*I throw a kunai at you with an exploding note. I then sidestep almost in the same moment, and use*
Fuuton: Renkuudan (Wind Style: Drilling Wind Bullet)
*To send a huge bullet of wind towards you. I then jump in the air, and throw 3 shuriken at you, one at your left side, one on your right side, and one towards you. The ones going at your sides, stab in the ground. I pull the wires that were attached to them, therefore I pull myself towards you. As I am flying towards you, I use*
(Raiton: Raikiri) - Lightning Release: Lightning Blade
*To charge you with Raikiri. I stab you through the chest. I then backflip, and swing my sword, therefore cutting you in half. You have little time to react against Raikiri, since I'm going towards you really fast. Even a sharingan user would have problems avoiding it. Plus, my movements with the sword are to complex for you to read, therefore you aren't able to avoid my sword*

When you throw the explosive note I dodge it by jumping left and defend my self from the bullet with:

You made something like 4 mistakes;
1.) You cannot just sidestep the kunai. And you would get killed by the explosion, if you read closely. The kunai had a exp. note attached to it.
2.) You genjutsu, is short range. When you did it, I was at mid-long range, since I was in the air. I guess you didn't read well, but nvm. This is mistake No.2.
3.) My Raikiri isn't coming with the surikens. Read closely. I shoot myself towards you with the use of wires attached to the suriken. Therefore I am flying towards you high speed, with the Raikiri in my hand (have you ever seen raikiri used in the anime?). You cannot just move away from this too. I'm going to fast.

1. Grim has prove that short range genjutsu can be used mid range.
2. Hidan bio cant die from puny explsion so I can sidestep without dying ( he did so in anime ).
3. Even though you aren't coming with raikiri at the same time with shuriken how will that change my or your move?

1: You indeed need to block the kunai somehow, just saying that you dodge it is against the rules. And even if step aside the explosion is strong enough to hurt you, though killing goes a bit far. Hidan is immortal, but the still feels pain, there's no way he's not going just ignore such a wound which can actually make his leg malfunction.
2: Myartisblast is right about the genjutsu, which has been proven by Grimm. Genjutsu can be cased from mid-range, the short means that you need to be close to actually hurt the person. Nonetheless it's impossible for him to cast a genjtusu upon you unless he would have got the Sharingan as you are in midair, which means you're a moving object. To cast a genjutsu you need to look the person straight into the eyes and focus, how are you going to do that with a moving person
My opinion, though you need conformation of an RP-mod or some sensei's.

your move has flaws
-well for weapons like kunai's, u can say you side stepped, but i have to agree that your injured cause of it
-As for the genjutsu, a genjutsu requires the user to make contact with any of the targets senses (mostly eyes), then manipulate the targets minds chakra to make him see illusions, well generally its really difficult to do that, but even though you dont just disappear in sakura petals, thats just a mere illusion, you still have to avoid the attack(originally this technique is meant to help during a attack not to avoid it)

Myartisablast, as you can see, we have agreed that your move isn't right. It's true, that a blast of a kunai wouldn't kill you, but you didn't do anything to avoid the raikiri which would kill you. I win.
