound waves itself when it came in contact with Scoria as it tried to pass through it.

✗ Declined: "The How it Works" section was a bit of a laborious read but overall it was somewhat decent. However, your element as with the other one (Hydrophillic sand) falls flat when it comes to unique properties. Yes, your CE is probably feasible but ultimately it won't be approved if it isn't any different from existing elements. I suggest you expand on the gases trapped inside the rock and potentially opt for something explosive rather than flammable, since there are too many of the latter already.

✗ Declined: No to the controlling gases inside of the rock. I'm not inclined to allow the passive opening/closing of the vesicles either. You can keep the pyrophoric property but the gases will only be released when your element is damaged or destroyed.

The Element is based on: Earth Release + Fire Release

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):

Gunpowder, also known as black powder, is made up of 3 separate components. The first two are decent forms of fuel, while the final component acts as an oxidizer. The end result is a black sand-like substance which is easily combusted, creating a powerful explosion. This is typically used for the purpose of mining, by blasting the rock with the highly explosive material/ substance.

The first is Sulphur. Sulphur can be found in many types of environments, the most common being volcanoes or hot springs. As there have been numerous hot springs showcased throughout the series, it confirms that Sulphur can be found naturally within the Narutoverse. Sulphur can also be found at volcanoes, and while there weren’t any showcased within the Manga, the presence of Lava Release, specifically the variant performed by the Jinchūriki of the Tailed Beast, Son Gokū
, shows that Lava is also present within the Narutoverse, hinting that there may also be volcanoes, and thus, another potential environment where Sulphur can be naturally found.

The second component is Charcoal. As Charcoal is most easily created by heating and drying out wood, thus removing all moisture/ water and volatile components from it, logically one would only need to prove the existence of Wood to assume that Charcoal exists within the Narutoverse. We see many forms of vegetation in the Narutoverse, especially trees, as there are many occasions when Shinobi use tree branches as a platform to facilitate faster movement to their destination, while also providing cover from potential enemy attacks. There are also certain Shinobi who can control, manipulate and even create trees from nothing, using their Chakra. As Charcoal is a byproduct of heating/ burning Wood, we can safely assume that it also exists in the Narutoverse.

The final component is Saltpetre (Potassium Nitrate). Saltpetre can be extracted from natural sources, such as bat guano, a.k.a cave bat droppings. As there have been numerous sightings of bats within the Narutoverse, it can be logically assumed that Saltpetre also exists within the Narutoverse. Other methods, which include the boiling of natural minerals and the decomposition of natural resources, using urine, exist, however are not as convenient as the former case when it comes to using Saltpetre as a resource for this Custom Element.

Proving the potential existence of these 3 elements proves that gunpowder may also exist within the Narutoverse, and as something composed of natural elements, minerals and materials, is something that Shinobi can create and manipulate through their Chakra.

How it works:

The user starts by combining Earth and Fire Release Chakra, taking the base minerals, materials and components that are controlled via Earth Release Chakra, and infusing them with the inherent combustible properties of select Fire Release Jutsu (Like with “(Katon: Haisekishō) Fire Release: Ash Pile Burning” which uses Chakra infused gunpowder and ash to create a smokescreen-like cloud that doesn’t inflict severe burns on contact, until lit with an external spark). By combining these two Elemental Chakra Natures, the user creates a new type of Chakra, Gunpowder Chakra, which they channel into the earth beneath their feet, manipulating it, and turning it into Gunpowder. As the key components of non-Chakra infused Gunpowder are usually quite scarce, and rarely found together, the user may also choose, if they so desire, to carry a store of Gunpowder on their person, which they can use if they decide to fight on a terrain where the surface isn’t plain earth and dirt.

Gunpowder itself is a black sand-like material, and works in a similar way to existing sand-like Elements, allowing it’s user to freely manipulate to shape of the Element to any object, tool, weapon, etc that they desire. All of these shapes will be capable of physical contact via their shape, so a blade made of compacted Gunpowder will still be able to cut the user’s intended target, and a shield of Gunpowder will still be capable of defending the user. The major difference between this Element and existing sand-like Elements is that when Gunpowder comes into contact with a flame, or spark of some description, Gunpowder will almost instantly explode in a violent manner, giving the offensive applications of this Element a greater range, thanks to the wide area of effect this explosion, as well as the resulting shockwave, allows. However, this also makes the defensive applications of this Element a double-edged sword, as defending with something as combustible and violent as Gunpowder is a flawed tactic, and could easily lead to the user’s Jutsu backfiring on themselves, should their opponent know the qualities of Gunpowder. Another key trait of Gunpowder is the smoke it gives off once combusted. Due to Gunpowders naturally combustible nature, it acts as a natural irritant, causing discomfort to anyone it comes into contact. This includes irritation of the eyes and respiratory system, causing extreme discomfort to the throat and lungs of any who breathe the smoke from Gunpowder in. The user cannot control these side-effects, as they are simply that, side-effects from the inhalation created by the combustion of Gunpowder, and thus beyond the scope of the Element.

Description: This technique allows the practitioner of this element to, when raising his hand and pointing his index finger at his opponent, to gather both fire and earth element to this finger. This will essentially create a mixture that results in the creation of a small nail sized amount of black powder to be created on the edge of his finger. At this point, the user will with this tiny nail sized black powder; compress it into a dense state, whereas he will shoot it towards the opponent with the pulsing force of explosive black powder that is constantly created behind the dense nail sized bullet of black powder. The black powder created behind it immediately “explodes” creating the forward push to the very technique, causing the “bullet” to move at very intense speeds towards the opponent, and on impact it will explode with enough force to tear off an arm or leg, or rip through skin, flesh and even bones.

Description: This is a very simple technique, where the user will plant his palm upon the ground releasing a mixture of both fire and earth chakra into the ground, resulting in the creation of black powder, while simultaneously manipulating the ground to the point where it will also create black powder beneath the ground. This black powder will be gathered in 5 different spots on the field, which have a very high density and it is very close to the surface. These spots on the ground could be called mines, as whenever a person may step upon one of these spots, the black powder will go into a state of ignition, causing an explosion to be created. This explosion is an upwards explosion that happens at high speed and with great force, rupturing the ground and exploding with great force onto the target above.

Description: This is one of the more advanced techniques that one may perform. The user will exhale a vast amount of black powder from his mouth. This large amount of black powder is spewed out at high speed creating a large wall of “darkness” which forms a sort of wall in front of the user. This wall is only temporary, yet if anything touches it, it will with its high density and weight stop incoming projectiles like kunai, shuriken etc. Yet the true ability behind this wall is that just when created, if it is in contact with fire or any heat type of element, or if the user performs the tiger hand seal, it will cause this enormous wall of black powder to explode or ignite. This creates a large explosion of force that may rupture the ground or anything near it. After the explosion a cloud of gas and smoke will flood the entire field around it, meaning that a high level of danger to be exposed to the gas and smoke is present.

Kayaku: Kuro Kunai | gunpowder: Black Kunai

Description: The user will pull out one or up to five kunai, these kunai will then be coated in black powder created by the user and then coated onto the kunai through the usage of his chakra. This will cause the kunai(s) to gain a completely black blade. These kunai have now gained an explosive power. These kunai may be thrown, causing them to explode on impact, or the user may use one kunai in close combat by when thrust into the chest of a person as an example, it will explode causing the chest of the opponent to explode.

Conditions to be able to use it:

- Mastery over Earth
- Mastery over Fire
- Excellent Chakra Control

Is weak to:

Water & Rain Release – Water will make it heavy and unable to be controlled as well as neutralize its different properties.

All Crystals – Crystals are capable of withstanding massive amount of heat and force

Fire & Variations - these will ignite the powder causing it to combust/burn/explode

Lava & Scorch (Other extreme heat elements) – These elements will break down gunpowder, melting it or making it explode primaturely

Lightning & Variations – Lightning will completely break down and neutralize the element


Is strong against:


Wind Release – The Black Powder is heavy and dense enough to overpower the wind and unable to be pushed away

Earth – The Black Powder is heavier and more dense in larger proportions making it easily overpower earth

Fire & Variations - these will simply ignite the powder causing it to combust/burn/explode


Magnetism Release – The magnetic force would only gather the Black Powder making it denser and giving it blunter and explosive force, furthermore the amount would end up being massive weight

Wood & Organic elements – Black Powder has more density and is heavier than organic elements, as well as the explosibe/burning force of the element

Metals - These elements may withstand the element to some extend however due to the gunpowders unique properties it can easily use blunt force trauma and heavy damage to burst through metal


Decay – It is said everything decays, yet in truth Black Powder does not decay

✗ Declined: Decent base but the Strengths and Weaknesses section is completely wrong. Your element is Gunpowder, not the explosion which occurs after it's been ignited. Your strengths should have absolutely nothing to do with Gunpowder once it's ignited. Ignition, whether it was you or the opponent that initiated it, is the effective destruction of your element. All of your elemental S/W should reflect the properties of Gunpowder. So what if Water makes Gunpowder impossible to ignite? If your element isn't weakened in any other way, it would be strong to Water.

We see many forms of vegetation in the Narutoverse, especially trees, as there are many occasions when Shinobi use tree branches as a platform to facilitate faster movement to their destination, while also providing cover from potential enemy attacks. There are also certain Shinobi who can control, manipulate and even create trees from nothing, using their Chakra. As Charcoal is a byproduct of heating/ burning Wood, we can safely assume that it also exists in the Narutoverse.

The final component is Saltpetre (Potassium Nitrate). Saltpetre can be extracted from natural sources, such as bat guano, a.k.a cave bat droppings. As there have been numerous sightings of bats within the Narutoverse, it can be logically assumed that Saltpetre also exists within the Narutoverse. Other methods, which include the boiling of natural minerals and the decomposition of natural resources, using urine, exist, however are not as convenient as the former case when it comes to using Saltpetre as a resource for this Custom Element.

Proving the potential existence of these 3 elements proves that gunpowder may also exist within the Narutoverse, and as something composed of natural elements, minerals and materials, is something that Shinobi can create and manipulate through their Chakra.

How it works:

The user starts by combining Earth and Fire Release Chakra, taking the base minerals, materials and components that are controlled via Earth Release Chakra, and infusing them with the inherent combustible properties of select Fire Release Jutsu (Like with “(Katon: Haisekishō) Fire Release: Ash Pile Burning” which uses Chakra infused gunpowder and ash to create a smokescreen-like cloud that doesn’t inflict severe burns on contact, until lit with an external spark). By combining these two Elemental Chakra Natures, the user creates a new type of Chakra, Gunpowder Chakra, which they channel into the earth beneath their feet, manipulating it, and turning it into Gunpowder. As the key components of non-Chakra infused Gunpowder are usually quite scarce, and rarely found together, the user may also choose, if they so desire, to carry a store of Gunpowder on their person, which they can use if they decide to fight on a terrain where the surface isn’t plain earth and dirt.

Gunpowder itself is a black sand-like material, and works in a similar way to existing sand-like Elements, allowing it’s user to freely manipulate to shape of the Element to any object, tool, weapon, etc that they desire. All of these shapes will be capable of physical contact via their shape, so a blade made of compacted Gunpowder will still be able to cut the user’s intended target, and a shield of Gunpowder will still be capable of defending the user. The major difference between this Element and existing sand-like Elements is that when Gunpowder comes into contact with a flame, or spark of some description, Gunpowder will almost instantly explode in a violent manner, giving the offensive applications of this Element a greater range, thanks to the wide area of effect this explosion, as well as the resulting shockwave, allows. However, this also makes the defensive applications of this Element a double-edged sword, as defending with something as combustible and violent as Gunpowder is a flawed tactic, and could easily lead to the user’s Jutsu backfiring on themselves, should their opponent know the qualities of Gunpowder. Another key trait of Gunpowder is the smoke it gives off once combusted. Due to Gunpowders naturally combustible nature, it acts as a natural irritant, causing discomfort to anyone it comes into contact. This includes irritation of the eyes and respiratory system, causing extreme discomfort to the throat and lungs of any who breathe the smoke from Gunpowder in. The user cannot control these side-effects, as they are simply that, side-effects from the inhalation created by the combustion of Gunpowder, and thus beyond the scope of the Element. The user is also capable of using focused and controlled bursts of explosive gunpowder to increase the speed of projectiles.

Description: This technique allows the practitioner of this element to, when raising his hand and pointing his index finger at his opponent, to gather both fire and earth element to this finger. This will essentially create a mixture that results in the creation of a small nail sized amount of black powder to be created on the edge of his finger. At this point, the user will with this tiny nail sized black powder; compress it into a dense state, whereas he will shoot it towards the opponent with the pulsing force of explosive black powder that is constantly created behind the dense nail sized bullet of black powder. The black powder created behind it immediately “explodes” creating the forward push to the very technique, causing the “bullet” to move at very intense speeds towards the opponent, and on impact it will explode with enough force to tear off an arm or leg, or rip through skin, flesh and even bones.

This black powder will be gathered in 5 different spots on the field, which have a very high density and it is very close to the surface. These spots on the ground could be called mines, as whenever a person may step upon one of these spots, the black powder will go into a state of ignition, causing an explosion to be created. This explosion is an upwards explosion that happens at high speed and with great force, rupturing the ground and exploding with great force onto the target above.

Description: This is one of the more advanced techniques that one may perform. The user will exhale a vast amount of black powder from his mouth. This large amount of black powder is spewed out at high speed creating a large wall of “darkness” which forms a sort of wall in front of the user. This wall is only temporary, yet if anything touches it, it will with its high density and weight stop incoming projectiles like kunai, shuriken etc. Yet the true ability behind this wall is that just when created, if it is in contact with fire or any heat type of element, or if the user performs the tiger hand seal, it will cause this enormous wall of black powder to explode or ignite. This creates a large explosion of force that may rupture the ground or anything near it. After the explosion a cloud of gas and smoke will flood the entire field around it, meaning that a high level of danger to be exposed to the gas and smoke is present.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):
Bismuth is a metal that is found naturally underground and as many other earth-based metals and other elements is proven to exist in the narutoverse just because the fact that the narutoverse is very similar to that of the real world when it comes to both metals and crystalline structures. We have also seen multiple uses in the manga that it is indeed possible to mixture earth chakra to create other metals such as steel and iron sand. Even the cannon crystal release is a proof of that, albeit unknown its origin of elemental. The fact that steel and other metals are already present in the narutoverse should be indicating proofs of the existence of other metals in the earth's surface.
How it works:
Bismuth has a very low melting point for being a metal and is one of the few metals, who's density actually increases through the melting process which makes molten bismuth actually more dense that it would be in its solid form. The metal melts at 271.5 °C. That process is made through the use of the fire release as normal fire can extend to a much higher temperature than that. However, just because bismuth melts at 271.5 °C doesn't mean that the release form is going to be that temperature but can actually extend up to 1564 °C, which is bismuth's boiling point. However to achieve that sort of temperature requires a lot of chakra through the use of the fire element. Now, bismuth has three properties that makes it special compared to other metals. First of all, it has one of the lowest the thermal conductivity of all metals. This means that bismuth doesn't conduct temperature nearly as much as other metals, making it very resistant to cold and hot temperatures. A significant parallel to regular steel or iron, which both conducts heat easily. Bismuth is proven to be the most naturally diamagnetic metal there is. If you don't know what that is, diamagnetism is a property of an element that can create its own magnetic fields, meaning it can't easily be affected by other magnetic fields as it has its own one. This also provides an excellent resistance towards magnetic users who can easily manipulate other metals such as iron or gold. Lastly, what sets it unique compared to other metals aside from the low melting point, the low thermal conductivity and ability create its own magnetic fields, bismuth is a very poor electric conductor. This means that electricity won't easily be spread through the metal at all compared to other metals, who are easily cut to pieces through strong currents. Sure, massive amounts of electricity will destroy the metal but it has a certain resistance towards it. As mentioned earlier, the density of bismuth increases through liquid state, which is why it is chosen to be used in that state. Which again, also is quite a unique feature as far as metals go in terms of usage in the ninjaworld of the RP. However, having these features are really incredible as an element but. Bismuth oxides in a solid state in contact with oxygen. This can be done through the use of wind and water releases as both of which contains significantly large amounts of oxygen. This can be seen as a weakness. So can the ice release and other frost-based elements that contain oxygen do. However, ice's and their variations main purpose isn't to oxide metals, but rather freezing targets. The ice release will simply evaporate in contact with the molten bismuth, but will then provide a large cloud of freed oxygens, who will oxide the metal. It's pretty much a double-edged sword in terms of facing the ice release. Upon creations, structures of the release will cool-down to become self-sustained constructions that last until destroyed in a solid state.

In terms of jutsu application, the element is divided into two uses, depending on the use from an existing earth source or from the users body:

Existing Source Usage: The user will focus the earth and fire chakra to produce bismuth from existing sources of earth. Using the earth element will gather the elements to produce the bismuth while the fire element will be able to turn the metal into a liquid. The bismuth will be formed in underground. Based on the users precision and creativity, pools, seas, waves can be formed by the user through their use of bismuth in its liquid form.

Self Source Creation Usage: The user will focus earth and fire chakra into themselves in order to produce liquid bismuth through exhaling or extrude them from their body. This release is mostly to used in close combat and in aggressive forms of bismuth.
Physics of Bismuth:

-Ageless: Like many metals, bismuth is ageless. However it has a heavy impact on oxidation unlike some heavier metals.

-Sound Interaction: Since this release formation is based on a liquid metal, bismuth is easily shaped through physical waves that sound produce. However the density of liquid bismuth makes it play on par with sound release and is thus able to fight back through its terms of heat and density.

-Temperature Interaction: As previously stated, bismuth is very resistant on taking on heat as well as cold. It has a very low thermal conductivity and will not spread heat to any other elements or material it touches. This includes the self-regenerated heat it gains from being liquid.

-Impact Interaction: Bismuth in its release state is liquid. This means that bismuth will spread large amount of impact through the whole source and won't crack like solid metals, however, it will deform easier. Because the metal is in such a high temperature when used in battle, the heat factor plays a part in taking blunt damage and will burn away most solid elements. Facing matter denser liquid bismuth will consider a weakness towards the release unless the structure of the material has a very unstable formation in temperatures below 1564 °C.

Wind contains oxygen, which will oxidase bismuth. Cold usages of wind will not impact bismuth as it won't react much through its low thermal conductivity.

Water contains a lot of oxygen and will vaporize on contact with bismuth to create a mist of oxygen that will react the same as the wind element and oxidase the bismuth.

Is strong against:
Earth
Liquid bismuth is both denser and hotter than regular earth and will easily defeat it.

Lightning
Bismuth is a very poor conductor of lightning and will absorb the lightning element, nullifying its effect as it spreads it through the liquid without much harm.

Fire
Liquid bismuth already contains fire as hot as it can be. Adding more fire to the element will make it more loose in consistency and add more density to the metal, making the metal stronger the hotter it becomes.

Magnetism
Unlike almost all common metals, bismuth creates their own magnetic fields who will cancel out other intercepting magnetic fields. The mass and density of the material will then be used to overcome other uses of magnetism.

Dark
Bismuth is a metal and contains a mass even if its liquid, it won't easily be absorbed through dark release.

Organic Matter
Organic matter will simply melt and evaporate on touch with liquid bismuth. This includes plants, mushrooms, wood, paper and others.

✗ Declined: Your proof for the existence of this element is very lacking. If you could just say “The NV is basically the same as the real world”, this section wouldn’t exist in the template for CEs. Other than that, this is pretty decent. The properties make this a unique CE and since it's twice as abundant as Gold, it's viable in the sense it can be created from the ground. It's worth mentioning this element is nearly as dense as lead, so it would be strong to Radiation. Remove the entire section from “Ageless” to “Impact Interaction”. Just seems like filler content that you put in every one of your CEs. Look at the bolded, your CE is not solid so why are your weaknesses concerned with a property of solid Bismuth? This wouldn't be weak to Water, the two would be neutral as they cancel each other out. The water cooling down the Bismuth and being evaporated in the process (much like Lava Release). Lightning would also not be a weakness. Conductivity is not the main property of focused lightning techniques. Your element may have a high electrical resistance, that makes it difficult/impossible to conduct currents along it but that has no bearing on Raiton techniques like Gian being capable of blasting through it.

Ice
Ice will melt rapidly on contact with liquid bismuth and become vaporized. Due to bismuths low thermal conductivity it will be very resistant to low-temperature techniques such as ice and temperature release itself.

Custom element English name: Aerogel (direct translation is coldsmoke but there wasn't a Japanese word for Aerogel)

The element is based on: Earth+Fire+Water+Wind+chakra control

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): Aerogel or "cold smoke" is a very light, yet durable element in the real world, in which a gels liquid is replaced with a gas. The result being a solid however the solid is approximately 96% air. Aerogel is essentially a solid gas, or frozen smoke. In the Naruto Universe Ninja are able to manipulate smoke jutsus, and are able to freeze jutsu by lowering its tempature with wind release as stated by Kakashi to Naruto when he explained Haku's kekkei genkai. The difference between smoke, ice and Aerogel/cold smoke is that unlike smoke it is a physical solid shape, and unlike ice because it is a frozen gas and not a frozen liquid it is more bendable and more easily shaped, it makes use of its gas like properties to spread across the battle easily and then can suddenly become a solid from it cold tempature.



How it works: The user will start by using his earth style chakra to make an invisible shape for structure, followed up by adding fire style chakra to burn the earth chakra giving the illusion of smoke in a solid geometric shape. The heat from the fire will cause a type of condensation from there water particles will form on the inside and outside of the smoke forming vapors thus merging with the smoke and finally the water will be frozen by the cooling effect of the wind which freezes the vapor and condensation in the smoke and earth structure creating "frozen smoke".

In the manga, Methane is actually used quite frequently. But in minor cases, for example. We all know methane is a gas that in the real world come from flatulence or naturally occurring within the atmosphere. In the manga, Naruto is seen passing gas in order to knock Kiba out thus advancing to the next stage of the chunnin exams. That small case was in fact methane, but it wasn't concentrated. The flatulence Naruto had that day only contained trace amounts of methane. The reason for Naruto winning was due to Kiba's incredible sense of smell. Another example of methane being used comes from the simple process of fermentation. Fermentation is the process in which your body converts sugars and or calories into energy and gasses. This energy is exerted in the form of flatulence, and flatulence is primarily composed of methane. So by using the natural process of fermentation, methane can be created within the human body. My last fact to prove that methane exists in Naruto is related to the real world. In naruto they live on planet Earth obviously. On planet Earth methane is more than abundant in the atmosphere, as well as it can be produced within the ocean. Giving methane release the ability to be produced and manipulated from a pre existing source. Another real world example which transitions to narutoverse, poison.

Methane although naturally abundant within the environment it cannot simply be called forth by kneading chakra into the source. With that being said methane can be used via external source however it needs to be produced and mixed from the user's body first. This includes methane within the earth, water and atmosphere.

As touched upon earlier Methane is a super heated gas, being a gas which is produced from the user's body user of this element develop a natural tolerance for the heat of the gas as it constantly radiates from their body. It is released from the body like sweat it is involuntary. Although user's are immune to the heat of Oxy-Acetylenethey aren't however immune to the side effects of inhaling the gas and thus users of this element are known to wear specially crafted gas masks which have a filter which removes the excess Oxy-Acetylene before inhaling, leaving only a less harmful amount to further manipulate.

To bring it full circle. Oxy-Acetylene is produced by first channeling loose earthen chakra throughout the body to collect sugars and other carbohydrates before generating fire chakra throughout the body to raise the temperature of the user in order to cause him to sweat. Continuing with fire chakra he essentially evaporates the sweat on the body making a sticky vapor like cloud around the user which is then bound together by using water chakra. The gas is then reinvented from methane into Oxy-Acetylene by partially combusting the gas. The flame is extinguished quickly as the user's chakra is focused on the lingering gas which mixes with the outside oxygen and naturally heating itself up. This process is rather quick and resembles how when you ignite a grill or a lighter. A quick burst of flame and a lingering gas which is excess. The excess in this case would be the Oxy-Acetylene or Satan's Smoke.

The element is based on: Water ‡ Lightning

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): Bleach is widely known for its usage as a sanitation and whitening agent. It is used to remove stains, clean and disinfect surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom, purify water for drinking and kill bacteria, viruses, fungi and algae. Thus, bleach can serve as a disinfectant and sterilizer. In the narutoverse, people take care of their laundry and clean their homes (kitchen, bathroom), with disinfectants just like we do in the real world. It is not far-fetched to assume that bleach is one of the primary cleaning agents they use.
For instance, at Ichiraku's Ramen place, they clean up their serving tables after people leave. It is possible that this is always done with a disinfectant (bleach) to kill germs and keep surfaces clean.
The Yamanaka clan are florists as both the manga and anime have shown. And it is not uncommon for florists to care for their flowers. A common fungicide and herbicide that florists use to remove mildew and kill weeds respectively is bleach. Also, some characters in the narutoverse wear white (Neji, Ten Ten, Sasuke, Minato, doctors, medical nins, nurses, etc) and it is possible they use bleach to keep these clothes shiny.

This element is similar to water release in the sense that it also is liquid in nature and will be manipulated in like manner.

How it works: In order to achieve bleach, the user will need to infuse their water chakra simultaneously with their lightning chakra. The water chakra, being the primary determinant of how the bleach element looks (liquid), is to be of a greater ratio. The secondary element lightning serves as the electricity for the electrolysis reaction that creates bleach and so is to be infused in less amounts. This concurrent process brings about a new liquid element called Bleach which is pale yellow in colour.

In terms of usage, bleach can be manipulated outside the body as a liquid to create orbs, waves, vortexes, etc. To achieve this, one would either summon bleach or infuse bleach chakra within their body, mold it and spit it out as a liquid. Spitting bleach from the mouth will be the same as how one can expel water, fire, earth, lightning and wind techniques from their mouth. If previously used bleach remains on the field in considerable amounts, they can also be used to create new bleach techniques.

The uniqueness of the bleach element stems from its ability to not only wet an object like water does but also induce chemical burns. In general, the common symptoms associated with chemical burns include:
• Blackened or dead skin
• Irritation
• Redness
• Swelling
• Blistering
• Dermatitis
• Burning in the affected area
• Numbness or pain in the affected area.​

However, it is to be noted that bleach is not an acid. Bleach is a base, since it has a pH of above 7 (11.0-11.5). Acids on the other hand have pH of less than 7. While water is neutral with a pH of 7.

Contact with bleach occurs in the following ways:

Inhalation: Bleach has a strong, irritating smell which on inhalation will cause severe irritation to the nose, throat and respiratory system with effects including: dizziness, headache, coughing, loss of co-ordination, chest pains, respiratory paralysis and failure.

Skin contact: This will cause caustic irritation and burns due to defatting and saponification of skin oils and destruction of tissue. The slippery feel of bleach on skin is due to this process. The effects include; Redness, blistering, localised pain and dermatitis.

Eye: Bleach will cause burns to the eyes with effects including: Pain, tearing, conjunctivitis and if duration of exposure is long enough, blindness will occur.

Ingestion: Ingesting bleach is very dangerous to the body because the internal organs are made of softer tissue than the skin and thus make it easier for the bleach to be absorbed into these organs. When bleach is ingested in small amounts, it is corrosive and can irritate and damage the mucous membranes and oeso****us. It will irritate the eyes, nose and throat and cause nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Ingesting sufficient quantity of bleach will destroy the digestive tract/alimentary canal (mouth, oeso****us, stomach and intestines) which will hurt and can be fatal.​

When bleach comes in contact with acids, chlorine gas which is poisonous is produced. Bleach users do not have any control over said gas and can be affected by it too.
When bleach comes in contact with ammonia, it explodes.

✗ Declined: Remove the references to molar mass, this isn't a chemistry class. If this is heavier than water, why is this weak to wind? If this is corrosive and strong to metals, it should be strong to Earth too. This should be weak to lightning. You can say it makes your element more corrosive but it's still ionized. You can increase the pH of your element to 12.6 (since that's the highest recorded pH for a bleach that I could find). Finally, you need permission from Magic.. to re-submit this since he made Liquid Bleach a little while back.

The element is based on: Water ‡ Lightning

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): Bleach is widely known for its usage as a sanitation and whitening agent. It is used to remove stains, clean and disinfect surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom, purify water for drinking and kill bacteria, viruses, fungi and algae. Thus, bleach can serve as a disinfectant and sterilizer. In the narutoverse, people take care of their laundry and clean their homes (kitchen, bathroom), with disinfectants just like we do in the real world. It is not far-fetched to assume that bleach is one of the primary cleaning agents they use.
For instance, at Ichiraku's Ramen place, they clean up their serving tables after people leave. It is possible that this is always done with a disinfectant (bleach) to kill germs and keep surfaces clean.
The Yamanaka clan are florists as both the manga and anime have shown. And it is not uncommon for florists to care for their flowers. A common fungicide and herbicide that florists use to remove mildew and kill weeds respectively is bleach. Also, some characters in the narutoverse wear white (Neji, Ten Ten, Sasuke, Minato, doctors, medical nins, nurses, etc) and it is possible they use bleach to keep these clothes shiny.

This element is similar to water release in the sense that it also is liquid in nature and will be manipulated in like manner.

How it works: In order to achieve bleach, the user will need to infuse their water chakra simultaneously with their lightning chakra. The water chakra, being the primary determinant of how the bleach element looks (liquid), is to be of a greater ratio. The secondary element lightning serves as the electricity for the electrolysis reaction that creates bleach and so is to be infused in less amounts. This concurrent process brings about a new liquid element called Bleach which is pale yellow in colour.

In terms of usage, bleach can be manipulated outside the body as a liquid to create orbs, waves, vortexes, etc. To achieve this, one would either summon bleach or infuse bleach chakra within their body, mold it and spit it out as a liquid. Spitting bleach from the mouth will be the same as how one can expel water, fire, earth, lightning and wind techniques from their mouth. If previously used bleach remains on the field in considerable amounts, they can also be used to create new bleach techniques.

The uniqueness of the bleach element stems from its ability to not only wet an object like water does but also induce chemical burns. In general, the common symptoms associated with chemical burns include:
• Blackened or dead skin
• Irritation
• Redness
• Swelling
• Blistering
• Dermatitis
• Burning in the affected area
• Numbness or pain in the affected area.​

However, it is to be noted that bleach is not an acid. Bleach is a base, since it has a pH of above 7 (12.6). Acids on the other hand have pH of less than 7. While water is neutral with a pH of 7.

Contact with bleach occurs in the following ways:

Inhalation: Bleach has a strong, irritating smell which on inhalation will cause severe irritation to the nose, throat and respiratory system with effects including: dizziness, headache, coughing, loss of co-ordination, chest pains, respiratory paralysis and failure.

Skin contact: This will cause caustic irritation and burns due to defatting and saponification of skin oils and destruction of tissue. The slippery feel of bleach on skin is due to this process. The effects include; Redness, blistering, localised pain and dermatitis.

Eye: Bleach will cause burns to the eyes with effects including: Pain, tearing, conjunctivitis and if duration of exposure is long enough, blindness will occur.

Ingestion: Ingesting bleach is very dangerous to the body because the internal organs are made of softer tissue than the skin and thus make it easier for the bleach to be absorbed into these organs. When bleach is ingested in small amounts, it is corrosive and can irritate and damage the mucous membranes and oeso****us. It will irritate the eyes, nose and throat and cause nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Ingesting sufficient quantity of bleach will destroy the digestive tract/alimentary canal (mouth, oeso****us, stomach and intestines) which will hurt and can be fatal.​

When bleach comes in contact with acids, chlorine gas which is poisonous is produced. Bleach users do not have any control over said gas and can be affected by it too.
When bleach comes in contact with ammonia, it explodes.

Fire: Bleach is weak to fire, and can easily be evaporated by it. However in the process, corrosive smoke/toxic fumes are released. If undefended, the user can be affected by the smoke as well.

Lightning: Bleach is weak to lightning. When hit by lightning, bleach undergoes rapid catalysis that makes it more corrosive at that moment. However, it is ionized in the process and is eventually dispersed.

→ Ice: Bleach is liquid, and so it can be frozen.

Is strong against:

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):

Once thought to be the literal blood of dragons who had perished in mortal combat, Dragon's Blood is a form of resin derived from a multitude of plant genera [ ]. Within the Narutoverse, we have seen various ways in which shinobi have altered both water and earth release in order to create different syrup-like liquids, or viscous earthen fluids, respectively. The NV has similarly established that it is possible to create entirely new forms of abilities with the combination of both water and earth through the introduction of Wood Release. Along with the series showing a variety of various plant life to support the idea of these forms of genera existing, it is not far-fetched to assume that fusing these two elements with a certain ratio of chakra applied can yield entirely different outcomes to those previously established.​
How it works:

Dragon's Blood is created by combining the earth, water, and fire elements simultaneously; earth and water release provide the base toward the resin's creation, where the ratio between the two are adjusted in a manner such that the result produces the liquid resin derived from the appropriate plant genera. Using water release, the viscosity of the substance is manipulated into that of an extremely thick, viscous liquid.

What makes Dragon's Blood unique (and what allows it to live up to its name) revolves around the addition of fire chakra into the resin; this heats it up to a boiling point, the end result producing an element that is not only extremely viscous, but scalding hot. The temperature of Dragon's Blood is extremely high due in part to its high level of viscosity (after researching for a while, I could not find the precise boiling point for this particular form of resin, so I instead opted to look for the general boiling point toward resins in general and found a post that referenced a range of 180 to 360 degrees Celsius; to add further veracity to these numbers, it should be noted that the viscosity of a substance affects how high its boiling point is; the higher the viscosity, the higher its boiling point).

Custom element English name: Morphine Release

The element is based on: Water + Wind + Chakra Control

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): Morphine is what is known as an alkaloid, which are chemical compounds that are primarily based on nitrogen, and also may contain oxygen, hydrogen, chlorine, bromine, and phosphorous. Because the atmosphere of the Naruto Universe is more or less identical to that of the real world, with the existence of elements such as carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, it is not farfetched to assume that these elements could combine in the natural process that creates alkaloids, and by extension morphine, as its chemical composition is C17H19NO3

The human body also provides substantial proof for the existence of morphine. An opiate, the human brain has natural receptors that are specific for opiates and opioids. Because morphine is an opiate and the anatomy of humans in the world of Naruto are pretty much identical to that of real humans, it is safe to assume that these receptors exist in the Naruto world as well, and by extension morphine. Similarly, studies have provided evidence that minute amounts of morphine is produced by the human body, making its existence in the NV even more viable. Further proof in the human body is that it produces endorphins, which are opioid peptides. Being that morphine is the most abundant opiate found in opium, and these opium peptides definitely exist in the NV, it is pretty cement that morphine exists as well.

Morphine can also be used as a general anesthesiac, which was shown in Part 1 when surgery was performed on Choji after his battle with Jirobo almost ended his life.

How it works: Morphine is created through harnessing the Wind and Water Nature Releases in order to replicate its components, which can be found throughout the air and in water. The component of Water Release is also what grants upon Morphine its liquid form, with the Custom Element taking the form of a clear liquid that resembles water. The Morphine can be created from the user’s body or from their surroundings.

The effects of Morphine Release are greatest on living creatures, particularly humans. Upon inhalation/consumption of the substance, a myriad of effects can occur to the human body, with some being very harmful. In additions to the immense high it is capable of inflicting as well as its function as a painkiller, morphine is also capable of causing intense nausea, dizziness, vomiting, and drowsiness. Morphine can also cause a drastic slowness in breathing and heart rate, and can lead to one passing out and even death in prolonged exposure. Due to the intensity of the highs, exposure to Morphine and then extended periods away from it can lead to intensely painful withdrawal symptoms. Through masterful chakra control, users of the Morphine Release CE can even isolate/emphasize which particular effect the element will have on the body.

Wind: Wind is capable of blowing away Morphine’s liquid form, causing it to disperse as wind overpowers it.

Earth: Much like its component of Water Release, Morphine’s liquid form can be blocked and even trapped by Earthen structures.


Is strong against:

Water: Because morphine is only scarcely soluble in, and denser than, water, it is capable of overpowering it.

Fire: Due to Morphine’s higher boiling point than water and it’s liquid form, it carries a natural strength to Fire Release, capable of extinguishing the flames. Fire evaporating Morphine would also only disperse it through the air in a gaseous form, making it harder to avoid due to Morphine being odorless and clear.

✗ Declined: I think I have said this before to you, but each time I see you making posts like these I become very suspicious as they always seem to dodge the main issue and try to cover stuff up. For instance I don't really get the bolded part, but I'm guessing based on you talking about spectrum and the like, that you think you can just change your water as you see fit, which really is not going to be accepted. Things like syrup and mist are not the core of the water element, but something in the niche. It's really not a spectrum. Secondly you actually provided no acceptable way whatsoever how you create this. You just said you could create like it's an elemental KG, but it's not, this is a CE and you need to provide a real explanation. Lastly this all seems to come down pretty much to the acid element.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):

Panthalassic Water is the equivalent of Tritiated Water, Tritium Oxide or Super-Heavy Water. This is a natural occurrence, albeit very rare, where a water molecule is composed of 1 Oxigen and 2 Tritons, an isotope of Hydrogen that has 1 proton and 2 neutrons, instead of the common Hydrogen. Tritiated Water is a radioactive form of water that naturally occurs in minute quantities, and is thus used to determine the age of various water-based liquids, such as vintage wines, and is used as a tracer for water-transport studies.

The Naruto World is said to be a replica of ours in all ways. Water exists in the Naruto world without any evidence against it being any different than RL water, so tritiated water is presumed to exist in the world as well, and the manipulation of specific minerals or molecules is already common, with Orochimaru's many science experiences and even some techniques, like Gaara's sand technique Shukaku's Shield that utilizes only the strongest minerals in the ground to add to its strength. Just like many Crystal elements utilize solely Earth, because it's a selective mineral/molecule within the wider spectrum of Earth or, in this case, Water. It's relationship with Basic Water, as in, Water Release in it's clear liquid form, is the same as Water Release as a flammable oil and as a sticky syrup, with Panthalassic Water granting different abilities, though at a scale much greater than mere oil or syrup.

The name is a play on Tritiated Water RL applications, though exaggerated. With Panthalassa being the primordial ocean, there would be no older body of water, so one would imagine that, it being bottled like vintage wine, and present until today would have turned to tritium oxide by now. Besides, its my nickname.


How it works:

To produce Panthalassic Water, the user relies only on their Water chakra to produce liquid water, and Chakra manipulation, though selectively produces more quantities of tritium oxide compounds than normally, while rapidly recycling water using Chakra control, to produce either pure or close to Tritiated Water. The user can, through his chakra, modulate the quantity of tritium diluted in their water techniques, across a linear spectrum. On one side, the user produces entirely pure Water, which is the basic Water Release, and on the other side the user produces pure Tritiated Water, with every tier of dilution in between. With this element, the user is capable of controlling tritium oxide molecules, which are referred to as panthalassic water molecules or panthalassic molecules, produce panthalassic molecules or covert water molecules into panthalassic water molecules. In essence, while many techniques can use Water or Water Release as a medium, Water Chakra produces Water and Water Molecules, Panthalassic Water Chakra, which is heavily manipulated, filtered and recycled Water chakra, produces Panthalassic Water and Panthalassic Molecules.

The additional neutrons of the tritum confer Panthalassic Water a higher density, which slightly increases it's physical properties. As a radioactive version of water, pure Panthalassic Water is corrosive due to self-radiolysis, where the molecules disassociate by nuclear radiation resulting in high output of energy. Triton is a low energy beta emitter, which means it's incapable of penetrating the skin but is a radiation hazard when inhaled, ingested or absorbed by the skin. Panthalassic Water is thus a carcinogen and a teratogen. These effects are attenuated in the lower ranges of the Water-Panthalassic Water spectrum, and aggravated by higher ranked chakra and quantities.

When diluted, tritiated water distributes itself across a body of water relatively quick, which is a property that is used to calculate an unknown volume of water. As an advanced Water-Based element, Panthalassic Water establishes it's dominance over Basic Water by being both physically denser and by infecting water sources and water based techniques, spreading the user's chakra-filled Panthalassic Water molecules throughout and severing the opponent's chakra link. This is modulated by the normal W&S rules, thus the overpowering effect happens when two techniques of the same rank collide, with Panthalassic Water having the elemental advantage.

Is weak to:

Earth - While denser than Basic Water, Panthalassic Water is still not dense enough to compare to Earth and other Earth Based elements, thus it retains Water's weakness to Earth. It's low energy radiation isn't strong enough to penetrate even skin, in terms of thickness. It's corrosive properties aren't strong enough to act at a level beyond that of a Biological Element.

Lightning - Due to the self-Radiolysis, Panthalassic Water is susceptible to lightning's effects, thus it turns Water's neutrality to Lightning into a Weakness. Lightning will accelerate the decay of Panthalassic Water and rapidly consume it, outputting high levels of energy. Radiation-based elements will most likely be stronger than Panthalassic Water's Radiation effects.


Is strong against:

Fire - Panthalassic Water shares the same relationship that Water shares with Fire, being able to douse it out. Fire's heat does not conflict with either the corrosive nor the radiation effect, and Panthalassic Water is already pretty hot due to self-radiolysis.

Water - As an advanced form of water, denser than it, Panthalassic Water overpowers water in every aspect, both physically and chakra-wise. It's corrosive effect melts through any Biological Element, and is a radiation hazard to living beings.

Wind - Denser than Water, Panthalassic Water is capable of turning Water's neutrality to Wind into a Strength, pushing wind and flexible enough to sustain it's cutting power. Wind does not counter either the radiation or the corrosive effect of Panthalassic Water.

✗ Declined: Almost there but I still have some gripes with this. First off, remove the entire passage on "Panthalassic Water Molecules". Secondly, you won't be able to control how much tritium is diluted in your techniques, such a thing would play havoc with your strengths and weaknesses. For example, a low concentration of tritium would most likely negate the strengths to Water and Wind and I'm not going to allow variable S/W. I'm also not inclined to allow the coloured portion, it seems unnecessary.

Custom element English name: Dry Lightning Release

The element is based on: Lightning and Fire

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): The basis of the element is rather of the more simplistic in explaining how it occurs in the ninja world. The task of difficulty however is to explain its different to regular lightning. First and foremost, natural lightning and lightning in general in the canon (and RP) is that of where lightning has particles of precipitation because of its travel through rain storms. Water being present in lightning allows for it to be conducted through the ground, and in general, travel. This generic, and widely accepted form of lightning must occur in times of moderate or colder temperatures. Dry lightnings only difference is the dehydration of lightning, which occurs when lightning bursts through humid, dry, warm areas, and sometimes when volcanic ash is high in the atmosphere can often generate electricity which emulates dry lightning. The logic is very simple in the manga context for how dry lightning can be present, as it is a naturally occurring weather pattern. All that is for evidence is dry areas or substances (Sunagakure and Ash), and the ability for these areas to create storms.

How it works: The user will gather their lightning chakra and use it as the basis of their element. Through the channel of their fire chakra into the base of the CE, the fire can "dry" out the lightning, erasing it of any precipitation or conductibility. Thus creating the form of Dry lightning.
Dry lightning is known to be the natural and number one cause of wild fires, because in contrast to its counter part, it does not conduct through the ground, instead, due to its dry and hot nature, it will hit the ground and immediately cause bursts of fire upon contact. One can look at this as an exchange, instead of lightning conducting through the ground, it will burn and lit the entire floor into flames. Likewise, this is also evident with water, instead of normally conduct through water, the lightning's dryness will be the main factor of evaporating the water source. Often times upon contact with water sources, vapor and mists become the byproduct and aftermath when the dry lightning lands.
These "new" elemental interactions become the basic difference of lightning and dry lightning, but dry lightning still maintains its electromagnetic properties. Electrically speaking, it doesn't hold the same lethal paralyzing (at most slight numbness) effects since the lightning will not attempt to travel through the nervous system or body of the opponent since it will no longer possess such conductivity (think Nagashi when Yamato was effected) but it will have much more extreme and lethal burns, even more than regular fire.


An interesting interaction with normal lightning is that if the two clash, the heat of the dry lightning can actually dry out the precipitation in the "normal" lightning making it a dry lightning component, which will negate one another. Wind maintains natural strength over lightning because of its physical characteristic being similar to regular lightning, but the aftermath of the fire that can often be set may still benefit from wind (though the fire itself is not ranked and cannot be controlled through the element)

Description: The user will release a burst of electricity through the ground that will cause everything in the path of the user to be lit into flames, as the lightning continues towards the opponent itself (the lightning continues through the holding of a hand seal and maintaining concentration with it, while the fire is the natural byproduct), with now fire and lightning convulsing and destroying the opponent.

Conditions to be able to use it:
Mastery of Fire | Lightning​

Is weak to:
Wind- Obvious because of its physical characteristic.
Earth- Does not break earth like it normally does, can only set it on fire.

Is strong against:
Water- Evaporates it with ease.
Fire- Much more hotter and lethal.

✗ Declined: "Dry lightning is a technical misnomer since lightning itself is neither wet nor dry." The reason lightning causes wild fires in certain areas is because there's little to no rain to prevent trees and vegetation from catching fire when they're struck. The method of creation in nature might vary but fundamentally there's no difference between this and normal lightning.

Custom element English name: Hell Release (Blue Lava Release)

The element is based on: Dark | Earth

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):
Even though we do not know much of Dark Release in the Narutoverse it is shown that it release Blue Flames which we would assume acts much like ordinary fire. The fire if hot enough can melt the earth and make it become "molten", make it become like Lava except in this case it would be blue. And Lava is shown in the Manga, to be used by Mei and Rōshi.

How it works:
It would require the use of Dark Release's Inhaling Maw to be able to perform these techniques because the Release version (Blue Fire) of Meiton also requires it. Once done so the Meiton chakra can be channeled through the ground or through the body, molding it with Doton Chakra which thickens the flames to create a "Lava" state which would take a blue look. The Lava when create from the ground can leave patches of molten earth from where it was once created, creating small traps and dangerous terrain that can no longer be walked upon without taking damage from burns

Because it's in the form of a Liquid it acts like one instead of like flames, giving it more versatility to manipulate and form, however because of it's intense heat the Lava is capable of setting fire to anything flammable that it touches nearby passively, like wood - this can also be used when creating defenses of sorts - the lava can give off intense wall of blue flames for example if the lava is simply spread across the floor the fire can rise up and cover and area like a campfire except the source would be the blue lava and not the wood. This adds a variety of combinations. What makes this different from Lava is Meiton's Absorption properties, it can take energies like Fire and Wind and completely absorbs them which has the Lava glow brighter and also stronger, Jigokuton has no other state it just takes in these forms of Heat as a way of powering it up and so has no secondary release like Meiton does. However Blue Lava has the ability once it successfully absorbs a weaker Element such as Fire or Lightning it would become stronger passively; giving the Lava Technique some small powerups as will be shown in the examples and range increase for each technique that is absorbed. Of course this is prohibited to just Fire and Lightning since they create heat and any other Energy and Heat based KG/CE.

Jigokuton causes Burn Damage and can quickly melt a target if they're caught in it, but it also causes internal damage as it burns on the outside, like Meiton always has. Making the element most of the time, fatal.

Description:
The user will slam their hand on the ground an from the earth it will erupt an entity almost like a ghost as it's just a big 3 meter tall glob of Blue lava with arms that seemingly slides across the earth, it leaves traces of blue fire wherever it moves from. The user can command it to attack a target, but can have it split into multiple to attack different targets suddenly and with a hand seal.

If the Globule is strengthened and manages to absorb some energy it will suddenly get a boost in speed and blue flames will erupt from it's body (Sort of like it went super saiyan) the radius around the Glob becomes hot at about 2 meters and just by being that close it can set you alight. It moves as fast as a Lightning technique whereas before it only moves as fast as water.

Description:
A Spawn Grenade is a sphere of blue lava created in the user's hand after performing a couple of hand seals, it can simply be thrown at a target and will cause splash damage with a radius of 2 meters. The lava will splash and stick setting fire and melting anything caught in it's radius. However if it comes into contact with an Energy or heat based elemental technique the grenade will explode viciously, sending Blue Lava in all directions in a 5 meter radius, melting a burning anything caught in it's vicinity. Within said 5 meter blue lava is spread all across the ground with patches of fire burning from it, making it dangerous to be around that area again.

Conditions to be able to use it:
- Must have a Dark Release Bio
- Must have master Dark Release
- Must have Mastered Earth, Fire and Lightning
- Requires Techniques to be Absorbed by Inhaling Maw before hand

Is weak to:
Earth - Earth is solid and is strong enough to stop the lava, plus Dark Release has always had a very hard time burning and getting through this solid construct.

Wind - Stronger Winds can cool down the Lava and stop it from moving. Can also be combined with Wind to create a stronger combination, like how wind can be combined with water to push it along the same can be done, however if you used against it - the wind has power over cooling down the lava and solidifying it.

Is strong against:
Water - Blue Lava is much thicker than water it would push straight through it and evaporate it as it does so, a combination of the two can be deadly. Water is weak against it but cannot be absorbed to make Blue Lava Stronger.

Fire - Fire heats up it up and is energy based which makes it easy strengthen, making the Jigokuton double in strength over Fire Release or any kind energy and heat based KG/CE.

Lightning - Also adds heat, it can be combined and channeled with the Lava to create deadly combinations. But does not suffer the double strength as it has some cutting resistance.

The element is based on:The refraction of sound waves. Sound waves travel in the form of compression waves, capable of spreading by vibrating through mediums; gases, solids, and liquids, but it cannot travel through a vacuum due to the absence of a medium for the sound waves to compress. Sound waves travel's faster and farther as the atmosphere increases in temperature, due to the rapid vibration of the molecules speeding as a reaction to heat. Due to this reaction, it would appear to the naked eye as if the sound waves were causing a ripple effect within the surrounding medium, similar to destructive sound release, but within an instant flash of warm colors due to them being hindering sound waves. The speed depends on the technique being used.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): This element was deprived from the original elements created in the series known as sound and fire release. By simply combining the two, it allows the user to create heat waves, simmilar to the ones that the Sun emits in the series which may cause ripples within the atmosphere as well as the temperature to rise.

How it works: The user will mold both their Sound and Fire chakra simutaneously in order to create this element. Upon releasing this new mixture, the atmosphere will become heated as the pulses transverses throughout any given area to do an array of tasks such as sending the pulses throughout matter to collect information, burn away energy at a molecular level by mimicking it's wavelength,settle within the area to make prolonged fighting difficult, but not to the point that the heat would inflict serious wounds upon the target or the surroundings unless specified. Similar to hindering sound waves, this elements main purpose is to augment or diminish the abilities of others while also destroying biological systems such as Wood Release.

In essence, it is created by purifying grounded up pieces of earth with a dust or sand-like quality until it is composed of purely crystallized acrylic acid combined with acrylonitrile. Both acrylic acid and acrylonitrile [[URL="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Acrylonitrile"]1[/URL]] are a product of propene, an unsaturated organic compound that is found in nature through natural gas. Being that natural gas (a type of fossil fuel) is created when layers of buried/decomposed plants, gases, and animals (all three of which found within the NV) are exposed to intense heat and pressure over thousands of years, it is safe to assume that natural gas, the primary factor needed to create Pantheonic Dust exists within the Narutoverse.[/JUSTIFY]

Pantheonic Dust (Super-absorbent Polymers, commonly shortened to SAPs or Slush Powder, but will however be referred to as Pantheonic Dust henceforth) is a polymer that can absorb and retain extremely large amounts of a liquid relative to its mass. In essence, it is created by purifying grounded up pieces of earth with a dust or sand-like quality until it is composed of purely crystallized acrylic acid combined with acrylonitrile. Both acrylic acid and acrylonitrile [ ] are a product of propene, an unsaturated organic compound that is found in nature through natural gas. Being that natural gas (a type of fossil fuel) is created when layers of buried/decomposed plants, gases, and animals (all three of which found within the NV) are exposed to intense heat and pressure over thousands of years, it is safe to assume that natural gas, the primary factor needed to create Pantheonic Dust exists within the Narutoverse.​

You're along the right lines but the creation of a CE has to be done solely through the fusion of chakras, not applying different elemental chakras to an existing substance like natural gas. Look at Bromine and Dream Sand to get an idea of what I mean.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):

Pantheonic Dust (Super-absorbent Polymers, commonly shortened to SAPs or Slush Powder, but will however be referred to as Pantheonic Dust henceforth) is a polymer that can absorb and retain extremely large amounts of a liquid relative to its mass. In essence, it is created by purifying grounded up pieces of earth with a dust or sand-like quality until it is composed of purely crystallized acrylic acid combined with acrylonitrile. Both acrylic acid and acrylonitrile [ ] are a product of propene, an unsaturated organic compound that is found in nature through natural gas. Being that natural gas (a type of fossil fuel) is created when layers of buried/decomposed plants, gases, and animals (all three of which found within the NV) are exposed to intense heat and pressure over thousands of years, it is safe to assume that natural gas, the primary factor needed to create Pantheonic Dust exists within the Narutoverse.​
How it works:

An advanced chakra nature, Pantheonic Dust requires the usage of wind, earth and fire elements in order to create the crystalline grains. Earth serves as the source for the buried/decomposed plants, gases, and animals which contain the necessary compounds for Pan Dust. Fire is used to heat up this earth source greatly to the point where it is devoid of all moisture, and can thus be pulverised easily. Wind is finally responsible for the pulverisation process as it crushes/abrades the fossilised earth into fine crystalline fragments/granules which become what is know as Pantheonic Dust. Regardless of this detailed explanation, during battles, Pantheonic Dust will be created by simply combining the three chakra natures aforementioned to form a new one which will be known as Pantheonic Dust chakra; Pan Dust chakra; or PD chakra. With the use of PD chakra, the user of this element will be able to source it from earth and from their body. Much like the canon Sand Release, the user may carry a gourd or container on their person with pre-made Pantheonic Dust if they so wish.

Pantheonic Dust is unique in that it is hydrophilic; each grain is capable of absorbing over 500 times its own weight in liquid, expanding in the process [ ]. A single grain that is just 4 millimeters in diameter can expand considerably in size and congeal with other grains around it, changing from a crystalline structure to that of a larger, gel-like mesh [ ]. In terms of how its hydrophilic property interacts with a liquid, once the dust absorbs the liquid and congeals, it adopts the color and temperature of said liquid, increasing in size but still retaining the same shape it was in previously; but in this state, the gel cannot further be manipulated..​

Stygian Water is based on the nitric acid, a highly corrosive mineral acid that stems from nitric oxide. Nitric oxide, also known as Nitrogen Dioxide ( NO2 ) is a molecule that our body produces to help it's cells communicate with each other by transmitting signals throughout the entire body. The interior surface ( endothelium ) of your arteries produce nitric oxide. While Nitric Oxide is naturally produced through the body, the addition of water to Nitric Oxide creates HNO3, or in other words, Nitric Acid. Summed up, the addition of Water to a heated nitrogen oxide creates the needed conditions for Nitric Ccid to exist. In the Naruto verse, this is easily achievable due to the obvious fact that the body produces Nitric Oxide alone and the addition of Suiton chakra to this mix would create the needed Hydrogen bond to create Nitric Acid.

How it works:
Stygian Water is an acidic and corrosive liquid dark in color, a somewhat contrast from it's real world counterpart which is colorless in nature. This is created through the mixing of Wind, Water and Fire affinities, producing an element that is of extreme temperatures. Combining Lightning to this allows the temperature to raise even higher and cause searing damage on contact, capable of causing severe burns to the body as it corrodes through solids.

A dangerous element, Stygian Water is capable of quickly corroding solid based defenses, the fire and lightning chakra that were mixed allow for the element to maintain it's corrosive nature, eating and burning through matter at swift paces. Existing purely as a corrosive liquid, Stygian Water's black color is due to the impurity of the liquid and it's "dark" nature.

Conditions to be able to use it:

Mastery over Suiton, Fuuton, Katon and Raiton is needed, as well as great chakra control.

Is weak to:

Wind: Stygian Water has a high temperature, capable of evaporating other low grade Water techniques and overpowering other ones. Wind on the other hand is capable of blasting through the water with pure impact force.

Lightning: The highly destructive nature of Raiton is enough to super-heat the water to a level comparable of evaporating solid based matter rapidly before causing an inevitable explosion after high ranking lightning pierces it.

Is strong against:

Fire based elements: The fire alone would only serve to heat the black water, raising its temperature as the water overtakes it, moving on with little power loss.

Earth and other matter based attacks: Due to it's corrosive nature, Stygian Water is able to corrode and burn through solid based elements with ease, burning through them to give the liquid a temporarily "chunkier" form, similar to lava as it burns and breaks the item down fully in a relatively quick process.

Water based attacks: An enhanced form of Water, Stygian Water's high temperature allows it to evaporate most low temperature liquids and overpower other high temperature elements from its acidic properties.

Sound/shockwave based attacks: Due to the high energy contained within in the element, it causes shockwave like elements to hard difficulty passing through the element and by extension, requiring twice the effort ( one rank stronger ) to pass through it without the increase in strength.

✗ Declined: Because I find the entire element lacking. You combine four natures for the sake of it without really explaining how and why each one is used. This element could be created through Water and Fire alone, the other two additions are superfluous. That combination alone created the corrosive elements of Boil and Bromine. The reasoning you give for the Lightning doesn't work at all. In real life, Nitric Acid has a boiling point of 83 degrees Celsius so your element really can't be that hot. This invalidates the strength to both Fire and Water, the former becomes a weakness and the latter would be neutral. There's no mention of your element being flammable so the reasoning for the weakness to Lightning needs to be changed. Perhaps change it to something like it ionizes it. Also avoid any references like "high ranking raiton". That has no place in the CE itself. Again, since your element isn't that high energy due to it's temperature being relatively low, the strength to Sound falls through. This also won't be strong to every solid element, things like Soapstone are resistant to corrosives and this also won't work on Crystals. In fact, since it can't corrode them, this should be weak to Crystal Elements. This also shouldn't be black but I'll allow cosmetic names/appearances in CEs to a certain extent.

Lightning: Stygian Water still being a form of water will definitely still be a great conductor for electricity, though as electricity is conducted throughout Stygian water it will become ionized.

Crystal: Stygian water would have a relatively hard time corroding the properties of Crystals, thus the Crystal element and things similar (diamonds etc) would be able to overcome Stygian water altogether.

Is strong against:

Fire based elements: The fire alone would only serve to heat the black water, raising its temperature as the water overtakes it, moving on with little power loss. Along with simply adding heat to the water, Stygian water is still water, thus would be able to douse the fire and put it out accordingly.

Earth and Some other matter based attacks: Due to it's corrosive nature, Stygian Water is able to corrode and burn through some solid based elements with ease, burning through them to give the liquid a temporarily "chunkier" form, similar to lava as it burns and breaks the item down fully in a relatively quick process. This works on most solid structures, unless they have some sort of high resistance to the corrosive properties.

Wood release: Stygian Water's corrosive properties would be capable of burning straight through wood techniques and elements similar to it. This includes plant life and other inorganic materials that have properties similar to plants and wood.

Neutral to:

Water based elements: Water itself wouldn't really be affected by Stygian water overall. In head to head clashes, the two would be neutral to one another, though if in contact long enough the two would most likely mix together, thus giving regular water acidic properties of Stygian water. This could prove to be dangerous for the user also in some cases.

Custom element English name: Corium Release

The element is based on: Lightning + Wind + Water + Earth

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): Corium is what is produced when a nuclear meltdown melts the reactor rods of a nuclear reactor, and that molten mass reacts with water and oxygen. While corium itself, as well a nuclear reactors, don't appear to exist within the manga's universe, the product of its parts do.

The reactor rods of a nuclear reactor is simply a combination of several materials, such as boron, indium, silver, and cadmium. All of these materials are naturally found in the Earth's crust. Being that the environment of the NarutoVerse appears to be the same as Earth, it stands to reason that these materials would also exist in the Naruto world, rendering it possible for these materials to be combined into a reactor rod. As such, Earth Release acts as the basis for replicating these materials when creating Corium Release.

The energy that causes a nuclear meltdown and the subsequent melting of these rods is most commonly the product of nuclear fission, or the splitting of a nuclei in an atom. This energy can be replicated through the usage of Lightning Release. In order for reactor rods to be distorted and ultimately melted, temperatures of up to 1,300 degrees are needed, temperatures that lightning easily exceeds. Through the application of Lightning-natured chakra, one can supply the needed heat energy to Earth-natured chakra to recreate the melting process needed for Corium to exist. This, combined with Water-release and Wind-release to replicate the exposure of the molten material to Water and Oxygen, would provide all the ingredients needed for one to create Corium. The radioactivity that often emits from Corium can also be provided by the radiation that naturally occurs within lightning as well.

How it works: Corium is often described as "radioactive lava" due to its consistency resembling that of molten rock. It flows as a silver or coppery, semi-solid form that’s very dense, capable of smothering over most objects. Due to its high heat, it is capable of melting many solid objects and is capable of dealing severe burns on contact with flesh. The user can also create supplies of Corium by transforming the ground to better fit their needs.

Corium carries with it dangerous amounts of radiation, making it deadly to be near the substance. Living creatures being within short-range of Corium would experience side effects such as nausea, physical fatigue and pain, and intense disorientation(not applicable to user). The overall effects depend on the rank of the overall jutsu, obviously increasing correspondingly. These effects are, much like hindering sound, unavoidable and unblockable should a person remain within short range of Corium for the period of time outlined below, but will be avoided completely should a person negate their exposure to Corium within one turn of being exposed. The user will not be able to directly control the radiation or its effects through Corium Release, as the effects are simply a natural part of Corium like the heat and texture are, and depend on the amount of Corium used.

However, the true usage of this technique to cause the radiation-like effects of Corium to emit from the ground around the user. Those that come within the area of effect would experience severe nausea and disorientiation, slowing their tracking speed by half, as well as severe pain. Should the opponent remain within the area of effect for more than three turns, the stress on their body would cause them to pass out.

Water and Wind: Water and Wind jutsu are capable of rapidly cooling down Corium, causing it to harden to the point that it can no longer be used and loses its heat energy.
Is strong against:

Earth and Fire: Due to its tremendous amount of heat, Corium is capable of assimilating both Earth and Fire Release into its own form, the former through melting the material and the latter through simply "catching" and absorbing the flames (This is similar to fire's reaction with wind, it simply makes elemental combinations possible with fire, but does not provide a double strong or allow the element to become stronger .

Organic/Biological Materials: In addition to its immense heat, Corium also carries traces of radiation within. As such, organic and biological materials, such as Wood Release or other plant material, are highly susceptible to Corium Release.

Raiton: Corium's super charged and highly viscous state allow it to act as an excellent insulator against Raiton, dispersing its electric force throughout the entire amalgamation of Corium (again, this does not make the corium stronger or interfere with normal elemental interactions).

The Element is based on: Sound Release + Fire Release
Facts that prove the Element to be possible (in the manga context):

In simplistic terms, Sound and Sound Waves are vibrations that travel through a medium, most commonly the air, and in the case of Humans and most other mammals, pass through the ear, and cause the bones found in the ear to vibrate in the same way that the vibrations were caused, which are then interpreted by the brain as "Sound". We know Sound exists in the Narutoverse as the characters are able to hear and communicate with one another, hear sounds and noises from their surroundings, etc. In fact, many Shinobi are well-known for their highly tuned and trained sense of hearing and ability to pick up on the slightest sounds, like the Inuzuka and their Ninken. A more solid example of Sounds existance, and more importantly its usage, in the Narutoverse are the members of Team Dosu, all of whom are Shinobi of Otogakure, and use Sound as a weapon. Kin Tsuchi was able to create illusions using the Sound from her bells to induce Genjutsu through her target's sense of hearing, Dosu Kinuta utilized Sound through a special gauntlet-type weapon, using sounds created by the weapon to physically harm, debilitate and render his targets incapacitated, and finally, Zaku Abumi used Sound in an offensive manner, using hollow tubes implanted within his arms to propel air pressure and destructive Sound Waves, using his Chakra to alter and maintain specific frequencies. All of these Shinobi and their manipulation of Sound via their Chakra prove that Sound, both as a fundamental concept in Physics, and as a form of Ninjutsu that can be controlled via Chakra, exist within the Narutoverse. The existence of Sound in the Narutoverse also means that the concept of "Second Sound" is equally possible within the Narutoverse, and can also be created and controlled via the user's Chakra, as it is, simply put, heat that is transfered via wave-like motions and not diffusion, similar to the propagation of sound in the air.​

How it works:

Rhythm Release, directly based on the concept of "Second Sound", is an Element which is composed of sound wave-like fluctuations in the density of particle-like thermal excitations, or in simplistic terms, waves that give off extreme heat in place of extreme pressure. This is done by the user gathering Sound Release Chakra and combining it with Fire Release Chakra, creating "Thermoacoustic Waves", which are tempreture/ compression waves that conduct heat and pressure at the speed of sound. To create these Thermoacoustic Waves, the user must gather Wind and Lightning Chakra together, in order to create Sound Release Chakra, then gather and add Fire Release Chakra to te mix. The Sound Release Chakra allows the user to create and manipulate vibrations and sound waves, while the Fire Release Chakra allows the user to to control and alter the temperature within the sound waves, creating Thermoacoustic Waves.

Due to Rhythm Release being similar in nature to Sound Release, with the biggest difference being the addition of thermal energy, Rhythm Release is invisible to the naked eye, but becomes more and more visible with higher levels of vibrations and thermal energy that is released from a Rhythm Release Jutsu, creating visible distortions in the air. As mentioned before, Rhythm Release and it's Thermoacoustic Waves are able to conduct pressure and heat at the speed of Sound, making contact with Rhythm Release incredibly deadly, as it can burn and scorch matter at incredible speeds. Additionally, Rhythm Release is also a "Superconductor of Heat", meaning no temperature is lost while conducting. These two factors, the power to conduct heat at the speed of sound and the fact that no thermal energy is lost while doing so, make Rhythm Release an incredibly efficient and deadly Element, able to melt and charbroil people effortlessly. By simply initiating contact with a surface, object, person, etc, then infusing their Rhythm Release Chakra into it, they can cause a form or resonance to occur. By having their Rhythm Release Chakra vibrate at a particular frequency, it synchronizes with the resonant frequency of the target, engaging in sympathetic vibrations, which gain more intense with duration of exposure. This is similar to how an Opera Singer is able to break a wine glass, by achieving a specific note, causing the glass to vibrate intensely until it shatters. The same principle applies to Rhythm, engaging in sympathetic vibrations, causing their target to simultaneously break apart and burn, due to the intensity of the vibrations, and thermal energy resonating within the target. Of course, this only works on solids, as they have a rigid form that can be broken, meaning liquids and gasses are virtually immune to these effects.​

This can be used to ignite flammable materials, or severely injure another person, simply through engaging in prolonged physical contact, and the injection of the user's Chakra.

Description: The user gathers a large amount of Rhythm Release Chakra before releasing the thermoacoustic waves as a sound, like the sound of burning wood. Upon hearing the sound, the opponent will become trapped in an Illusion, where they are completely enveloped in a sea of flames. To the target, their entire body is rapidly burned, scorched, melted, etc, making it incredibly difficult to do anything, even move, without inviting further suffering. While this is happening their body is slowly roasted by the Rhythm Release Chakra cooking them from the inside, starting from the targets auditory systems, then slowly working it's way through the rest of their body. This persists for a total of 2 turns, with each turn inflicting 40 damage, for a total of 80. In addition to the physical damage, the target also succumbs to a severe case of heatstroke and dehydration, from their body reaching unbelievable levels of heat, and if untreated, could potentially lead to their sudden death.

Note: Can only be used once per battle/ event.

Conditions to be able to use it:

User must have completed training in Wind, Lightning, Sound & Fire Release.
User must be Kage Rank or higher.​

Is weak to:

Wind: Because Rhythm is similar in nature to Sound Release, bar the production of thermal energy, this Element has the same weakness to Wind and Wind Based Elements as Sound does.

Lighting: Due to their intensity, both in form and in temperature, Rhythm has no affect on Lighting and Lightning Based Elements. Because of this, it is able to overpower and disperse Rhythm.

Gases: Rhythm Release is entirely useless against Gases and Gaseous Elements, including Poison Release. This is because neither the pressure, nor thermal energy exuded by Rhythm Release have any affect on the miasmic form of gasses.​

Is strong against:

Earth: - Due to Rhythm possessing a similar level of pressure exerted by Sound, it can utilize these vibrations to easily shatter solid Elements. This includes other Elements like Wood, Ice, Crystal, even the Kaguya's Shikotsumyaku are susceptible to this.

Fire: Thanks to the high levels of thermal energy and pressure from the Thermoacoustic waves, Rhythm Release is easily able to overpower Fire Release, and similar Elements.

Steel: By utilizing the extreme heat that Rhythm is able to produce, along with it's ability to conduct heat at the speed of Sound, Rhythm can easily melt Steel Release, and similar Metal Elements.​

How it works:

Rhythm Release is an Element that is directly based on the concept of "Second Sound", which is a scientific phenomenon composed of sound wave-like fluctuations in the density of particle-like thermal excitations, or in simplistic terms, waves that give off heat in place of pressure, like the pressure exerted by the vibrations that constitute Sound. Because of this, Second Sound is classified as a type of "Thermoacoustic Wave", which are tempreture/ compression waves which conduct heat at the speed of sound. To create these Thermoacoustic Waves, the user must start by gathering Sound Release, before adding Fire Release Chakra to the mix. The Sound Release Chakra acts as the basis, and allows the user to create and manipulate sound waves , as well as their frequency, amplitude, etc, while the Fire Release Chakra allows the user to introduce and manipulate the temperature within the sound waves, creating Thermoacoustic Waves, or Second Sound Waves.

Although Rhythm Release is similar in nature to Sound Release, thanks to the addition of temperature, Rhythm Release is visible to the naked eye in the form of a red-yellow translucent light, which becomes brighter with higher level Jutsu for the Element, thanks to the amount of thermal energy present within Rhythm Release. To put it another way, Rhythm Release is physically similar to the appearance of a flame, with the main difference being it's lack of solid basis, or "fuel", and it's ripple-like appearance, thanks to the sound wave basis. Additionally, due to the very nature of this Element, by combining Sound and Fire together, this alters the properties of the sound waves, obviously allowing for the creation of Thermoacoustic Waves, but it also affects several other properties as well. For starters, unlike Sound Release, Rhythm Release obviously has the ability to generate tremendous amounts of heat, which is what constitutes the main bulk of it's lethality, but this comes at a price. Due to the user altering the given temperature of the Element, this affects both the pressure and speed of the Element, lowering both considerably. Whereas Sound Release is capable of many great feats through the application of pressure to the body, damaging soft tissues and bones, Rhythm Release loses most of this pressure, converting the potential energy from the pressure into heat. And with this loss in pressure comes a loss in potential speed for the Element, making the majority of it's applications slower than Sound itself, but still fast enough to compete with the average speed of other Elemental Natures, such as Wind and Fire Release. Rhythm Release doesn't convert all of it's potential energy into heat, and still retains some of Sound Release's signature pressure, but not as much as Sound Release itself, meaning Rhythm Release relies on it's ability to generate heat for it's offensive capabilities, however there are other potential applications for Rhythm Release. For example, such as is the case with Sound Release, through the creation and manipulation of sounds via Rhythm Release, the user is able to inflict Genjutsu upon a target/ their opponent, using their sense of Sound as the medium. This results in a unique brand of Genjutsu, allowing the user to not only utilize the Genjutsu aspect of Sound Release, but use it as the medium for the offensive application of Rhythm Release as well.

As mentioned before, Rhythm Release and it's Thermoacoustic Waves are able to conduct pressure and heat at the speed of Sound. Rhythm Release is also a "Superconductor of Heat", meaning no temperature is lost while conducting, or in other words, transferring heat through mass, or an object. These two factors, the power to conduct heat at the speed of sound, and the fact that no thermal energy is lost while doing so, make Rhythm Release an incredibly efficient and deadly Element, able to melt, burn, scorch, charbroil, etc, objects, surfaces, people, etc effortlessly. And although Rhythm Release doesn't physically "travel" at the speed of sound, it can still conduct heat at the speed of sound, thanks to the aforementioned status as a "Superconductor of Heat". By simply initiating contact with an object, surface, person, etc, then infusing their Rhythm Release Chakra into it, the user can conduct heat through the chosen medium, using it to transport Thermoacoustic Waves to a chosen target, wreak havoc within that medium, or even cause a form or resonance to occur. By having their Rhythm Release Chakra vibrate at a specific frequency, it synchronizes with the resonant frequency of the target, engaging in sympathetic vibrations, which gain more intense with duration of exposure. This is similar to how an Opera Singer is able to break a wine glass, by achieving a specific note, causing the glass to vibrate intensely until it shatters. Water: Due to it's lack of corporeal form, in addition to Rhythm Release's inclusion of temperature and lessened pressure, this makes Rhythm weak to Water, as it can negate the heat aspect of Rhythm, and overcome the remaining pressure with the sheer force a volume Water exerts. This makes Rhythm Release weak to Water Release, and similar Water-based Elements.

Lighting: Due to its intensity, both in form and in temperature, as well as its lack of corporeal form, Rhythm has no effect on Lighting and similar Lightning-based Elements. Because of this, it is able to overpower and completely ignore Rhythm Release.

Gases: Rhythm Release is entirely useless against Gases and Gaseous Elements, including Poison Release. This is because neither the pressure, nor temperature exuded by Rhythm Release have any affect on the miasmic form of Gaseous Elements.

Dark: Due to it's lack of physical substance, Rhythm Release can be completely absorbed/ overwhelmed by the absorption and release aspects of Dark Release, as well as similar Elements that are effective against energy-based Elements.​

Is strong against:

Earth: - Due to Rhythm possessing a similar, albeit weaker, level of pressure exerted by Sound, it can utilize these vibrations to shatter solid Elements via resonance. This includes other Elements like Wood, Ice and Crystal. Even techniques like the Kaguya's Shikotsumyaku are susceptible to this application of Rhythm Release.

Fire: Thanks to the level of thermal energy that the Thermoacoustic Waves are able to generate, in addition to their ability to conduct heat, Rhythm Release is easily able to overpower and even absorb weaker Fire Release, and similar Fire-based Elements.

Wind: Due to Rhythm Release's high temperatures and general inclusion of Fire Release Chakra, Wind Release both naturally enhances this aspect of Rhythm Release and is susceptible to it, as it is with Fire Release. As such, Wind Release, and similar Wind-based Elements, increase the potency of Rhythm Release techniques, should they be used in collaboration, and is overwhelmed by the combined temperature and pressure of Rhythm when used in direct competition.

Steel: By utilizing the extreme heat that Rhythm is able to produce, along with it's ability to conduct heat at the speed of Sound, Rhythm can easily melt Steel Release, and similar Metal Elements, in moments, generally rendering the rigid structure of Metal Elements inert.​

✗ Declined: Props to you on the changes, you've completely turned htis around. Pretty much everything is fine until the Strengths and Weaknesses section. I'm on the fence about allowing Genjutsu through Rhythm Release techniques but I'll discuss that with LoK. I may remove it upon checking the resubmission. The main reason this is being declined is because of your S/W. You barely have one canon weakness from the basic 5. A lack of interaction is not a weakness. Yes, their technique would go through but so would yours. Thus Lightning and "Gases" aren't weaknesses. My suggestion would be to make this weakness to Wind. It's still Sound and requires a medium to travel through. This could also be strong to lightning since it's heat would grant it a high level of electrical resistivity. Overall, this is a pretty nice element.

The element is based on:
Fire + Lightning + Advanced Chakra Control
Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):
Sublimation is yet another type of phase integration of elements. We've seen the boil release, which is another phase integrating element that makes water or other liquids take a gaseous form. Sublime isn't that much different, however it does the same as boil release but on solid elements. Another example that sublimation exists in the naruto context is that we have snow and ice. Both of which sublime. Dry ice, solid carbon dioxide also sublimes naturally.
How it works:
Sublime is a phase integrating element and by the uses of fire and lightning, the user will be able to conduct enough heat and pressure into a solid element, such as earth, to sublime. Which means that the solid element will "decay" and take on a gaseous state instantly. The heat from the fire release is proven to give other phase integrations, just like boil and is also needed for the element to build up pressure and said heat. Lightning release gives that pressure and heat addition, needed to make it more effective. There are two ways for the user to create the sublime element. From their body and from the atmosphere around them but mostly that is for supplementary usages and the sublime release that the user can release from their body would be a more defensive and even offensive type of manipulation of the release. By releasing sublime chakra into a solid body, the user can make it take a gaseous form and either render it harmless. This can also be done to render both wind and lightning styles harmless since the sublime release is in such a heated matter that it simply eats up wind through its pressure and temperature. Same thing goes with lightning, as Sublime is an advanced form of it, taking it to the next level and building up as an advantage towards it. Water, cannot be sublimed and would be considered a weakness towards the release because of it. The fact that water also extinguishes the fire in the release would render it useless towards large amounts of water. Fire release could actually be used to melt solid objects and make them take liquid form which would mean they cannot sublime either. That means that fire could also be seen as a strong element against sublime. If used in close-combat, sublime could be quite devastating if released from the user's body. In contact with the release, an opponent would have their body either sublimed as well. That being said, using a liquid or fire chakra would mean the release would fall against it. So would it against all kinds of elements that already are in a gaseous form. Sublime chakra has a very orange-looking characteristic if seen formed in the atmosphere. It glows like a flame and heats up the surroundings rapidly. When the user cloaks a limb or their body with sublime chakra, they also start to glow orange. When infusing sublime chakra the user can chose to coat a desired object with it, instead of having the said object sublimed itself. This goes for self-created weapons etc made from solid elements that the user have at their disposal. When coating an object with sublime chakra, the object will share the same characteristic as stated before. Meaning they will start to glow orange and radiate intense heat.

Atmosphere Source Usage:
Through this source the user can create sublime release to use as a regular fire or lightning release, as projectiles, pillars etc that forms in the air without having to be released close to the user or in contact with the user. This is done by focusing sublime chakra into a certain spot in the field and basically use advanced shape manipulation to make the sublime chakra take a form that the user wants to have created. Unlike solids or liquids or even some gases, sublime chakra isn't self-sustaining and doesn't stay on the field until it is destroyed. How long it stays on the field depends on the jutsu and the user must constantly fuel the source with chakra to keep it going.
Self Source Creation Usage:
This release is formed through the users body like other lightning and fire jutsus that the user can either exhale or shoot from their hands etc. The release form itself isn't any different from the atmospheric usage and needs to be fueled by chakra to be sustained. This release form is mostly used in close-combat or when the user wants to fire projectiles or streams of sublime chakra towards a target. But it can also form into shields or hand-held weapons of sublime. This is also the only type of the release that allows coating of certain objects, for instance, the user can coat a hand-held weapon with sublime chakra to make it gain its properties to sublime solid matter. It also gains the weaknesses of the release of course.
Physics of Sublime:
Sublime isn't solid, it isn't liquid nor is it a gas. It's an energy-based element just like lightning fire and wind and thus have some similarities. Sublime release can achieve extreme temperatures to sublime matter into gases and thus creates intense heat around itself when built up around the user or in the field. Sublime cannot work on liquids or elements that already are gases as it cannot rewind the sublime process and turn gases into solids as that is another type of phase integration.
Sound Interaction:
As an energy-based element, Sublime isn't affected by sound at all and will play on an equal part towards sound as sound also is an energy-based element. While sound doesn't regenerate the heat that sublime does, sound can still interact with the element and cause an un-balance towards Sublime and de-stabilize the form. However, the heat and pressure made from sublime makes them neutral towards eachother.
Temperature Interaction:
Sublime is neutral to temperatures as it has no form. However, Sublime needs its concentration of heat and pressure to allow its execution of subliming matter. This means that if an object is heated towards melting stages, the sublimation cannot be executed and thus neglected. When temperatures are in the state of liquefying matter, sublime is weak towards such temperatures. When temperatures are in the state of solidifying matter, sublime is strong towards such temperatures. So all in all, it really depends on the use of temperatures. In itself, it would be neutral towards most elements that are based to manipulate temperatures itself while it depends on the object in question to be in required settings to be actually sublimed.

Description: The user will gather up their Sublime chakra and coat their fists with the special chakra type. This would give their fists the capability to sublime solid objects with their fists.

Sublimation doesn't work on an element that has the characteristics of a liquid and only works on solids.

Fire & Variations
Fire itself can be used to disrupt the balance of the sublime release as well as melt solid objects and thus making them unable to be sublimed.
Is strong against:
Earth & Solids
Sublime release will "decay" solid elements as well as the earth element and force them into a gaseous state. Making them unable to be manipulated by the user and render them harmless. This happens for metals and carbons but also for crystals etc.

Lightning
Sublime release is in a way an advanced form of lightning and carries the combination of lightning and fire to build up an immense amount of pressure and heat, ultimately overcoming regular lightning release.

Wind
We've seen wind being weak towards fire because of the fact that fire eats up the oxygen in a wind technique. The same principle is inclined here.

Ice & Snow
Ice and snow both sublime and will share the same fate as a regular solid element. Same goes for dry ice.

Custom element English name: Circuit Release

The element is based on: Earth and Lightning

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): There are examples of shinobi refining their earth chakra in order to create minerals/metals that are found naturally in the ground, such as the earth component of Steel Release and Guren's Crystal Release. The Earth component in Circuit Release works much the same way, though it refines the Earth chakra into Copper, a great electric conductor and common metal within the earth.

Likewise, there are examples of elements which imbue a substance with electricity, with storm being the most ready and relevant example. In the case of Circuit Release, long strands (wires) of copper are being used as the medium for this type of electric charge rather than the varying forms of water employed by Storm Release. The very low resistance copper has to electricity makes it perfect for this and it is therefor able to generate more powerful surges of electricity than normal Lightning Release.

How it works: Circuit release is created all at once: when the user refines their earth chakra into copper, and subsequently the copper wires that Circuit Release is largely composed of, they are simultaneously imbuing it with the lightning chakra necessary to grant the element's signature electric charge. The superb conductivity of these copper wires makes them extremely well equipped to channel the electricity, and therefor anything they touch will receive a jolt of electricity with a voltage depending on the rank of the jutsu.

As the purpose of the element is to deliver this high voltage electricity, the copper is focused such that it will be created in long strands, ideal for electricity to run down, although it is possible to bunch, wrap and otherwise manipulate the wires to create varying constructs. Typically, Circuit Release is created in a short range from the user, though much like other Earth Release variants, it can instead manifest from the ground at a distance provided that the user is in contact with it.

Much like the regular Lightning Release, the user can touch the electrically charged structures of Circuit Release without getting electrocuted as it is the user's chakra fueling these jutsu. Should the user ever quit manipulating a technique, the electric charge dissipate as it is not a self-sustaining affect. The copper wire, however, will remain and a user will be able to take advantage of this by using it as a source for future Circuit Release jutsu.

Finally, it is important to note several hidden dangers within Circuit Release. Although the majority of the element's power is bound to the electricity surging through its jutsu, the copper wires themselves can be quite dangerous, and are easily capable of piercing other structures (especially flesh) provided that they have the power to do so. Furthermore, the user can manipulate their chakra to cause all the electricity to surge through a Circuit Release technique at once, causing it to jump away from the wire and towards the target, though this will always result in a decrease in power as air isn't a good a conductor as copper.

Description: The user will focus their Circuit chakra into either the ground up to a long range or in the air around them up to a short range and create any basic structure they can think of composed of one or many copper wires according to their needs. Like all Circuit Release jutsu, each Copper Wire is charged with electricity and is very dangerous for anyone else to touch as it puts off extraordinary amounts of electricity. From their, the structures can grow or move up to a long range provided that the user manipulates it to do so. If the user creates a jutsu from the ground above a short-range that is above A-rank, they will have to form a hand seal as well.

Circuit Release: Circuit Armor
Type: Defensive, Supplemtary
Rank: S
Range: Short
Chakra: 40 (-10 per turn)

Description: The user will surge their chakra outward and cause a layer of Circuit Release's electrically charged copper wire to form above their skin, such that it is wrapped around their body. This will serve as an armor against other techniques and make touching the user in any way extremely dangerous. The user will be immune to the affects as they cannot be affected by Circuit Release's electricity. This will add +10 to the damage of any taijutsu techniques.

Circuit Release: Electro-Golems
Type: Offensive, Defensive, Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 40 (-10 per turn)
Damage: 80
Description: The user will focus their chakra into the ground and with the formation of two hand seals cause the copper wires of Circuit Release to spool up, forming golems of electrified copper wire. No more than four golems can be created, and the strength of the jutsu is divided equally between them. So much as touching these golems will deliver enough voltage to knock a person out. While they are active, the user will be restricted to using only Circuit Release, earth, and lightning.
Note: Four turns max.

Conditions to be able to use it: Mastery of Earth and Lightning

Is weak to: Water/Water Variants: Water Release and its variants are Circuit Release's primary weakness. Whenever the two elements clash, the water surrounds the copper wires and takes on their charge, effectively causing the jutsu to collapse on itself as it shorts out due to the overwhelming conductivity.

Wind/Wind Variants: Wind Release and its variants have little problem dealing with electricity, and they're easily capable of cutting the thin wires which carry the electricity integral to Circuit Release.

Is strong against: Earth/Earth Variants: Earth and its variants typically struggle with lightning, and the copper wiring is easily capable of both piercing and ensnaring earth jutsu in most cases.

Lightning/Lightning Variants: Using copper as a conductor instead of air makes it easy for Circuit Release jutsu to channel more voltages of electricity than lightning jutsu, making it difficult for Lightning Release to overwhelm Circuit Release.

Custom element Japanese name: Hokkyoku shirubā | Hokkyoton

Custom element English name: Arctic Silver

The element is based on: Water + Earth + Chakra Control

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): Arctic Silver is a thermal paste compound of silver, aluminum oxide, zinc oxide, and boron nitride in a polysynthetic oil base. A laptop is shown in chapter 700, laptops have CPUs that need thermal paste. Without thermal paste the CPU wouldn't be able to function thus there would be no laptop.

How it works: Arctic Silver is a non-conductive electrical insulator based upon the principles of heat transference focusing heavily on the dispersion of heat rapidly. The substance absorbs heat and disperses it rapidly as to keep itself at a chilled temperature. In RL when used upon a CPU, it absorbs and transfers the heat to a heatsink and is then dispersed into the atmosphere. With the use of chakra control the substance doesn't require a heatsink and instead absorbs heat snuffing out things like fire, scorch and heat based temperature absorbing it momentarily and expelling it into the air reducing the temperature significantly before hand.
