I would notice the fireball because of senses, and updated senses (Smell)

so I'd be thinking you'd just be standing, but you would sidestep, but I wouldn't know, so I am safe as I travel to your presumed position, but by the time I'm there, you'd be in the air, so I'm below you then I smell you proberly landing next to me so I then take out my kunai and slash at you, (head mostly and shoulders) finishing by cutting your head off

-If you look my move closely, I say sidestep, and then jump in the air. Therefore, I see over the fire, plus, I'm looking at it from a different angle, since I sidesteped.
-You never posted WHEN you used your jutsu. Therefore, that's a mistake. Since you didn't say it, I can say you did this way before the fire engulfed you, therefore, I still saw you clearly. That's a mistake, and only with that I already win.

The fire is large, I use it as it comes, closely, and it is still a big fire, and so you'd never see me. This:

I doubt that even if you sidestep you actually would see him going under as it is a huge fireball. And when you jump into the air, against the time you would be high enough to see him, the fire should already have hit the target and spread out.
So I doubt Nadare was able to see Zetsu, however Zetsu you suffocated yourself to death -_-'
Double Suicide Decapitation is a one turn jutsu, if you don't pull him other when you use it, you go out of the ground automatically as you would suffocate yourself to death as there is barely any air underground and you used the jutsu while Nadare was still on the ground just before he jumped. Don't forget that you will need to dig yourself to his spot, which is around medium-range. But as he was in the air at that time, there was no one so your jutsu ended there.
And even if you would be able to stay underground and wait for him, he only stood on the ground for a couple of seconds to throw the shuriken and then jumped on his sword which makes it impossible to pull him under (you need to pull his ankles).
Unless you knew where he would exactly land, but even if your smell has increased I doubt you will be able to locate him while his in midair by his scent. Scent is carried by air and wind, which you don't have underground. Scent doesn't break through solid objects.

Then you should have specified it that you were out of the ground or do you really think he wouldn't have noticed it that you appeared right below him
. It's probably even possible he could have seen you just before he would have used his Wind Bullet (time frame) and could have aimed it right below himself to you.Man, I'm sannin, you a s-jounin. If we watch this rules, you ain't no match for me in speed. Plus, I'm master of silaat, therefore my speed is even increased.
