No, the only way to remove the curse mark is by killing orochimaru, or killing the person with the mark.

The curse mark adds yin chakra to whomever it's attached to.
The curse mark itself is a seal. You can't really seal a seal into something else.

Yes, but this seal creates more chakra, and that chakra can break the seal. That's why Kakashi's seal on Sasuke's mark isn't perfect.
