second you are using the anbu way of PREFORMING the jutsu the affects are the same meaning he can escape by inflicting pain and it isn't a one hit ko

here's a mission have an actual fight where you don't use moves that will instantly cause arguing

All he has to do is bite his upper lip to stop the technique which is barely a "do over" though u can always decide to be a cheap ass and tell him u won't let him do that much (thouh I don't blame u b/c when it comes down to it u probably can't beat him)

nope. he lets him redo and its an entire new arguement ten posts later.
this is over. he never inflicted pain upon himself and bullets are metal so they would conduct his electricity and pierce him. shocking and killing him. Close this thread, Winner iseris is my vote.

also being that he cane think (if he can bite he can think) he should be able to focus chakra but it really all comes down to iseris

no where in eddy's post did he say he bit his lip, and most importantly the jutsu's description says he cant move so biting his lip is out of the question.

I'm no big RP-er but has anyone thought about this? The anbu used the tech from afar on 3 tigers, 3 chakra less, predator animals.
Anbu Itachi is a Kage, theres no way it would have the same effect on him as the animals. If you used it from a range, it would merely stop him for a second.
If you maybe touched his head with an index finger filled with chakra, I might have paralyzed him, but from afar, it's pretty much useless against a Kage.
Just my opinion, please wait for a RP-mod to reply to this thread and get this argument over.
