(Banbutsu No Koe) - Voice of All things
Type: Artifact
Rank: D rank
Range: Short
Chakra: N/A
Damage: N/A
Description: Voice of All things is an ancient artifact in the form of a bracelet. The artifact grants the user a means of understanding and communicating with beings/objects of any degree of sentience, opening up unique avenues of interaction and gaining information. The user would hear ‘whispers’ of said sentient ‘targets’ within short range, whereas direct contact with the ‘targets’ enables ‘voice’ - a mental link for communication, with the target in question having it’s own ‘independent’ mind. This can apply to objects/weapons such as Samehada, sentient techniques, and animals, with the ‘voice’ aspect only being applicable to one target at a single time.

Declined. This is too big of a gain for a D-rank artifact.

(Doragon Hime no Tamashii) Dragon Princess's Soul
Type:
Artifact
Rank: B rank
Range: Self
Chakra: N/A
Damage: N/A
Description: A relic that once belonged to a princess of the Hayabusa Clan – but was lost to time after her passing. It was given to her by her lover, another princess of another clan but due to their love being forbidden – it was considered accursed to own the relic. Taking the form of a necklace, it allows the wearer the ability to see and communicate with spirits. These spirits where once alive at one point in time, to which the user can obtain information from them though they cannot be used to gain information about another person’s bio unless they have revealed its use within the landmark and within the same arc. This is done by connecting the user’s spiritual energy to the pure lands, allowing them to “view” the spiritual beings. This, however, doesn’t allow them to see chakra based spiritual techniques from other shinobi. This siphon - 5 chakra from the user per turn.

Declined. The closest thing I could find to compare this to in artifact form is the (Chōten Zeitaku) – Apex Opulence, which in and of itself is a Forbidden ranked artifact. That doesn't even allow communication between a spirit/soul and the wielder it merely allows them to issue mental commands. That and the fact that this can be thought of as extremely close to the Katsuryoku clan and their abilities to perceive and interact with spirits/the Pure World these are the reasons I am declining this. When I say that I mean that it works on the exact principle their "special abilities" do in this case using the user's spiritual energy to perceive something from the Pure World and communicating with it gathering information from it.

A-rank Artifact awarded: https://animebase.me/threads/storyboard-mission-submission.756508/page-32#post-21990176

[Augusuto~Usushiza no Bana] Banner of Augustus Ceasar
Type:
Artifact
Rank: A
Range: Short – Long [Affecting Landmark]
Chakra: N/A
Damage: N/A
Description: The Banner is a revered artifact from ancient times, from an empire that stretched from the Hanguri Gulf to the Aisu Bay and to the Haran Bay, an empire that spanned a fifth of the known world. It is a relic from the Legio IV Flavia Felix and has been told to have remarkable effects on the ones under its banners.

The Banner grants those that follow it [Can be affiliated with a Warring State Clan and/or a Custom Clan], with vitality and strength, as the Banner inhibits an old and powerful magic [Yang Chakra]. It distributes this energy between the ones who have sworn fealty to the banner and its clan. This causes followers to be granted with an increase in vitality, allowing them to heal minor injuries over time, such as cuts, burns, internal damage etc. However, the banner does not affect severed limbs, beheading and other major injuries [Healing 30 per post/turn in a fight].

The Banner also steels the minds of the followers, boosting their moral, willpower and strengthens the bonds between comrades. This translates to them being more resistant towards fear inducing techniques, illusions and mind controlling effects, such as but not limited to Yamanaka, Illusions and killing intent [+1 Rank to those who follow it]. All due to them being inspired by seeing the banner on the field.

Note:
  • Both abilities are passive, and constantly active in the landmark in which the banner is located.
  • It only affects members of a clan or warring states clanmen who are in the same landmark.
Declined. Too far-reaching for an artifact.
1. I'll allow the banner to do "two" things for a limited period of time. Three days at most before being consumed.
2. Permanent increases to LM defenses would need to be war prizes. They won't be approved as custom artifacts
2. The healing needs to be reduced significantly, being ten healed maximum per turn
3. Change the second one, it doesn't fit. You can replace it but it has the same three-day restriction as the other

An example of a canon artifact for reference:

(Hyōjun Kaminari-Sen Ichizoku) – Clansman’s Blitzkrieg Standard
Type: Artifact
Rank: B
Range: Short – Long
Chakra: N/A
Damage: N/A (+10)
Description: The Clansman’s Battle Standard is a flag or banner attached to a staff or pole and placed somewhere in a landmark. It serves as a rallying banner to all those in the vicinity of it, inspiring them and augmenting their will to claim victory for their clan or group. The Freehold of Hanguri carried numerous standards in their armies during campaigns to inspire their troops, a tradition that still remains today long after the Freehold’s collapse. By planting this standard in a landmark, one can augment all their clan’s members damage by 10. This only applies to those of the same clan, not allies of a clan. This standard can only be used once and lasts for three days after it was placed in a landmark, after which it will expire and become useless

New idea:

(Narihibiku Mono, Jarahorun) Gjallarhorn, The Resounding Horn
Type:
Artifact
Rank: A
Range: N/A
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage: N/A
Description: The Gjallarhorn was carried by Heimdall the guardian of Asgard. It was used by Heimdall once to warn the others of Asgard that their inevitable demise was happening. This horn allows the one who wields it to call for aid or warn their clansmen, no matter the distance. When the wielder blows the horn, it will have a resounding and almost divine sound to it, which will travel across the land to all the clansmen, allowing them to know the exact location of the one who blew the horn and know that they are either calling for aid or is sending them a warning of an inbound enemy, this through two different sounds depending on the situation. When the horn is blown, it also creates a deafening sound that attacks anyone within mid-range of the wielder, while creating a shockwave, that pushes anyone and anything back into long-range from the wielder, with raw force, similar to the Leaf Dragon God technique.
Note:
  • The horn is bound to the clan that the wielder is bound to.
  • The horn warns or calls for aid over any distance to the other clansmen.
  • The damage value of the shockwave and deafening effect is that of an A-rank one.
Declined.

1. This needs a usage limit for both abilities.
2. The second variation will be weak to elemental techniques since it's not molded air currents like "Leaf Dragon God."
3. As a suggestion, I'd make it so only those related to your clan are able to hear the horn and not everyone.

Damage: N/A ( 60 )
Description:
The Gjallarhorn was carried by Heimdall the guardian of Asgard. It was used by Heimdall once to warn the others of Asgard that their inevitable demise was happening. This horn allows the one who wields it to call for aid or warn their clansmen, no matter the distance. These two separate sounds can only be heard by those the user deems worthy.

When the horn is blown, it can instead create a deafening, to the point someone will have ringing in their ear or deafness for a single turn, shockwave that attacks anyone within short-range of the wielder, while creating a shockwave, that pushes anyone and anything back into long-range from the wielder, with raw force, similar to the Leaf Dragon God technique. The shockwave is emitted from the horn itself and follows the strength and weaknesses of a raw chakra based technique.

Note:

  • The horn warns or calls for aid over any distance to the other clansmen.
  • The damage value of the shockwave and deafening effect is that of an A-rank one.
  • The horn can be used to passively call for aid/send a warning once per arc
  • The horn can be activated to create a shockwave once per arc
Approved. Check the edits.

I removed the bit about it being bound to a clan, which makes it impossible to steal. Reduced it in general.

(Arusu Sagittandi) Ars Sagittandi
Type:
Artifact
Rank: B rank
Range: Self
Chakra: N/A
Damage: N/A
Description: An ancient relic that was said to once belong to a deity of the past. A golden ring is worn upon the dominant ring finger of the user. At its core, the ring seems like an ordinary ring but on it are inscriptions. These inscriptions, when chakra has flowed into the ring will glow lightly. This causes a light surge of chakra to be released from within it and into an arrow the user is utilizing. This causes empowerment to any archery/arrow based techniques used by the user to gain a +1 rank increase in damage or +20 increase if S Rank and above. The power is passive, not costing a move to utilize though can only be used four times per arc, before needing to recharge. The charges of the ring return at the start of the new arc. The effect remains active for three turns, however, before going on a cooldown of two turns.

Declined. Old Akatsuki-like Artifacts are a no from me for submissions. This isn't the place to make convenient custom weapons.

it. The stone has a naturally occurring hole through the center, some in various sizes yet all believed to have formed over years sitting at the bottom of rivers and lakes. Though these stones have many tales tethered to their existence that all vary depending on the part of the world, an Adder Stone is known to have an unusual natural capacity to retain Chakra that is directed into it. Though it cannot forcefully absorb Chakra, a user may pour either their own Chakra or the Chakra of another into the stone to be stored until arc reset, or otherwise expunged or replaced. While the stone is charged with Chakra, it masks the presence of the stored Chakra through the natural minerals that it is made of, preventing the Chakra from being sensed by all sensory methods except Dōjutsu. The exception to this being the user themselves, or whomever has stored their Chakra within the stone is capable of sensing the Chakra, allowing them to detect the pendant so long as they are within the same landmark as it, or up to mid-range. Once the stone is charged with Chakra and so long as the user is within the designated range, the user is capable of performing a single hand seal that pulls them to the location of the pendant utilizing the stored Chakra as an anchor point, functioning quite similarly to that of a reverse summoning technique. This can only be done ( 1 ) time per arc, or a second time in the same arc but will result in breaking the artifact permanently.
Note:
- The tracking of the pendant does not allow you to know the conditions of the pendant (ie. in water, under ground, in the air, etc), only to know where it is located.
- The pendant cannot hold more than ( 1 ) chakra from any given source.
- Visual of the stone is not required to be relocated to the stone's location.
- If the stone is confined in a space where the user could not manifest unhindered (in a small box for example) then the user will simply not be capable of relocating this way until it is more open.

Changelog:
  • Modified artifact rank from C to B-rank to give it a little more reasonable room for it's utilities.
  • Modified the specified time that chakra is stored from "indefinitely" to "until arc reset" to meet guidelines.
  • Modified the specified range from "( 1 ) landmark away" to "within the same landmark" to be more reasonable for it's rank.
  • Clarified a detail in what all can specifically sense the stored chakra, adding Dōjutsu as the exception.
  • Added a functionality trait with respective limitations and drawbacks that lets users pull themselves to the location of the stone, giving it more clear and intended versatility as an artifact.
Declined. Rereading this, honestly, just drop the storing chakra bit, it makes it too complicated. The easiest way would be to just make it an object that gives off a chakra signature that you can sense. Up to 1LM away is fine for a B-rank. It reverse summoning you is too much to be approved. After simplifying it's mechanics it should be an approval.

Though these stones have many tales tethered to their existence that all vary depending on the part of the world relating to their value and what they can do, an Adder Stone most simply has the capacity to give off a unique Chakra signature to the individual stone that can be learned and sensed by the user as well potentially any others who become familiar with it, up to ( 1 ) landmark away. This prevents each adder stone from being sensed at once by those searching for one in particular, making it easier for one to pick out which is theirs. Respectively, this also means that not just anyone can recognize the Adder Stones signature without first familiarizing themselves to it, making the owner of each stone uniquely the one capable of tracking the pendant by it's specific signature others can sense them, but not distinguish them as more than a small chakra signature. With this, the Adder Stone is frequently used as a "beacon" of sorts that the owner and those who know the signature of the stone can use to find a specific place or person, relative to wherever the stone is located.
Note:
- The tracking of the pendant does not allow you to know the conditions of the pendant (ie. in water, underground, in the air, etc), only to know where it is located.

Changelog:
  • Removed and rewrote the general functionality of the artifact to fit recommendations given in the last re-submission.
  • Changed the range from "within same landmark" to "Up to ( 1 ) landmark away" to fit rank.
  • Removed any Chakra cost to the stone since the original mechanics are no longer apart of it.
  • Updated range to "N/A" since the range of the item is specified in the description itself. (Also not sure what 1LM is relative to short, mid, long ranges).
