anbu itachi told me to post mah opinion on all this

first he is kinda right it requires you to look into his eyes (grimm and SY told me that)

second although it interferes with his nervous system he can still emit chakra so his lightning armor would happen which would destroy your bullets easily and it would probably break your jutsu (second level curse seal was able to move slightly while under shadow binding)

so he takes no damage from your bullets that is absolute and in my opinion he is free of the jutsu if you will insist that you used the jutsu correctly

and then tell me how the hell he can manipulate chakra if his nervous system as a whole is temporarily not responding. (its kinda hard to emit chakra if u cant think )

shadow binding physically restricts the body and does absolutely nothing to the nervous system u just wasted time by typing that. this attack works like a genjutsu in the sense that most illusions attack the nervous system and control the brains synapses.

the fight tsunade had with kabuto, she reversed control of his nervous system, not paralyzed it. Invalid argument. So technically he could still build chakra. But here he halts the nervous system. meaning no control whats so ever.

plus hyuuga have AMAZING chakra control so even if it would affect his chakra system a little he would still probably be able to use his lightning armor

not to mention, when anko used the same jutsu in the forest of death against the tigers she used it on multiple tigers, meaning she couldnt look into all of their eyes nor touch all of them at the same time. So i believe his usage was correct. They couldnt move.

it doesnt make a difference how great your chakra control is if you cant think. The nervous system includes the brain. So his control of it would be halted all together. The brain controls all thought processes. So there really isnt a way for him to respond. Chakra control needs thought. Thought needs Brain. Brain part of nervous system. Nervous system paralized. No jutsu for him.

it shows that she had alot of precision. Not that she is the only one that can do it. This is not a kg. Any ninja with precise control can do this.

They are mid range and iseris cant teleport.

And anko did it. Explain how she did it with no touch or looking into the eyes.

only fuka can use it form afar so the only way you can do it is by contact

Doesn't say she is the only one.
Gives her a metaphorical special reason. Any hyuga can do the same. Any character with great control(haku, hinata, sasori, tsunade, etc) can do this.
So please stop saying only fuka can do it. She is not the only one. It is not a kg.
And if she can do it from afar then i believe he can.
