(Susano'o: Katachi Hafu, Kuki no Yona Arsenaru)Susanoo Incomplete Form, Ethereal Arsenal
Type:
Offensive
Rank: S rank
Range: Short to Long
Chakra: 60(-20 per turn)
Damage: 100/120(EMS and Rinnegan)
Description: Ethereal Arsenal is a technique derived from the same principles of the parent technique, Incomplete form. In the parent technique, the user is able to summon particular body parts of the Susanoo, like the arms, Rib Cage, ect, to protect them from damage. This technique, rather than being Defensive in nature, is purely offensive in nature. Using the same method, the user will, instead of summoning the body parts of their Susanoo, will instead summon the Susanoo specific weaponary. In the case of Madara Uchiha, this technique allows the user to manifest the Twin swords of the Susanoo, as well as use the techniques tied to those swords, as long as this technique is active.

The moment this technique is activated, the ethereal nature of the susanoo will manifest, coating the users own swords with the chakra cloak of the Susanoo weaponry. In the case the user isn't wielding a sword, the chakra will encase itself around the users hands, manifesting the dual swords in the users hands. Once Manifested, the user can swing the swords, at the cost of a move per turn, to inflict damage equal to the technique described. While this is active, the user also gains access to all Susanoo related techniques, such as the Twin Blade Dance, which allows the technique to extend up to Long range, as well as being used for any Kenjutsu techniques the user utilizes with the blades, whose damage values will alter to that of the blades themselves.

Notes:
This technique, similar to Incomplete form, does not count towards the usage of Susanoo.
This technique can be classified as a Usage of Susanoo, by keeping the jutsu active.
If the above is Kept active, it will last for 4 turns, before going into a 2 turn cooldown before it can be used again, and only being able to be used twice per battle.
If Kept active, this technique will take up a move slot per turn for as long as it is active.
If the swords are broken, the user is able to pay the original 60 chakra cost, to re manifest them, which will count towards the techniques per turn move cost, however, it will not reset the amount of turns.
While active, the user is Unable to utilize techniques that require handseals, due to the blades blocking the users ability to weave handseals.

Declined, as per the Custom Submission rules linked here, Susano'o related customs are not allowed for Canon bios. For custom bios, you only get the ability to submit a Custom Susano'o that replaces the standard canon technique but that is it. [/COLOR]
  • Sharingan: You can make up to 3 Blaze Based Techniques if you do not drop Amaterasu/have a canon biography. If you possess an EMS, this increases up to 5. Portal and Teleportation based MS submissions are currently banned.

(Dōjutsu: Satorigan) – Eye Technique: Eyes of Revelation
Type: Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: Short – Long
Chakra: N/A (-10 per turn)
Damage: N/A
Description: The Satorigan, or the Eyes of Revelation (の目啓発) is a Dōjutsu unique to Solomon, awakened after being exposed to Anutu. The outer iris of the Satorigan is hued in purple, while moving deeper inward focuses into a deep blue. The Dōjutsu is a direct evolution to the Tenseigan, once thought to be the final form of the Byakugan. Like other Dōjutsu, the Satorigan has the ability to perceive chakra and the chakra flow of individuals. Solomon’s ability to perceive and track other targets is increased by six times while the Satorigan is active. Among its primary benefits is the utility of a near 360º diameter field of vision, with the only exception being above the first thoracic vertebra; its telescopic sight affords the user the ability to see up to three adjacent landmarks away; the Satorigan also grants Solomon visual immunity to Genjutsu. In exchange for control over Gravity through the Tenseigan, activation of the Satorigan affords Solomon access to a series of techniques collectively known as the Lemegeton, or the Greater Key of Solomon. The Dōjutsu is intrinsically connected to a separate reality outside of the axis of time known as Ars Paulina, a throne world created through a combination of Solomon’s authority with Anutu and Yin-Yang. It is there that his Seventy-Two Demon Gods of the Ars Goetia reside, powered by a mystical energy derived from Anutu called Sephiraton, the Flame of Enlightenment. The Satorigan can perceive interdimensional entities, allowing Solomon to visually see these Demon Gods, while those with Anutu or the Atavistic Fire are able to sense their presence. The Flame of Enlightenment is a powerful demonic energy controlled by the Satorigan and the demons that reside in Ars Paulina. It is neutral to all elements and non-elemental interactions, inflicting its damage through unique curses, afflictions, or blessings, while it manifests usually on focal point. The supplementary effects of Sephiraton can be interchanged at its user’s discretion. Visually Sephiraton appears as a dark violet and blue flame, matching the color scheme of the Satorigan.
Note: If Solomon is in Tenseigan Chakra Mode when the Satorigan is activated the mode is forcefully deactivated.
Note: Activated passively but remains active indefinitely afterwards if the user chooses to. The user is able to change between their Dōjutsu without spending a move.
(Dōjutsu: Sainō Deshi) – Eye Technique: Ars Paulina
Type: Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: Short
Chakra: 50
Damage: N/A
Description: The Satorigan is intrinsically connected to a separate reality outside the axis of time known as Ars Paulina, a throne world created through a combination of Solomon’s Authority with Anutu and Yin-Yang Release. Put simply, Solomon carved into the tapestry of reality, the universe, his own dimension with Anutu. Then, using Yin-Yang Release, filled that world with his vision. Ars Paulina is both this parallel dimension, and the Temple contained therein. Seemingly crafted from pristine white marble, and suspended in an infinite sapphire sky with wistful clouds wisping passed, the cornerstone of Ars Paulina is the Throne found at the peak of its Temple. Beyond the clouds is a view of the cosmos itself, illuminating the sky with gentle brilliance. It is a seat of unquestionable Authority, where Solomon can observe space and time with impunity. With the Satorigan, Solomon shifts himself instantly into Ars Paulina. Those within short-range of Solomon are also shifted, brought into the throne world should Solomon will them to come. The act of shifting is accompanied by a golden light. Solomon can either shift and reappear instantly at another location of their choosing, or shift and remain within Ars Paulina.
Note: Can be used five times per battle, once every three turns.
Note: Returning from Ars Paulina does not count as a usage.
Note: Ninja World travel obeys spacetime travel rules.
Note: Requires the Satorigan to be active.

(Dōjutsu: Sainō Gētea) – Eye Technique: Ars Goetia

Type: Offensive, Defensive, Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: Short
Chakra: 60 (-50 per turn)
Damage: 80
Description: Through the Satorigan’s connection to Ars Paulina Solomon can call upon his familiars, the Seventy-Two Demon Gods. The Demon Gods of the Ars Goetia are interdimensional entities capable of existing within two realities simultaneously. Because of this unique type of existence, the Demon Gods are not typically perceivable visually, the only exception being the Satorigan. However, those with Anutu and a form of sensory, or the Atavistic Flame, can detect and, with those abilities, interact with the demons directly. The Demon Gods appear as twisted, hollow reflections of humanity that take on roughly the same humanoid shape, their skin pale white, appearing fragile and cracked like ancient porcelain, with menacing veins of radiant energy snaking throughout. They also tend to have long hair of varying colors which flows out, while their lower halves are wreathed in shadowy black cloth. Though they are all molded from the same primordial clay, each one is made unique both by their purpose and the various accoutrements that adorn their exalted form. While one may wear a crown of Abyssinian black, another might wear one of lustrous gold, each one distinguished by their own personal choice of color. Solomon’s demons can operate independently of him, attacking and restraining targets or defending Solomon from harm, allowing the Demons to interact with the physical world if Solomon decides. The Demons revert to Ars Paulina after two turns and cannot be resummoned for a short period of time. They are capable of using Taijutsu and Sephiraton, the Flame of Enlightenment that is unique to the Satorigan. While they cannot be killed or controlled by Anutu, they can be immobilized until they are naturally returned to Ars Paulina.
Note: Can only be used while the Satorigan is active.
Note: While in use, the user is only able to use two other techniques per turn.
Note: After being summoned back to Ars Paulina, Demons cannot be resummoned for a period of three turns.
Note: While the technique summons from the collective Seventy-Two Demon Gods, Solomon can only call upon two of them.

(Dōjutsu: Sephiraton) – Eye Technique: Flame of Enlightenment

Type: Offensive, Defensive, Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: Short – Long
Chakra: 70
Damage: N/A (40 per turn)
Description: Sephiraton, or the Flame of Enlightenment, is a technique derived from Anutu when Solomon transcended his Dōjutsu into the Satorigan. It is a powerful demonic energy controlled by the Satorigan and Solomon’s Seventy-Two Demon Gods, his familiars. It is neutral to all elemental interactions and other abilities, inflicting its damage through its burn in conjunction with unique curses, afflictions, and blessings. Visually, Sephiraton is a dark violet and blue flame. This technique does not manifest the Flame of Enlightenment as a projectile, but rather on focal point. Because of this they lack momentum and impact. Avoiding the Flame of Enlightenment requires that one move at least at 40 Speed while being able to sense their manifestation. Sephiraton burns at a rate much slower than techniques like Amaterasu, most of its damage and external properties focused on the curses, afflictions, and blessings that accompany it. When used Solomon, or his Demon God familiars, can opt to either use a damaging flame that carries with it curses and afflictions or a supplementary flame that carries blessings. These auxiliary effects are determined through the Cimmerian Compendium, though other Sephiraton techniques may have more specific effects that are confined to a specific technique. The auxiliary effects are applied when contact is made with Sephiraton. The flames of Sephiraton burn for a maximum of two turns before extinguishing by themselves. The durations of the blessings or curses inflicted on targets using Sephiraton are dependent on the curse/blessing themselves.

Note: Can only be used while the Satorigan is active.
Note: Can only be used five times per battle with a two turn cooldown in between usages.
Note: Solomon’s Demons summoned through Ars Goetia or other derived Satorigan techniques can make use of the Flame of Enlightenment and its related techniques.

(Dōjutsu: Taiyō no Kinmeria) – Eye Technique: Cimmerian Compendium

Type: N/A
Rank: N/A
Range: N/A
Chakra: N/A
Damage: N/A
Description: The Cimmerian Compendium details the shared effects of the various blessings, afflictions, and curses that Sephiraton, the Flame of Enlightenment, is capable of carrying with it. This is not a technique in itself, but is made reference to when employing a Flame of Enlightenment technique that can make use of the Cimmerian Compendium. This accounts for basic auxiliary effects, not necessarily technique specific applications that may exist beyond the basic Flame of Enlightenment technique. The auxiliary effects are contained within the flame that manifests. To dispel Cimmerian Compendium’s auxiliary curses and afflictions one must use a surge of Chakra that involves Utu, Suen, Anutu, or Atavistic Flame of equivalent rank to the Sephiraton technique used.

(Hakugaku no Yoake) – Dawn of Erudition: The Dawn of Erudition is a Sephiratic blessing cast through the flames. The flames are formed with a ratio favoring Suen, applying non-damaging flames that mimic the Divine healing applied through Grove of the Tenders. It is able to heal physical damage, Divine or not, at a rate of 70 per turn to those ignited by Solomon’s gaze. Those affected by Dawn of Erudition also gain enhanced Divine physicality, increasing all damage done by 20 for three turns.

(Keiji no Kanmuri) – Crown of Revelation: The Crown of Revelation applies a secondary burn effect to Sephiraton, causing its default physical flames to burn alongside Divine flames caused through an infusion of Suen. This allows for composite damage between basic physical and Divine damage. The secondary burn inflicts 20 Divine physical damage each turn for two turns.

(Chōetsu Ninchi) – Transcendent Cognition: Transcendent Cognition is performed by favoring Utu within Sephiraton, applying an infusion similar to the Myth of Etana. The result is that the damage type inflicted by the Sephiratic flames becomes Divine spiritual, rather than physical. Those afflicted by this curse gain Unstable Divinity, having their base speed reduced by three levels for three turns.

(Jōshō Karada) – Ascending Body: the Ascending Body is a Sephiratic curse that applies Divine physicality through the Flame of Enlightenment. As a curse it serves to debilitate the opponent by forcefully deactivating physically elevating modes or states currently active on the biography through its flame.

(Doujutsu: Nanimonai Supēsu) Eye Technique: Nothing Space
Type: Offensive
Rank: S
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 40
Damage: 80 (-20 after initial connection)
Description: Nothing Space is a tenseigan genjutsu done by the user creating a staff of flowing chakra and directing it towards the opponent’s forehead. The staff moves at the user’s max speed (buffs/boosts included) even if the necessary buffs/boosts are not applied to the user at the time. When this staff of chakra connects, it disrupts the user's chakra flow from one of the most important parts, which is the brain. Also in a more potent manner due to the pure projection of the user’s chakra into the opponent’s body. This mainly affects the vision as the user pumps out their chakra through the rod and into the opponent via their head. This causes the opponent to see nothing but white all around them. The opponent also cannot see through this genjutsu, regardless of their specialities or doujutsu as a result of its very direct effect, but will be able to see the chakra rod stemming from the user upon them, however, not the user themselves nor anything physically around them. This technique lasts for as long as the chakra staff is connected to the opponent. The user is unable to use any handseals while holding the chakra staff but can do anything else they please, such as taijutsu, fuuinjutsu within reason, or even elemental techniques that do not require the use of seals. In order to break this genjutsu, the connection of the staff must be severed. Due to the pure overload of chakra, after the rod has been severed the opponent cannot use any S rank or higher techniques the following turn of separation, and no A rank elemental ninjutsu or above for the next two turns.

Note: Usable twice per battle
Note: Tenseigan must be active
Note: Must be an Otsutsuki clan member

(Doujutsu: Shiro Usagi no Yari) Eye Technique: Spear of the White Rabbit
Type: Offensive/Defensive/Supplementary
Rank: F
Range: Short
Chakra: 50
Damage: (-10 to user per turn active)
Description: Spear of the White Rabbit is a tenseigan technique in which the user will summon special chakra held within Hamura’s statue and harness it for themselves to bend it to their will. The summoning of the spear is almost instant but due to the chakra received from the statue and the intense willpower it takes to harness the special chakra from the statue, the user begins to lose 10 health per turn as long as the technique is active and being used. The Spear of the White Rabbit can be summoned passively as many times as the user wills at the expense of 50 chakra every time it is summoned. The Spear of the White Rabbit serves as a general weapon, able to be molded into anything weapon-based (ex: katana, mace, kunai, naginata, claws, knuckles, bows, etc.). The options are limitless, as long as under the branch of weaponry. When used as the medium for any bukijutsu technique, the technique gains a +40 damage enhancement. This cannot be stacked with any other boosts the user may have outside of Tenseigan Chakra Mode boosts and bio specialty boosts. The spear itself is capable of 40 freeform damage, however suffers the S/Ws of raw chakra when doing so. Because of the enormous output of raw chakra, this technique carries the S rank variant of Sakki each time the spear is summoned.

If this is used in conjunction with Nothing Space as the medium for the chakra staff, the base damage of Nothing Space upon connection is increased by 20, and extends to long range. This can be done once per battle if the technique is successful.

Note: The Spear can be summoned passively whenever the user so chooses, but once gone, must wait two turns to summon again. Every summon adhering to original effects and drawbacks.
Note: Tenseigan must be active
Note: Must be an Otsutsuki clan member

(Doujutsu: Saisho ni Uma Reta Taiyō) Eye Technique: First Born Sun
Type: Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 30
Damage: 60
Description: The user, while their tenseigan is active, will emit their massive chakra into the atmosphere affecting anything they will from short to long range from the user. Upon getting caught in this genjutsu, the victim begins to get immensely hot and starts to sweat due to the emensive chakra surge in the area and in their body. Their vision, overall, will become blurry. Doujutsu users, no matter if they can see bodies of chakra or chakra points, will see smeared chakra signals throughout their entire line of sight (for Byakugan users this effect will take place wherever their vision is capable of seeing). Non-doujutsu users will see their entire world as they see it start to terraform and melt, making nothing traceable via eyesight. Because the chakra being used is above the density of a human’s chakra and a more pure, more raw energy than a human’s chakra, the only way to release this genjutsu is an A rank pain method, which would deal A rank damage to the opponent, not including the A rank damage done by the technique. However, the A rank release damage can be shaved by logical means if the victim can muster a means to do so (via a passive ability or the likes of a scientific ninja tool). The initial damage of the genjutsu cannot be shaved by any means whatsoever. Because of their immense sweating, exhaustion and dehydration is caused. This results in the opponent not being able to perform A rank and above jutsu the turn after this genjutsu is broken as well as losing two points of speed from their base speed for two turns. Because of the enormous output of raw chakra, this technique carries the S rank variant of Sakki.

Note: Tenseigan must be active
Note: Usable three times per battle
Note: Must be an Otsutsuki clan member

(Dōjutsu: Sephiraton) – Eye Technique: Flame of Enlightenment
Type: Offensive, Defensive, Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: Short – Long
Chakra: 70
Damage: 120 (-20 per turn)
Description: Sephiraton, or the Flame of Enlightenment, is a technique derived from Anutu, when Solomon transcended his Dōjutsu into the Satorigan. It is a powerful demonic energy controlled by the Satorigan and used by Solomon’s Seventy-Two Demon Gods, his familiars. It is neutral to all elemental interactions and other abilities, inflicting its damage through a combination of its searing heat, burn damage, and unique curses or afflictions. It also carries kinetic energy, capable of smashing through obstacles if sent as a projectile or concentrated into a beam. Visually, Sephiraton is a dark violet and blue flame. This technique utilizes the Flame of Enlightenment as a versatile weapon; it can be shaped to the user’s needs, sustained, and directed thereafter should the user desire. The flames can manifest from Solomon’s body or in the field around him, not restricted to only what is in his line of sight. It is just its basic applications, within specific techniques there might be more advanced or niche applications that can be opted for instead of Cimmerian Compendium or vice versa. Dispelling Cimmerian Compendium’s auxiliary curses and afflictions is done through applying a Chakra surge that involves Utu, Suen, Anutu of equivalent value. Alternatively, the user can apply an Atavistic Flame technique of equivalent effective Chakra to directly heal the user. Blessings cannot be dispelled.

(Hakugaku no Yoake) – Dawn of Erudition: A basic Sephiratic blessing cast through the flames. These flames are formed favoring Suen, producing a non-damaging flame that mimics the Divine healing applied through Grove of the Tenders. It is able to heal physical damage, Divine or not, at a rate of 70 per turn to those ignited by Solomon’s gaze, including himself. The healing potency is such that even complex wounds and limb loss can be recovered over the period that the flames burn on the target. Additionally, those affected by Dawn of Erudition gain enhanced Divine physicality as a byproduct of the Suen interacting with their anatomy. All damage the blessed target takes is mitigated by 20 points of damage, lasting for three turns.

(Jōshō Karada) – Ascendant Body: Ascendant Body is a Sephiraton curse that siphons a target’s bodily enhancement and augments the user’s own anatomy in exchange. It does not directly steal the technique or mode that is enhancing them, rather it is an exchange of energy that draws upon the essence that enhances them and forcibly deactivates it, stripping them of any enhancement. Meanwhile, the user gains an all-purpose enhancement, increasing their speed by two times their base, their tracking by the same amount, and reduces all physical damage they take by 20. Lasts for three turns.

(Keiji no Kanmuri) – Crown of Revelation: This Sephiratic curse manipulates the secondary burn effect of the Flame of Enlightenment. This creats a composite Divine/physical or Divine/spirituala damage type, complicating the requirements to heal the damage caused by Sephiraton empowered by the Crown of Revelation. Half of the initial damage value inflicts itself through the Divinity applied, making it impossible to heal unless one has Divinity to counteract the damage. The other half of the damage is applied through its standard amount. Additionally, depending on whether or not Spiritual or Physical damage is applied the target will in turn be afflicted by a curse that enhances the effects of Suen or Utu-based negative afflictions by an additional 50%. For example, if a target is suffering from a 20 damage reduction then the Crown of Revelation will amplify that to a 30 damage reduction. Likewise, if their speed is reduced by 2 points of speed then it will be amplified to 3, though this does not break any inherent limitations.

(Chōetsu Ninchi) – Transcendent Cognition: This Sephiratic curse is derived from the Crown of Revelation, done so by either favoring Utu or Suen through its flames. The result is that the damage type inflicted by the Sephiratic flames becomes strictly Spiritual, rather than physical. The damage is increased by an additional 30 points and those that are afflicted by it gain Unstable Divinity, having their base speed reduced by four levels and their Chakra Efficiency by 25% for three turns, not counting as enhanced chakra.

(Dōjutsu: Sainō Gētea) – Eye Technique: Ars Goetia
Type: Offensive, Defensive, Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: Short
Chakra: 60
Damage: 80
Description: Through the Satorigan’s connection to Ars Paulina Solomon can call upon his familiars, the Seventy-Two Demon Gods. The Demon Gods of the Ars Goetia are interdimensional entities capable of existing within two realities simultaneously. They were originally from Eanna, but were bound to Solomon through his magecraft. Because of this, the Demon Gods and their abilities are not typically perceivable visually, the only exception being the Satorigan. Alternatively, they can be detected by and their abilities interacted with by those with Anutu or Atavistic Flame as well as a form of sensory to complement them. Those of the Seventy-Two Demon Gods are capable of using Taijutsu, the Flame of Enlightenment, and techniques belonging to Demons. The Demons revert to Ars Paulina after two turns and cannot be resummoned for a short period of time. While they cannot be killed or controlled by Anutu, they can be immobilized until they are naturally returned to Ars Paulina.
Note: After being returned to Ars Paulina, Demons cannot be resummoned for a period of two turns with this technique.
Note: While the technique summons from the collective Seventy-Two Demon Gods, Solomon can only call upon two of them with this technique.
Note: Can only be used while the Satorigan is active.

All Approved, made small edits.

New technique below that is also cCounting as a Kinjutsu custom:

(Dōjutsu: Seihai Tansaku, Anima Animusphere) – Eye Technique: Grand Order, Anima Animusphere
Type: Offensive, Defensive, Supplementary
Rank: Forbidden
Range: Short – Long
Chakra: 120
Damage: 240
Description: Grand Order, Anima Animusphere is a unique Eye Technique to the Satorigan, the Eyes of Enlightenment. It is considered one of its pinnacle abilities and is derived from ancient Astromancy. The technique is typically initiated through a chant, though this is not strictly required. Recited as: Stars, Cosmos, Gods, Animus, Antrum, Unverse, Anima, Animusphere. Upon activation Solomon uses Ars Paulina to cause a number of Demon God familiars to appear atop various celestial bodies in the solar system. Each Demon God uses Anutu to capture their respective celestial body in its Authority. The result is that the planets’ orbit is temporarily arrested, causing all celestial bodies to pause in their rotations and orbits around the sun. Visually the sky will illuminate in bright golden runes that connect each of the planets. The technique weaponizes the smaller celestial bodies within those orbits, like meteors. They become infused with Solomon’s and his Demons’ Divinity. The size and types of projectiles can vary and do not necessarily require the destruction of the entire battlefield. This makes the technique extremely useful in precision targeting or indiscriminate destruction. The technique lasts for three turns. During this period Solomon is able to, up to once per turn, draw down celestial objects as ballistic projectiles, each infused with his own Divinity.

Note: The Satorigan must be active in order to use Anima Animusphere.
Note: Can be used once per battle and lasts three turns upon activation.
Note: While activated, Solomon can only use one other technique per turn. He cannot summon additional Demon Gods through Ars Goetia.
Note: Upon deactivation Solomon’s Satorigan is deactivated for six turns.

Declined, we spoke about this one.

(Dōjutsu: Isoginchaku ) – Eye Technique: Ophidian Anemone

Type: Supplementary
Rank: A-S
Range: Short – Mid
Chakra: 30-40
Damage: 60-80 ( + Chaos )
Description: Anemone is a spatial technique of the Shinkaigan where the user unleashes a full-body surge of purple miasma around one's body at the speed of a like-ranked Lightning technique, oddly resembling the tentacles of an amorphous sea anemone spreading outwards and protecting the user at its core. Because of its unpredictable nature, Anemone inherits random elemental weaknesses and strengths. It also gains a 33% chance to randomly increase its damage potential by nothing, 20, and 40 respectively. Witnessing the technique will drain sanity based on the rank used, topping at 10 points at S rank, decreasing by 2 with which lower tier.

Note: Requires 1 turn cooldown.
Note: A rank can only be used 4 times, and S rank can only be used 3 times. Either of them requires a 2 turn cooldown between usages.

Approved, made edits.

(Dōjutsu: Umi Kyouou ) – Eye Technique: Umbral Depths

Type: Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: Short – Mid
Chakra: N/A (+10 per turn)
Damage: N/A
Description: Umbral Depths is an advanced temporal ability of the Shinkaigan. The Shinkaigan allows the seer to gaze upon the lifecycle of their targets, and, through it, retrieve deeper knowledge of their mind and habits. Through Umbral Depths, the user is capable of supplying a Genjutsu with the energy from the Void, increasing its latching ability and strength, in tandem with the added knowledge of their thought-cycle. It allows the user to passively supplement a Genjutsu with +10 chakra, increasing its strength and resilience to the next level, though affecting its realism by tinging the illusory dimension and construct with a purplish light. All who witness the illusion ( including the user upon casting ) will have their sanity drained by 10 points. Casting Umbral Depths through the Cosmic Abyssal Eye will allow the user to roll for a 25% chance of increasing the boost by +20 chakra.

Note: Each target can only be afflicted with one Umbral Depths infused Genjutsu at a time, even with Genjutsu Stacking Specialities.
Note: Drains 5 sanity from the target each turn the Genjutsu is left unblocked.
Note: Does not work on Long Ranged Genjutsu.
Note: Requires the user to have their sights on the target's body or eyes.
Note: Requires a 2 turn cooldown between usages.
Note: Umbral Depths can only be used 4 times per battle.
Note: Can only roll for an increased boost 4 times per battle, can only successfully boost 2 times.

Declined. The part about Cosmic usage needs to go. It isn’t possible to make Cosmic customs yet and their interactions with basic Shinkaigan customs is not available yet.

(Dōjutsu: Isoginchaku ) – Eye Technique: Basilisk Urchin

Type: Supplementary
Rank: B
Range: Short
Chakra: 20
Damage: 40
Description: Through the Shinkaigan, the user is capable of manifesting small fang-like needles, or actual balls of fangs composed of purple congealed miasma. They can be wielded like weapons, thrown or maneuvred through their Shinkaigan alone, moving at the speed of an S rank Lightning technique. The user is capable of splitting the chakra cost and damage dealt across up to 8 congealed structures, splitting the damage equally between them, ( 1 = 40 damage, 2 = 20 damage, 4 = 10 damage, 8 = 5 damage Each ), and their resilience to enemy techniques lowers similarily. Despite their low damage-dealing abilities, their resourcefulness and their sanity-draining abilities are far more threatening. Casting this technique drains all who witness it by 3 points, including the user, but each time one of the fangs physically touches a target other than the user, they will drain 3 points again, potentially stacking a lot of sanity loss if not countered correctly. Because of their unpredictable nature, Anemone inherits random elemental weaknesses and strengths. Using Basilisk Urchin through the Uchuu Shinkaigain allows the user to roll for a 15% chance, once per turn, in order to deal a critical sanity loss to any contact done through that turn.

Note: Requires a two turn cooldown between usage. Lasts up to 4 turns. Each construct can only hit their target once per turn.

Declined. No to critical sanity loss. That isn’t going to be a thing.

(Dōjutsu: Kuiki no Dorosu) - Eye Technique: Domain of Dolos
Type:
Supplementary/ Defensive/ Offensive
Rank: Forbidden (Varies)
Range: Short - Long
Chakra: Varies
Damage: Varies
Description: Dolos, the Greek God of Deception and Trickery perfectly suited for Kaneki Ken, a shinobi whose guile knows no bounds. Domain of Dolos is a powerful MS ability linked to both eyes, it enables the user to create a domain, a field design for a specific purpose identical and indiscernible from the real world. The Original Sharingan or “Copy Eye Wheel'' enables the user to copy techniques whether it be by taijutsu, genjutsu and even ninjutsu as long as the user requires the affinity and ability to do so. This evolution of the Sharingan builds upon that ability a thousand-fold with “Spectre” Kaneki’s Left Eye ability. With this ability no technique is beyond mirroring, regardless of Kekkei Genkai, Natural Affinities, even abilities without a shred of chakra. The basis of this technique is that the Domain affords Kaneki near-omniscience within it, he is capable of analyzing the composition down to the molecular level, understanding the mechanics and theory behind each living thing, technique or entity within his Domain. It’s this knowledge that enables Kaneki to create an exact replica of anything existing within his domain. The second and possibly even more powerful ability is the complete autonomy Kaneki has within his Domain, through his Right Eye Kaneki is granted the ability “Deus” Kaneki is granted the ability to inact laws that govern interactions within the Domain. These laws must be obeyed by all who inhabit the Domain including Kaneki. These individual laws are submitted as separate techniques and can do a variety of things from restricting the type of techniques being used or reverse the effects of certain abilities. These rules serve to change the dynamic of the battle, and must be obeyed while within the domain.

Note: "Spectre" is a passive ability in that the user is capable of copying any jutsu created while in the Domain, but the use of the copied technique will still occupy a move-slot.
Note: "Deus" Techniques must be submitted separately each with their own varying restrictions and penalties.

Declined, discussed with member.

Declined, I need to discuss parts of this with Drackos though other parts are already flawed; I’m skeptical if one could even augment a Genjutsu with the energy from the Void via Shinkaigan as it isn’t elemental and doesn’t create an Elemental Genjutsu and the reasoning doesn’t make much sense either to me.

( Doujutsu: Genshi Shoki ) Eye Technique: Cypress Shallows

Type: Supplementary
Rank: A-S
Range: Short - Long
Chakra: 40-70
Damage: N/A
Description: Cypress Shallows is a variant of Reed Marsh in which the user must witness the inception, release and expiration of an opposing technique through one's eyes. Meaning the opponent will have to use a technique, and it has to then be dealt with appropriately or let it expire naturally, completing a full cycle. When this condition is met, within the same turn the technique is completed, the user is capable of casting Cypress Shallows through one's left eye which will recreate the cycle of the technique until expiration, producing a bright purple light in its stead. This will drain the target off every remaining usage the technique had left and the proportional chakra it would cost, and leave the target to deal with its drawbacks. All those who witness Cypress Shallows will have the corresponding sanity drop of 4 or 5 points, depending on the rank used. The A rank variant can deal with 1 technique up to 50 chakra, whereas the S rank variant can deal with 1 technique at any chakra tier.

Note: The user must witness a technique from start to finish, it is only considered finished after it has been blocked or naturally expires. Techniques the user can't experience, like Limbo, cannot be targeted by this technique. Infusions and other techniques that are used in the same time-frame as others and are not discernibly different cannot be targetted either. Requires the previous activation of Saltwater Sea in order to target Modes or States.
Note: A rank can only be used 3 times per battle. S rank can only be used once for techniques higher than 70 chakra, and twice for techniques of 70 chakra and lower.
Note: Requires a 2 turn cooldown. S rank prevents the usage of Temporal Shinkaigan techniques for 2 turns.

Declined, lol this is wild. You’re attempting to simply view the technique being done and remove all future usages of it. While the Shinkaigan can manipulate durations, even the advanced version of Reed Marsh only allows it to end up to 70 chakra fueled techniques and one technique per usage. You’re attempting to somehow use this technique one time and prevent future technique usages by multiple techniques AND the chakra cost these techniques would have incurred. You crazy as hell, I wont sign off on that. Any one usage of this will target one usage that has occured only, not have preventative usages. I’ll have to discuss that with Drackos either way. You also cannot target more than 70 chakra in these techniques, I notice you seemingly don’t have any limit at 70 here.

( Katon/Doujutsu: Uzushin'en Honou ♆ Shinkaiton ) Fire/Eye Technique: Maelstrom from the Gorge ♆ Abyssal Flame

Type: Offensive, Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: Short - Long
Chakra: 70 ( -30 per turn )
Damage: 120 ( -20 to the user )
Description: The Abyssal Flame is the first technique of Isabella's Temporal Uchuu Shinkaigan, and an exploration of the properties of Reed Marsh and Fire Release. The user will reverse into the Void a massive maelstrom of flames, unleashing instead a bright purple glow that will drain 10 sanity point from all those that make contact with it or 5 sanity points from those that indirectly experience it, including the user. Then, the user is capable of reversing the flames back from the void, after they have been tempered and corrupted by it, in any point within the user's sight, unleashing the maelstrom of purple miasma flames. When interacting with other techniques, they will carry the power of Reed Marsh, sending back into the void all techniques with lower chakra than it. When interacting with a sentient being, they will drain even more sanity, as the flames will attempt to bring them back to the void but will fall short of it.

Note: Can only be used 3 times per battle. Requires a cooldown of 4 turns between usage.
Note: Reversing and Returning the Flames will drain 5 Sanity from all who witness it. Touching the flames will drain 10 Sanity from solely the target.
Note: The Reversion and Return can be made in a blink of an eye, seemingly producing the purple miasma maelstrom right away, or the user can choose to return the flames over the course of 2 turns, costing a slot in the jutsu count with the exception of the first turn. Can only perform one Reversion and Return per turn.
Note: Can't Return the Abyssal Flames within 5 meters of any sentient target.
Note: This technique can be neutralized by another with the same chakra tier, 2 of the chakra tier below it, or up to 4 regardless of the chakra tier.

Declined, I started to make edits to approve this but the more I read and edited, the more confused I became by the notes. What exactly is the reversion and return abilities difference? I assumed this was simply creating a Void based fire technique that functioned similarly to Amaterasu and could burn techniques away but this now seems to do the same thing twice, just named differently. Reversion summons flames from the void to burn items of less chakra into the void. Return summons the flames again to burn items of less chakra “after they have been tempered and corrupted” which seemingly is just fluff.

( Doujutsu: Shiodamari ) Eye Technique: Tidal Cove

Type: Supplementary
Rank: B
Range: Short – Mid
Chakra: 20 ( +10 to Infused Technique )
Damage: N/A ( +20/-20 to Infused Technique )
Description: Tidal Cove is an advanced temporal technique of the Shinkaigan where the user will progress a technique of their own creation through the Void, before unleashing it. This is done within the same time frame of another technique, boosting it further, while also causing this technique to drain 3 sanity points to all who witness it. The user will roll for 50% chance of this becoming a High Tide ( Boosts the Damage +20 ) or a Low Tide ( Shaves -20 Damage from techniques that clash with it ).

Note: Requires 1 turn cooldown.
Note: Can't infuse techniques above S rank.
Note: Can only be used 6 times per battle.

Approved, made edits. I’m a little iffy on these Tides as they are effectively the same thing and aren’t a real difference. I may change this within the week as there should be an actual difference which means Low Tide might become a +10 increase or something else.

( Doujutsu: Kaneki o’ Susano'o ) - Eye Technique: Kaneki's Tempestuous God of Valor
Type:
Supplementary/Offensive/Defensive
Rank: Forbidden
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 120 ( +30 per additional turn )
Damage: N/A ( -10 to user per turn )
Description: Through the use of Kaneki Ken's prized Dojutsu he's capable of manifesting a Susano'o: a gigantic humanoid avatar made of the user's chakra which manifests around the user and becomes an extension of their will, acting and attacking on their behalf. By default, Susano'o is anchored to its user and they to it: in its less developed forms it will move around with the user; in its more completed forms the user will be suspended within Susano'o, being brought with it as it moves. This connection allows Susano'o to shield against physical attacks, becoming more difficult to penetrate as it is manifested more fully. Cosmetically Kaneki's Susano'o is jet black, and is imbued with a foggy dark-grey aura, its eyes are dark red, as are most it's internal bones, and appendages.

Standard Form: In the Standard Form, Kaneki's Susano'o is bestowed a unique shield called: Kakuja, it is a large diamond shaped shield with an equally large mouth in the center. The mouth can inhale and devour S Rank and Below techniques and siphoning the chakra within them to restore any damage done to the user's ethereal guardian (for every ten chakra devoured twenty damage is alleviated). Additionally, the user is granted a large katana (S Rank), the blade of the katana itself is engulfed in the flames of Amaterasu and can be used to launch large crescent shaped slashes of black Amaterasu flames at the enemy the speed of these flames are x2 Sage Rank Speed.

Complete Form: Upon two turns from the initial activation, the user's Susano'o has its chakra stabilized. Meaning the user's Susano'o can now advance further to its strongest form. In its final form, Susanoo acquires new traits including four massive tail-like appendages, wings capable of flight, and dark ominous armor. But more importantly, it gains power akin to a Bijuu. Once stabilized, the Complete Body form can protect its user from all but the strongest of attacks (100 damage). Both constructs wielded in the Standard Form are granted F Rank strength, and their inherent effects are also increased by one rank in the Complete Form.

Note: Counts as a move each turn it is active; moreover, Izanagi, and Izanami cannot be used while this technique is active.
Note: Susanoo is usable twice and lasts up to six turns, with a three-turn cooldown, after EMS is reactivated.

Declined, the main issue here is the Susano’o weapon. The weapon being so specific means that it would need to be submitted as a Susano’o Weapon, noted in the first post. It’s more comparable to Kamui Shuriken then the katana Madara’s Susano’o has. That part has to go but the rest is tweakable.

( Doujutsu: Juunin ) Eye Technique: Primeval Dweller

Type: Supplementary
Rank: A
Range: Short – Mid
Chakra: 60 ( -10 per turn )
Damage: N/A
Description: Primeval Dweller is a temporal shinkaigan technique for increased mobility supported by the Void, similar to Kinrah. The user infuses their limbs and hand-held weapons with the purple energy of the void, partly regressing them into the void. This technique is very sanity taxing to the user, as sit will drain 4 sanity points to all who witness it, but will keep draining 4 sanity points every turn it remains in battle. The user becomes lighter and stronger, allowing them to move 2x faster than normal. While no damage is added to Taijutsu techniques used through this, each time the user's body or weapon touches the opponent or their weapons, 8 sanity points are drained from the target.

Note: Lasts 5 turns. Can only be used three times per battle.
Note: Only one contact per Taijutsu/Bukijutsu technique and one per Freestyle, to a maximum of 3 Sanity draining physical contacts per turn.
Note: While infused with Primeval Dweller, the user is unable to use techniques outside the Taijutsu/Bukijutsu range, Shinkaigan or techniques one specializes in.

Declined, so the issues I have with this involve the potential Sanity loss from one technique. This attempts to create a constant Sanity loss per turn from both direct and indirect experiences as well as extending this effect to Freeform Taijutsu. Just from indirect exposure, you create a potential -20 Sanity loss. This also allows each time a weapon or the user touches a target to cause a -8 Sanity loss, plus a -3 from 1 FF tech for -11 Sanity per turn from techniques for another potential -55 Sanity across 5 turns from direct contact. Combined, this creates a total -75 Sanity loss. This is more than 3 times the most I will ever allow for a single technique to potentially cause across several turns or one instance and even that max may be limited to a Signature Technique. This also wont last 5 turns each use nor deal Sanity loss every turn from indirect exposure — direct only.

Chakra: 50
Damage: N/A
Description: The Abyssal Step is the Second technique of Isabella's Temporal Uchuu Shinkaigan, and an exploration of the properties of Reed Marsh after mastering her Temporal Uchu Shinkaigan up to the Ephemeral Existence Tier. The user is capable of reversing oneself and others fully into the void and immediately re-materialize anyplace that is or was within their line of sight, up to two turns prior, an act that severely drains one's sanity despite the infimum amount of time spent in the void. All who witness the Abyssal Step are drained by 5 points, and all who are directly targeted by it are drained 15 points.

Note: Can't be used to transport oneself or others within 5 meters of an opponent, unless the user is within that range from the start. Can't be used to transport directly into others, in juxtaposition with other beings or objects. Can't transport the target into a blade or inside a wall, especially since the "inside" of anything is not within the user's line of sight.
Note: Can only be used on two targets simultaneously. The technique's cost is spent per target, though counts as a single usage.
Note: Can only be used on others through physical contact.
Note: Can be used to transport to a place that had been in their line of sight up to two turn prior to the Abyssal Step, meaning anywhere the user laid eyes in the past two turns of the battle, be it the terrain or another dimension the user has been in, for escape, pursuit or entrapment. It doesn't mean transport in time, just space.
Note: Can only be used 4 times per battle. Can only be used two times on targets outside oneself.
Note: Requires a cooldown of 3 turns. Can't use other Temporal Shinkaigan techniques in the same and next turn.

Declined, the Shinkaigan does not have abilities nor properties that would allow you to teleport things nor yourself to new or different locations with neither it’s temporal or spatial abilities. DNR.

( Doujutsu: Ashi Numachi) – Eye Technique: Cattail Marsh

Type: Offensive, Supplementary
Rank: A-S
Range: Short – Long
Chakra: 30-60
Damage: N/A
Description: Cattail Marsh is a Shinkaigan’s basic temporal ability, used by the left eye, and the counterpart to Reed Marsh, allowing one to bring back a technique from the void that had been reversed into the void by Reed Marsh or one of its variants, anywhere within the user's line of sight, allowing one to re-direct the technique towards a target of their choosing. Similar to Reed Marsh, the A rank variant can cause a technique up to S-Rank chakra (40) that had been reverted to the Void to re-materialize against the original caster. The S rank variant allows any technique of up to 70 chakra or to re-materialize. Visually, the re-materialized techniques will now appear to be cast in purple light and shades. Experiencing Cattail Marsh directly, meaning sensing it through either one of the primary senses, or through an extrasensory means, causes one to suffer from a 4 Sanity reduction for A rank and 5 for S rank. Cattail Marsh can be used four times per battle, with a two turn cooldown between usage. S rank can only be use twice per battle.

Declined, I could have a slightly off understanding of the Shinkaigan right now, but I don’t believe so; Temporal Shinkaigan techniques are used to essentially rewind time (dumbed down and simplified explanation) and return things to the Void through this function. Temporal techniques do not allow you to bring things back from the Void as the point is, basically, “all things return to the Void”. By design, we did not allow it to have any capability of advancing time/space or similar concepts. Tl;dr Temporal techs are designed to “rewind” things and “return” them to the Void, not the opposite. This was one of the most fundamental abilities that I signed off on and placed limitations on. If you’re trying to bring things from the Void, you need to focus on the spatial aspect.

( Doujutsu: Juunin ) Eye Technique: Primeval Dweller

Type: Supplementary
Rank: A
Range: Short – Mid
Chakra: 60 ( -10 per turn )
Damage: N/A
Description: Primeval Dweller is a temporal shinkaigan technique for increased mobility supported by the Void, similar to Kinrah. This technique is very sanity taxing to the user, as sit will drain 4 sanity points to the user, and will keep draining 4 sanity points every turn it remains in battle ( To just the user ). The user becomes lighter and stronger, allowing them to move 3x faster than normal. While no damage is added to Taijutsu and Bukijutsu techniques used through this, each time the user's body or weapon touches the opponent or their weapons, 4 sanity points are drained from the target.

Note: Lasts up to 3 turns. Can only be used three times per battle.

Note: While infused with Primeval Dweller, the user is unable to use techniques outside the Taijutsu/Bukijutsu range, Shinkaigan or techniques one specializes in.

Declined, still issues here. Why would my sword’s tip touching your dagger covered in Shinkaigan energy cause me a Sanity drop if it doesnt actually touch me. The speed boost is random as hell too as you coat your limbs with this energy and it somehow speeds you up. Granted, this is the barebones explanation that most use for any speed enhanced chakra shroud ( “I channel energy and it speeds me up” ), but it feels so misplaced here. The drain per turn on the user is also unneeded. That second note needs to change as well. You aren’t getting Freeform Taijutsu sanity reduction ever. The last note is really filler as well as it’s a bit illogical; why can you only use fields you specialized? It’s just there to seem like you’re limited when you’re able to use all the fields you normally almost only use (Fire, Gen, Yin and Fuuin), not counting your CE usage.

Summed up, you have a possible 12 Sanity drop from one tech per turn for a total of 36, x3 speed boost and simple contact with my weapon ( not even me but as small as the tip of a spear ) will cause a reduction as well.

( Katon/Doujutsu: Uzushin'en Honou ♆ Shinkaiton ) Fire/Eye Technique: Maelstrom from the Gorge ♆ Abyssal Flame

Then, the user is capable of reversing the flames back from the void, after they have been tempered and corrupted by it, in any point within the user's sight, unleashing the returned maelstrom of now purple miasma flames with the desired momentum. The act of Reversing is bringing the flames into the Void, the act of Returning is bringing their purple corrupted form back into the battlefield. When interacting with other techniques, these flames will now carry the power of Reed Marsh, sending back into the void all techniques with lower chakra than it. When interacting with a sentient being, they will drain even more sanity, as the flames will attempt to bring them back to the void but will fall short of it. For 2 turns, the user can move the flames from point to point, within eye sight, Reversing them from the battlefield and into the void, and then Returning them into another point in the battlefield, until the technique expires naturally or until they collide with a sufficiently high tiered technique.

Note: This technique can be neutralized by another with the same chakra tier, 2 of the chakra tier below it, or up to 4 regardless of the chakra tier.
Note: Can only be used 3 times per battle. Requires a cooldown of 4 turns between usage.
Note: Reversing and Returning the Flames will drain 5 Sanity once per turn from all who witness it. Touching the flames will drain 10 Sanity from solely the target. If the target witnessed a Reversion in a turn, they won't suffer a drain from Return in the same turn, and vice versa. If the target witnessed either of them in the same turn as direct contact is made, they will experience solely the 50% of the drain for the subsequent direct contact, for a maximum of 10 combined points per turn.
Note: Can't Return the Abyssal Flames within 5 meters of any sentient target , if the user is not within that range as well. Can't return them inside a target.

Declined, it seems you’re mixing the two forms up; Spatial Shinkaigan techs are capable of calling the energy from the Void up directly while the Temporal abilities allow you to view the life cycle of inanimate objects and with the Temporal Mastery, it extends to living entities as well. Only the reversing part could happen with Temporal while the Reversal aspect directly would need Spatial.

As for the actual technique, it’s still a bit confusing; the underlined part is really confusing me on it’s execution as I can’t tell if you create the flames then summon the Shinkaigan’s energy, or if it’s meant to function like Reed Marsh which is the confusing part since RM requires the item/jutsu to be out first before you cover it with the flames, similar to Freshwater Sea and other Temporal techs. So you’d need to first summon the normal flames and then have it be transferred to the Void. Now, the second part that summons the flames BACK would need to be a Spatial based tech for this to work. Unless you have Spatial Specialty, I don’t think this can be performed since otherwise it’s impossible.

( Doujutsu: Ikiru o’ Susano'o ) - Eye Technique: Ikiru's Tempestuous God of Valor

Type: Supplementary/Offensive/Defensive
Rank: Forbidden
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 120 ( +30 per additional turn )
Damage: N/A ( -10 to user per turn )
Description: A gigantic, humanoid avatar made of the user's chakra which manifests around the user and becomes an extension of their will, acting and attacking on their behalf. By default, Susanoo is anchored to its user and they to it: in its less developed forms it will move around with the user; in its more completed forms the user will be suspended within Susanoo, being brought with it as it moves. This connection allows Susanoo to shield against physical attacks, becoming more difficult to penetrate as it is manifested more fully. This grey-faded and black colored Susano'o signifies as Ikiru Uchiha's Tempestuous God of Valor’s trademark.

Standard Form:
In its initial form, Ikiru Uchiha's Susanoo has an S-Rank (80 damage) durability; for combat, it wields a defensive Tomoe Shield that bears an S-Rank (80 damage) defense. The shield, at the user's command, can rotate in constant high-speed motion creating a gust stream (equal to an A-rank Wind jutsu, up to mid-range) allowing the user to block certain sound techniques within the shield's defensive capabilities (pertaining to only "Destructive Sound Waves" techniques). The gust produced by it moves at 2x a standard Sage's speed, alternatively, the fan-shield can be used as makeshift support to the user's Katon jutsu. This is done by the user releasing their jutsu via it as the fans don't interrupt the flames which in turn gives the flames a circular path of rotation upon release, allowing for complex counters (+1 range to Katon jutsu used via Susanoo). The user has complete control over the fan as to activate it, or turn it off whenever they so will it.

Complete Form:
Two turns after it had initially manifested, the user's Susano'o has its chakra stabilized. The user's chakra hence can induces their Susanoo to advance further to its strongest form. In its final form, Susanoo acquires new traits including a tengu-esque nose, wings for flight,
its signature 'Tomoe shield' now with profound qualities, and robes with ornate armor. But more importantly, it gains power akin to a biju! Once stabilized, the Complete Body form can protect its user from all, but the strongest of attacks (100 damage). And with regards to its offense/ defense, it's 'Tomoe shield' can release a much large wide-ranged wind blast equal to an F-rank version of the standard form (Long-range), upon the terrain making a makeshift gust storm (propels air to shave off lakes, mountains etc, such as stripping the earth layers off, including fauna and flora of the landmarks). Meanwhile, it's 'Tomoe Shield' is surprisingly durable enough, as an outstanding feat it's known to be able to tank (1) forbidden ranked attacks (100 dmg), before being destroyed.

Note: Counts as a move each turn it is active; moreover, Izanagi, and Izanami cannot be used.
Note: Susanoo is usable twice and lasts up to six turns, with a three-turn cooldown, after EMS is reactivated.
Note: Utilizing the Tomoe Shield's fan (upon activation), will count as a user's move each turn.
Resubmission. :)

( Doujutsu: Tadashī no Tensaiku) - Eye Technique: Right Eye of the Heaven’s Sight

Type: Supplementary/ Defensive
Rank: Forbidden
Range: N/a
Chakra Cost: -50 ( -30 per additional Turn )
Damage Points: N/A (-15 DMG per Use)

Description: The Right eye of Ikiru Uchiha, allows the user to induce/ suppress emotions within themselves, including happiness, sadness, rage, fear, etc., all causing a short-term change in their emotions, the exact length of this effect depends on both the user's intent sustain the Mangekyou which affects their own mental state. Sensory-Type Shinobi have been noted to sense one's chakra signature by connecting it with the emotional regulation. It's known that the emotional regulation is the development is derived from one's parents and social up-bring. This emotional regulation is what attributes to one's persona. When children reach the age of 6 to 8, they have already interiorized the process of distinction from their parents which becomes their mental self-regulatory pattern of thought, aka personality. Given that basis, if a Shinobi with chakra sensory abilities were to memorize Ikiru Uchiha's chakra signature, they'd be bewildered to feel a completely new chakra signature even if they were standing right in-front of them. This is the ability of Ikiru Uchiha's Mangekyou, it allows one to simply alter their own emotional state, even their persona much to completely create a new personality avatar for the user. Notice however that, this 'new chakra' signature wouldn't entirely remove their biological chakra attribute, meaning with enough deduction from the chakra sensor, they could simply assume the User while utilizing the Mangekyou, is a relative kin to the original.

Now shinobi with an extremely rare ability to sense emotions would struggle specifically due to the match-up of Ikiru's Mangekyou being relatively an emotional manipulation based Sharingan. Normally, emotions would be acting like a beacon to the emotional sensors informing them of incoming reasons, but what would happen if those emotions gave false information? When an emotion sensing shinobi is receiving the wrong emotional intent, it could very much be considered an ineffective method to rely on as it could lead to a fatal injury. Tracking an individual who's emotional state can completely blend into the background to become as though a wild mindless beast or within community to becoming extremely akin to those around them. Ikiru Uchiha's Mangekyou Sharingan provides this benefit.

When the User activities 'the right eye' Mangekyou Sharingan, it will quickly spin clockwise as its effect occurs. With the vast various types of emotions, Ikiru's Mangekyou focus on two categories encampsing all types of emotions. One being the [Positive] emotions and the other being [Negative] emotions. Interactions with Genjutsu that affect them either positively or negatively, by switching the emotional state counteractive to the Genjutsu's intent. The will induced upon their body by the Genjutsu will be overridden out by the surge of special Sharingan chakra from their brain filtering the intruding chakra. Interactions with mental affections, sounds/ music, chemical gases, acidic secretions, poisons etc., these emotional inducing effects, similar to the Genjutsu can be combated by the user's Mangekyou by simply counteract the resulting mental effects with its counter opposite.

Duo Mangekyou Sharingan Eyes Active -- While both sets are actively awoken, the user can perceive an emotional state of a being as a sort of glowing colors, in all sentient living creatures along with their Sharingan chakra sight abilities.

Note: Requires the user to have Mangekyō Sharingan or Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan active.

Note: Can only be used 4 times and reduces Mangekyou Sharingan duration by 2 turns per each eye use.
Note: Requires a one turn cool down, per eye used in-between usages.

( Doujutsu: Hidari no Tensaiku) - Eye Technique: Left Eye of the Heaven’s Sight

Type: Supplementary/ Offensive
Rank: Forbidden
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: -50 ( -30 per additional turn ) (-40 per Genjutsu via Left Tensaiku)
Damage Points: N/A (+30 to Genjutsu via Tensaiku) (-15 DMG per Use)

Description: The feared Left eye of Ikiru Uchiha, allows the user to overlay their intents in emotions within their own Genjutsu, including happiness, sadness, rage, fear, etc., all causing versatile short to long term effects upon their opponents. Through the means of this Mangekyou Sharingan Genjutsu, the user can invert the emotions of others into their polar opposite, turning love into hate, courage into fear, despair into hope, etc., and vice versa. Only applying a single affection of their willed emotions through their Genjutsu. Upon being in Short to Mid-range to their opponent, when casting a Genjutsu on them, the user's Left Eye will spin counter-clockwise to augment a single emotion into their victims, which can result in their opponents crying without knowing why, even after releasing the genjutsu’s affect upon them. This is due to Ikiru’s Mangekyō Sharingan bypassing the regular genjutsu normality, leaving an after taste of sorts upon their existence permanently (Nullified, if target has Yin Release/ "mind cleansing" techniques). This Mangekyō also allows the target to be susceptible to the user’s “(Sakki) - Killing Intent“/ their Sharingan Hypnotism, if used correctly with logical applications as they can lower their opponent‘s resistance to “(Sakki) - Killing Intent“/ Sharingan Hypnotism by two ranks. An example would be after opponent releasing genjutsu augmented by this Mangekyō Sharingan, they’d feel set emotion (fear, in this case) which then would be coupled with user’s killing intent, thus making them very much to be acceptable to the effects (if fear, terrified) of the user's killing intent’s effects.

With the vast various types of emotions, Ikiru's Mangekyou focus on two categories encampsing all types of emotions. One being the [Positive] emotions and the other being [Negative] emotions. When used coupled with Genjutsu, these emotions require situational reasoning as each emotion is applicable to the logical fallacy of the moment if not subjected correctly for the moment; [Positive] Emotions: Reduce the opponent's reactions as they remove the sense of danger. Lowering their base speed by 2 ranks Or if used on an ally with a goodwill intent, HP recovery is increased by 25% for 2 turns. [Negative] Emotions: lower the mental resistance of the opponent, resulting 2 ranks lowered Or if used on an ally with a goodwill intent, Chakra recovery is increased by 25% for 2 turns. Even chakra/ health increasing jutsu are applicable to this jutsu's effect, which means that jutsu giving the shinobi additional chakra/ health (i.e, chakra draining jutsu, medical pills, cursemarks, etc) are susceptible to this jutsu's effects.

Note: [Left Eye]: Genjutsu cast via this Mangekyō Sharingan attain a [Set] emotion attached to them however, the Rank is depended on genjutsu casted. Therefore a D-rank Genjutsu will simply be a D-rank +30 boosted DMG Genjutsu; the user can only cast A-rank and below Genjutsu via Tensaiku. Inserting emotional effects casted via Tensaiku-Genjutsu is passive however, at a cost of a Jutsu Slot. These Genjutsu used via Tensaiku are treated as Sharingan Genjutsu by default.
Note: Through [Right Eye], self-regulation of their emotions and [Left Eye] as to casting Genjutsu oneself in conjunction; the user can attain the goodwill intent perks at x.15 rate increase (however, this requires a user's shadow clone to perform the act upon themselves). Can only be utilized once per match. Notice, the recovery isn't self-induced. Meaning, without a use of a Chakra/ Health recovering jutsu method, the perks cannot be attained.

Declined, the flaw with this is that the Amaterasu use mirroring Sasuke’s can’t be done. Sasuke is capable of doing this as he has Kagutsuchi and can manipulate the flames naturally. All other users of Blaze will not be able to manipulate existing Blaze flames and instead must use actual Blaze techs. Only Sasuke and Izuna will be allowed to have Blaze flames naturally coating their Susano’o.

( Hakke Tamashii Kūshishō ) - Gentle Step Ghost Lion Palm
Rank: S-rank
Type: Defensive, Offensive
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 70
Damage points: 120
Description: Through the use of raw chakra control or through his Tenkaitenyajū (Including partial), the user is able to create projectile versions of the Gentle Step Twin God/Lion Fists from their hands, albeit slightly different. This could even be seen as a sister technique of ( Hakke Kūshishō ) - Gentle Step Vacuum Lion Palm, from the similarities In looks and how they are used; Though unlike the golden color of the sister technique, this one would take on a pale white glowing effect. This technique also differs in the type of destruction it does when fired off, not doing the raw physical damage to everything around like it sister technique. In fact, this technique also takes on inherent properties of (Jūho: Tamashii Baindingu Saakuru) - Gentle Step: Soul Binding Circle; Lacking actual physical properties outside of its shape, thus passing through physical constructs such as solids and liquids. This doesn't stop it from interacting with energy based constructs though, such as fire, lightning or even other raw chakra. The real damage comes into play whenever it hits a human or other living being with chakra. Not only would the chakra seep into the body and do destructive damage to muscles and organs, but it would absorb chakra from the target and directly lower their chakra reserves. This chakra absorption would come at a rate of -50 but would not go back to the user, it would simply be taken away and wasted. These lion heads are capable of being fired in rapid succession or as single projectile, having it's power split unless firing at multiple targets. In the case of firing at multiple targets, the lion heads would each carry 100 damage instead of the maximum, and can only work with up to two targets before splitting damage.
This technique doesn't require the used to have Tenkaitenyajū active, but if used through Tenkaitenyajū it would have slightly added buffs. Specifically it would be able to move at 35 speeds like its sister technique and drain chakra at rates of -100.
Note: Require the user to have activated his Tendogan.
Note: Can only be used by Hyuga Clan members
Note: Can only be used 4x with a two turns cool down between uses

( Hachidori no yasashī uta ) - Gentle Song of The Hummingbird
Rank: S-rank
Type: Defensive, Offensive
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 40 (60)
Damage points: 80 (120)
Description: Gentle song is a Jyuken technique developed by a Hyuga that liked to indulge in mid to long range combate along with his Jyuken style. By implementing both shape manipulation and Vacuum palm, the Hyuga was able to create a technique that allowed them to make use of the precise attacking of tenketsu at a range. With thrusts similar to that of the Eight Trigrams attacks, the user would release projectiles that resembled ghostly versions of small hummingbirds; Releasing a flock of 128 in mere moments. These hummingbirds, though having shape to them, would take on the properties of (Jūho: Tamashii Baindingu Saakuru) - Gentle Step: Soul Binding Circle and would pass through physical obstacles such as earth or water and would move at twice the users base speed. The special thing about these projectiles would come into play once hitting a living being with a chakra system. Not only would the birds damage muscles when going through the body, but they explode inside, flooding the chakra system with chakra and damaging the tenketsu. This would cause the same drawbacks as the Eight Trigrams One Hundred Twenty-Eight Palms technique; Eliminating their ability to use B-rank and above levels of chakra for two turns. In cases that the user has the Tendogan, the user would be capable of shooting 256 hummingbirds and take on the effects of the Eight Trigrams Two Hundred Fifty-Six Palms; Not only increasing what its base damage is, but also taking on the chakra sealing ability of semi-permanently dropping their chakra totals to half.
Note: Usable 3× with a two turn cool down, though Tendogan variant can only be used once.
Note: When Tendogan variant is used the user can't use any S-rank or higher Jyuken techniques next turn

( Doujutsu: Umi Kyouou ) Eye Technique: Umbral Depths

Type: Supplementary
Rank: A
Range: Short – Mid
All who witness the illusion ( including the user upon casting ) will have their sanity drained by 8 points.

Note: Umbral Depths can only be used 6 times per battle.

( Doujutsu: Umi Kyouou ) Eye Technique: Umbral Depths

Type: Supplementary
Rank: A
Range: Short – Mid
Chakra: 30 (+10 per turn)
Damage: N/A
Description: Umbral Depths is an advanced temporal ability of the Shinkaigan. The Shinkaigan allows the seer to gaze upon the lifecycle of their targets, and, through it, retrieve deeper knowledge of their mind and habits. Activating Umbral Depths is akin to taking a mental snapshot reel of the target's life and highlights. While it is unable to retrieve specific information like the Interrogation technique would, it does allow the user to retrieve a better understanding of the target's thought cycles and apply that knowledge into Mental Afflictions and other supplementary usages. Umbral Depths allows the user to enhance the usage of many espionage or cloning techniques, such as better mimicking someone using the Clone technique or better infiltrating a village or organizaiton by adopting the speech and thought patterns of several influential entities within the user's eye sight or even a more efficient usage of the Interrogation technique. In a sense, it is an activated state similar to Saltwater Sea. This insight into another's patterns and mind cycles allows the user's mimicry or deceitful techniques to have a higher resilience, translated into a +10 chakra tier, meaning that trickery techniques like Genjutsu require methods of 1 rank higher in order to be dispelled or seen through while Umbral Depths is activated. When using Genjutsu or other Mind Trickering techniques, and actively benefiting from this boon, both the user and the target experience a drop of 8 sanity points.

Note: Requires the user to have their sights on the target's body or eyes.
Note: Umbral Depths can only be used 4 times per battle, lasting 4 turns. Requires a cooldown of 2 turns before it can be recast
Note: Actively using the boon from Umbral Depths, through a technique, can only be done 1 per turn, restricting the usage of Genjutsu and akin to once per turn while Umbral Depths is active.

Note: Drains 5 sanity from the target each turn the Genjutsu or Active Jutsu is left unblocked.
Note: Does not work on Long Ranged Genjutsu or other techniques, as the user can only retrieve information from targets within Mid-Range.
Note: Active techniques can range from Genjutsu, Shadow Stealth, Clone, Transformation, Interrogation, Face Copy, Killing Intent, Mind Reading, etc

Declined, same issues present; much like I stated last time, this cannot be applied to techniques like Genjutsu and others that are not physically created. After the last submission, I spoke with Drackos and we both agree that techniques like this that do not actually create something can't be manipulated with this. Of all the types you listed, this is only possible with the Shadow Clone and maybe Transformation techniques. Long story short, you can't apply Shinkaigan techniques to Genjutsu and similar techniques.

( Doujutsu: Genshi Shoki ) Eye Technique: Cypress Shallows

Type: Supplementary
Rank: A-S
Range: Short - Long
Chakra: 50 - 60
Damage: N/A
Description: Cypress Shallows is a variant of Reed Marsh in which the user must witness the inception, release and expiration of an opposing technique through one's eyes. Meaning the opponent will have to use a technique, and it has to then be dealt with appropriately or let it expire naturally, completing a full cycle. When this condition is met, the next recasting of the same technique can be blocked by Cypress Shallows by spending chakra equal to or higher than the opposing technique required, acting similarly to Reed Marsh where the opposing technique is reversed into the Void and nullified.
The A rank version of this technique can target techniques up to S rank ( 50 chakra ) draining 8 sanity points from all who witness it, including the user, whereas the S rank technique can target up to Forbidden Ranked techniques ( up to 70 chakra ), draining 10 sanity points from all who witness it, including the user.

Requires the previous activation of Saltwater Sea in order to target Modes or States.

Note: Each usage of Cypress Shallows allows the nullification of 1 opposing technique, as it is being used, as long as that technique has been used at least once before in the battle or the arc, and that previous usage as been witnessed by the user. Techniques that haven't been witnessed before or can't be witnessed entirely ( like Limbo ) can't be affected by Cypress Shallows.
Note: A rank can only be used 3 times per battle. S rank can only be used twice. This technique can be used a collective total of 4 times per battle.
Note: Requires a 2 turn cooldown. S rank prevents the usage of Temporal Shinkaigan techniques for 2 turns.

The user will reverse into the Void a massive maelstrom of flames, unleashing instead a bright purple glow that will drain 5 sanity points from those that indirectly experience it, including the user.

( Katon/Doujutsu: Uzushin'en Honou ♆ Shinkaiton ) Fire/Eye Technique: Maelstrom from the Gorge ♆ Abyssal Flame

Type: Offensive, Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: Short - Long
Chakra: 70
Damage: 80 ( -10 to the user )
Description: The Abyssal Flame is the first technique of Isabella's Temporal Uchuu Shinkaigan, and an exploration of the properties of Reed Marsh and Fire Release. The object of the Abyssal Flame is a projection of a massive maelstrom of actual flames, that can be breathed out from the user's mouth or produced from her body. By applying the concept of Reed Marsh, these flames will be partly reversed back into the Void, and through this distortion of spatial dimension, the fire maelstrom will acquire a corrupted purplish look, appearing to exist in both the battlefield and the void, similar to the Miasma produced by Spatial Shinkaigan techniques.
The Abyssal Flame is thus Fire element distorted by the partial reversal of its flame into the void, where it is tempered and corrupted by it. Witnessing the Abyssal Flame drains 10 sanity points from all who witness it, including the user. This purple flaming maelstrom can be manipulated into several fiery constructs and launched toward any target within a 30 meter radius.
When interacting with other techniques, these flames will now carry the power of Reed Marsh, sending back into the void all techniques with lower chakra than it. When interacting with a sentient being, they will drain 10 sanity from them, as the flames will attempt to bring them back to the void but will fall short of it.
Note: Can only be used 3 times per battle. Requires a cooldown of 4 turns between usage.

Tendogan bio in sig (Toji)

( Yūgana sheru ) - Graceful Shell
Rank: S-rank
Type: Defensive
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 60 (-40 from opponent)
Damage points: (100)
Description: Yūgana sheru is a purely defensive technique that takes on the aspects of (Jūken: Chou) - Gentle Fist: Block, Eight Trigrams: Palm Rotating Heaven and the chakra draining of Hyuga, combining them for a swift yet effective defense. Used typically on close combat techniques, but usable to block certain blunt force techniques also, this technique is flexible in use and can be deployed in a moment's notice. When a physical blow is about to make contact with the user, whether from a taijutsu attack, kenjutsu attack, blunt force blast or even a punch from an earth golem, the user would instantly release chakra from his tenketsu at any point of the body or even the entire body. This, coupled with the rotations abilities being implemented, a small "shell" of rotating chakra that covers an area of the users choosing would be conjured for a brief moment. This would do a few things at once to protect the user from damage. Firstly, using a basic martial arts skill pushed a bit further than usual, the shell would move the users body part/body away from the blow as it attempts to make contact, therefore mitigating the damage that would have been done. Along with that, the rotating chakra would be rotated precisely to direct the attack in another direction, therefore completely mitigating the remaining damage if possible. Lastly upon impact with a living being, the shell would drain -50 chakra from the target and throw it away as waste. Even though this technique is used to mitigate damage done, the user still can be pushed back and such; this is simply used to stop the user from being harmed or fully harmed in cases of techniques that simply can't be stopped.

Note: Requires the Tendogan due to the sharp increase of chakra used when deploying the defense.
Note: Only usable 3× and only once per turn.
Note: Boosts to Hyuga/Jyuken techniques can be applied to this technique in the form of boosting the defense instead of damage. I.e. a Hyuga technique that boosts the rank or damage of a technique by +20, would instead boost this techniques defense by 20 if logical.

Declined, so I had to think about this because of the abilities it has; blocks Taijutsu attacks of up to 100 damage, theoretically higher due to the boosts associated with Tendogan, namely just 1 canon that turns this into 130 damage blocking. Then you are capable of reducing 50 chakra per hit. It's the damage capability combined with chakra loss that bothers me, not to mention 3 usages and one per turn isn't a real restriction.

( Shinkaigan Dōjutsu: Denryū ) – Abyssal Eye Technique: Riptide

Type: Supplementary
Rank: B-S
Range: Short – Long
Chakra: 30-50-70
Damage: 40-60-120
Description: Riptide is an advanced temporal technique of the Shinkaigan that pertains to the creation of one stationary pocket of purplish miasma anywhere within eyesight of the user, which can range from small fist-size pockets ( B Rank ) or expand at the speed of Lightning Release to the maximum size of similar ranked canon techniques ( S rank ). These pockets act as condensed manifestations of miasma with Reed Marsh-like properties, like a stationary temporal drain within the field. Touching one of the Riptide pockets will forcefully pull a target into the void, based on the nature of the target or its health, to either deal damage to it (Spiritually based ) or neutralize a technique ( following Reed Marsh guideline ). Witnessing the creation or activation of the Riptides drains sanity from both the user and the targets ( 6 points for B rank, 8 for A and 10 for S rank ).

Note: The Riptide can be weakened if a technique that has been drained was weaker than it, and remain on the battlefield. Despite this, the Riptide can only last up to 2 turns in the field, until it deals damage to a living entity or until it neutralizes up to 2 techniques, whichever happens first.
Note: While Ephemeral Existance allows the temporal techniques to affect living entities, the damage follows the Health Drawback system, rather than it being a way to rip off limbs or completely pull people into the void.
Note: The Riptides are stationary, and can't be moved from their point of creation. They can be created no closer than 5 meters of a living target.
Note: S rank techniques can only be used once every 3 turns, for a maximum of 3 times. A rank techniques can only be used once very two turns, for a maximum of 5 times. Using an S rank Riptide prevents the usage of other Temporal Shinkaigan techniques in the same and next turn.

Declined, a few things. For starters, the damage is wrong. Second, as a temporal based technique, this won’t be made to exist on the field unless it’s actually targeting an object. It won’t be able to just randomly exist on the field with no initial target as an advanced temporal technique.

( Shinkaigan Dōjutsu: Nyuutou Umi ) – Abyssal Eye Technique: Springwater Sea

Type: Supplementary
Rank: B / S
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 30 / 70 ( -10 / -30 per turn )
Damage: N/A
Description: Springwater Sea is an advanced temporal ability of the Shinkaigan that focuses the user's ability to perceive time and time cycles into specific effects, similar to the Saltwater Sea. While Saltwater Sea gives a visual perception of the duration of techniques and specifically Modes, Springwater Sea gives a visual perception of the resolution of techniques by watching their caster. Springwater Sea is thus the visual representation of Reed Marsh, seeing the inception, materialization and conclusion of a technique, without the reversion aspect. The user is capable of perceiving the outcome of techniques as they would naturally happen, and allow the user to make decisions based on that information, even if the only perceivable information is an injury and the extent of the injury. However, it does come with limitations: The user is unable to perceive the aspects of the techniques that are impossible for them to perceive, such as chakra changes without proper chakra sensory abilities, or techniques that move faster than the user can track or are generally outside the user's ability to gauge, like Limbo Clones, prior to their resolution in the form of injury. In terms of perceiving the effects or resolution of techniques, the user is only capable of perceiving these effects within herself or short range, meaning an unperceivable technique that resolves itself outside this range ( Like a barrier, trap or a technique that targets someone outside the range instead of the user, cannot be perceived by Springwater Sea ). In terms of the technical aspect, this grants the user increased reflexes by acquiring a precognitive sensory ability, and is translated in battle with a x2 boost to DEX, inherently preventing the user from reacting to techniques outside of their visual range. The S version is capable of boosting the accuity to x3.
This technique is activated instantly, costing a move but not occupying a slot in the timeframe, and lasts for four turns. It can be activated three times per battle. Activating Springwater Sea prevents the activation of Saltwater Sea, and revokes the access to Mode-related Shinkaigan techniques like Freshwater Sea. The S rank version can only be used once per battle. Temporal techniques used while the S rank version of Springwater Sea is activated cost 10 more chakra, without counting as a boost nor increasing the technique's power tier. Once the S rank Springwater Sea ends, it prevents the usage of Temporal techniques for 2 turns.

Declined, for starters, no customs can give Attribute increases or decreases unless they are Yakuzan Medicine and those apply in very specific ways. Secondly, the logic doesn’t add up; why would seeing the outcome of a technique grant you an increase in tracking? Outside of this, what does this technique actually do? If it’s just to see the outcome, I can’t approve that as a standalone as it does nothing functionally to be approved.

( Shinkaigan Dōjutsu: Sansai ) – Abyssal Eye Technique: Monsoon

Type: Supplementary
Rank: B-S
Range: Mid-Long
Chakra: 30-70
Damage: N/A
Description: Monsoon is an advanced Temporal technique of the Shinkaigan, following the process of Reed Marsh. While Monsoon is capable of reversing a technique back to the Void, it will halt its process halfway, resulting not in a full reversion as if the technique had never been used in the first place, but in partial reversion whereas the technique will physically implode ( reversion into the Void ) and explode outwards as an energetic outburst of purple miasma, reminiscent of Shimmering Depths which can reach up to Short-Range ( 5 Meters ), carrying the original damage of the reversed technique. Monsoon is most powerful when the technique being reversed is within short range of the opponent, like a spat technique, and will harm the user if the technique being reversed is materialized within short range of the user. If the technique being reversed is damage less, the ensuing explosion will be damageless as well. The reversion of damage has a 33% chance of adding Chaos to it, increasing the reverted damage by +10, +20 or +30 damage accordingly.

Note: Monsoon requires 1 turn between usages in order to be cast again. A rank can only be used 5 times per battle, S rank can only be used 3 times per battle. The ensuing purple outburst deals spiritual damage, rather than physical damage. The B rank Monsoon can be used in the same time frame as another damageless Temporal Technique, increasing the chakra tier by +10, and granting the Temporal Technique the same characteristics as Monsoon. This can't be used on Forbidden Ranked techniques.
Note: Witnessing Monsoon drains sanity based on the regular Sanity rules.

Declined, if it’s an advanced Temporal technique, it cannot have the roll aspect attached to it as that’s generally associated with the spatial branch of the Shinkaigan, and I’ll only approve that for those techniques. Second, B ranks with this one is a no.

( Shinkaigan Dōjutsu: Hasakiashi ) – Abyssal Eye Technique: Papyrus

Type: Supplementary/Offensive
Rank: B-S
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 30-70 ( -10 per turn )
Damage: 40-80
Description: Papyrus is a technique that produces a Blade of Papyrus with a Papyrus Core within. Blades of Papyrus are blades of purple miasma akin to Shimmering Depths, that can be materialized anywhere within the user's eyesight ( With the exception of within short-range of the opponent ). The user is capable of producing up to 4 blades of Papyrus, and remotely guiding them towards any target. The Papyrus blades hold within them a core of energy that behaves similarly to Reed Marsh. Whenever the blades clash with a technique that has been bolstered by an infusion or active boost, the Papyrus Core will revert the boosting technique to the void, based on the chakra of the boosting technique, according to the rules of Reed Marsh ( Thus a B rank Papyrus holds a B rank Papyrus Core with the same power of a 30 charka Reed Marsh when clashing ), and thus reduce the main technique down to base level before matching against the spatial part of the Papyrus. When clashing with a technique that hasn't been boosted, the Papyrus core simply reduces the rank and damage of the technique by -10 chakra and -20 damage, by partially reversing it into the void.

Note: The effects of the Papyrus Core count as one of the allotted boosts to the technique.
Note: The user is capable of using Blades of Papyrus within the same time-frame of another technique, infusing a Papyrus Core of the same tier as the chakra infused. This adds the effects of the Papyrus Core to another technique, counting as a boost, but will only increase the technique by an effective +10 chakra, rather than accumulating the full chakra spent on the infusion. This is a solely temporal technique when used this way.
Note: The user is capable of performing either variant of this technique once per turn. A rank requires 1 turn cooldown and can only be used 4 times per battle. S rank requires 2 turn cooldown and can only be used 2 times per battle.

Declined, this is a bit confusing; if it sends boosting techniques to the void based on the chakra input of both techniques, how does this work if most boosting techniques are simply +10 chakra infusions? The B rank usage would negate almost all boosts and infusions automatically. This technique should work based on overall technique chakra input and if higher, negate the boost applied. Otherwise, this technique needs to be one rank only. Also, how does this work with multiple blades? Does each have their chakra split?

(Dojutsu: Guanshiyin) - Eye Technique: The One Who Perceives the Sounds of the World
Type: Defensive/Supplementary
Rank: A/S
Range: Short
Chakra: 50/70 (-30 per turn)
Damage: N/A
Description: The One Who Perceives the Sounds of the World or Guanshiyin is a Byakugan/Tendogan technique described as one of the many techniques that exemplify the defensive capabilities of the Hyuga Clan. At its core, Guanshiyin or The One Who Perceives the Sounds of the World is based on Eight Trigrams Palm Revolving Heaven and Yin Release, making Guanshiyin one of the few Yin based Hyuga Clan techniques in existence. Activation of Guanshiyin results in the formation of a chakra shroud similar to the composition of Gentle Step Twin Lion Fists that shapes itself into a humanoid entity that protrudes from the back of the user, hovering in the user's general location. To give the Guanshiyin more defensive capability, the shroud's chakra is given rotational properties similar to that of the Hyuga's rotational techniques. The Yin aspect of this technique harps on the creation of a spiritual entity and tethering. Upon activation of Guanshiyin, the entity tethers on to the user's body and chakra and serves as an "automated" defense mechanism similar to Gaara's Sand Shield. Once a spiritual technique enters within short range of the user/target, Guanshiyin deploys its effects. Due to being physically manifested, Guanshiyin can defend against spiritual techniques on the user's behalf with the level of defensive capabilities altered whether Byakugan or Tendogan is active. With the Byakugan active (A rank variant), Guanshiyin can defend against spiritual techniques of 80 damage or under. While the Tendogan is active (S rank variant), Guanshiyin can defend against a maximum of 100 damage. Any damage exceeding the threshold for Guanshiyin, shatters the technique causing it to deactivate. Due to being a tether, Guanshiyin can be used to tether on to other objects, targets, entities on it's creation instead of to the user. When used in this fashion, Guanshiyin provides a 20 spiritual damage shaving (if Byakugan active) or 30 spiritual damage shaving (if Tendogan active) to the target. When used in conjunction with a technique, Guanshiyin must be used within the same timeframe as the technique, occupying a move slot. When placed on targets, allies, or other entities, they must be within short range of the user. While this defense does use an automated spiritual entity for its defense, it is not without limitations or drawbacks. Guanshiyin cannot defend against techniques that exceed three times the user's base speed. While able to defend against spiritual techniques with ease, Guanshiyin cannot defend against genjutsu (but can provide guard against other spiritual links, tethers, entities).
Note: The A rank variant of Guanshiyin can only be used three per battle with each usage lasting 2 turns, and a 3 turn cool down in between usages. The S ranked can be used twice per battle with each usage lasting 3 turns and a 4 turn usage between usages. When Guanshiyin is deactivated, the user cannot use Jyuken techniques in the following turn.
Note: Once deactivated, the user cannot make use of Yin Release for the next two turns.
Note: This is a Rotational Technique.

Declined, the first part of this clashes with my Tengu’s Grace, namely in the creation of an entity protruding from the back that targets spiritual techniques and causes them to be placed on it instead. The secondary use of applying it to other techniques seems to be tacked on and doesn’t flow with the rest of the technique, which is creating an entity from your back as well as the limitations applying against techs moving at 3x speeds, which is definitely under 5% of techniques in the game. That is very few techniques.

(Dojutsu: Cundi) - Eye Technique: Goddess of Seventy Million Buddhas
Type: Offensive/Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: Short - Long
Chakra: 70
Damage: N/A
Description: Cundi or the Goddess of Seventy Million Buddhas is a Tendogan technique described as one of the techniques that exemplify the offensive capabilities of the Hyuga clan. At it's core Goddess of Seventy Million Buddhas is based on the general applications of Gentle Fist and Yin release, thus making Cundi one of the new Yin based Hyuga Clan techniques in existence. The user begins by infusing Cundi within one of their techniques upon creation, being activated within the sametime frame as it. Once the infused technique clashes with an opposing technique, Cundi is released and tethers on to the opponent's chakra similar to that of Hungry Ghost. Once tethered to the opponent, the spiritual entity known as Cundi takes its effect by eviscerating the tenketsu of the target with multiple Jyuken strikes. These strikes do not cause physical damage. Goddess of Seventy Million Buddhas takes advantage of the Tendogan's inherent ability that makes the effects of Jyuken on one's chakra system indefinite. Thus, the effects of Goddess of Seventy Million Buddhas is as follows: The target affected by Cundi will have the tenketsu destroyed causing a constant "leakage" of chakra. As a result, the affected entity will suffer a loss of 70 chakra per turn which lasts until their chakra system is repaired by advanced healing techniques such as Yang Healing or Advanced Medical Ninjutsu as an inherent trait of the Tendogan. This includes a loss of 70 chakra on formation of the tether/hit with Cundi. However, these effects do not come without drawbacks. Cundi places extensive strain on the caster, causing their Tendogan to forcibly deactivate once the technique expires. This drawback extends for another two turns, with the user being unable to activate Tendogan for that period. The user also becomes incapable of using Yin Release for the same duration.
Note: Cundi can be used twice per battle with a three turn cool down in between usages.
Note: Tendogan must be active.

(Hansha) - Reflect
Type: Offensive/Defensive/Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 40
Damage: Equal to original technique's base damage
Description: Hansha or Reflect is the first in the line of Jyuken Fuuinjutsu techniques based on the Eight Trigrams Revolving Heaven Technique. Like most rotation techniques, the user begins by expelling chakra from every tenketsu in their body causing a dome of chakra to be formed around themselves. However, unlike other forms of basic rotation, Reflect manifests itself with special properties akin to a fuuinjutsu barrier. This rotational barrier is comprised of transparent, glass-like, interlocking hexagonal shapes that appear to slowly rotate with the user as the epicenter. Unlike other Fuuinjutsu that work on chakra interactions, Reflect works based on the amount of force the rotational barrier stops. When an opposing technique is stopped by Reflect, the physical barrier the technique absorbs the kinetic energy and forced produced by the opposing technique. This force provided by the opposing technique is then converted into raw power in which Reflect releases as an omnidirectional explosion. The damage of the explosion is equivalent to the damage of the technique that Reflect halted. At it's base, Reflect is capable of defending against techniques with maximum of 80 damage. Reflect can be used up to three times per battle with a two turn cool down in between usages.

(Doujutsu: Kaen no Kōfuku: Farsight) - Eye Technique: Enshi
Rank: Forbidden
Type: Supplementary, Defensive, Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra Cost: 40 (70)
Damage points: N/A
Description: Farsight is a space/time Mangekyou Sharingan ability linked to both the users eyes. The user will focus on a single spot with his right eye, as he does that spot will glow as sparks spiral outwards tearing open a hole in space, creating a portal to the users own realm, the mirror realm. With this portal open, the user can focus to move the portal forwards of backwards, taking anything that it passes over into the mirror realm. While this spiralling energy tears open the hole in space, it's generally not harmful, but if something is caught in the portal when it's closing, it will cut into what ever is caught dealing 100 damage points to anything caught in a closing portal, as the doorway to the mirror dimension is severed. The portal forms as fast as amaterasu, the focus before the spark like energy spirals outwards. The portal can be up to 2m in diameter. Moving the portal can be done passively. The portals forming are silent. The user can make two linking portals, where he passes through the mirror realm to open up another with one use of this jutsu. He can make the two linking portals without having to pass through them.

The mirror realm is exactly as it states, it's a mirror image of the world we all all see. Just back to front, like looking at a reflection. If the user is fighting in a village, it will look exactly the same but a reflection of it it. If it's daytime in the real world it will be day time in the mirror realm. If it's raining in the real world it will also be raining in the mirror realm. Now what makes this truly unique is how the users left eye works.

The left eye is linked to the mirror realm itself, what ever the user can see in the mirror world he can bend and fold space within. The user can focus on a single or large point to bend the laws of physics itself. He can make concrete seem like a trampoline, he can make buildings bend without breaking, the very air solid like a pain of glass, similar as to how Yin Release: Change into Heaven can change the properties of an element, this power allows the user to change the properties of space in his own realm. From making glass seem like rubber, the air dense as stone to stop someone moving, folding the space in a certain area so the ground becomes the side like a wall, a building is now the roof and what was now right is down, the user can fold and bend space as much as they like. They can't remove gravity or, just bend the world around so the effects of gravity can cause them to fall where the ground is no longer below them. The user is unable to completely change an object, he can't turn stone to fire or solid to gas (or vice versa), but can change the texture and density and state of matter of anything physical he may see, stretching a 10x10 meter area. Solid rock can become as soft as dirt to break through, or glass can become as solid as steel, or even act like a trampoline, changing the physical structure of what he sees rather than converting it to something else.

Note: Can use these portal abilities a total of 8 times per battle with his EMS active and he can use the space warping ability of his left eye 6 times per battle.
Note: If an opponent with no means to return to the normal world is sent to the mirror realm, he cannot return unless the user brings him back, unless they have a method of travel through space/time.
Note: To perceive and have a chance to react to this technique, the targets need to have at least MS level of perceptions or be wielders of Space/Time techniques themselves.
Note: Must have EMS active
Note: Can only be used by The pervy Sage

New:

( Doujutsu: Susano'o ) - Eye Technique: Tempestuous God of Valor

This Susanoo takes the form of a Dragon Knight humanoid, with a helm resembling a dragon's head.

Standard:
In its initial form (requires EMS), the user's Susanoo has S-rank durability and for combat. It is armed with two hand and a half blades proportional to Susanoo itself.

Complete Body:
Two turns after it initially manifests, the user stabilises their chakra and hence induces their Susanoo to advance to its final form. In its final form, Susanoo acquires new traits, including dragon like wings for flight and ethereal plated armour like a knight of old with two horns formed form it's helm. Once stabilised, the Complete Body form can protect its user from all but the strongest of attacks (90 damage). And with regards to its offense, its weapons can inflict F-rank damage up to long-range no matter the weapon being used.

Note: Counts as a move each turn it is active; moreover, Tsukuyomi, Izanagi, and Izanami cannot be used.
Note: Susanoo is usable twice and lasts up to six turns, with a three-turn cooldown after EMS is reactivated.
