Tobi's bijuu are his Edo's also, so he could probably regain control over them, if we're presuming he couldn't then Edo Madara, Edo Nagato, Edo Itachi, Edo Kages would be more than enough to destroy the Bijuu paths and also Tobi, and for those saying Tobi would warp behind him and genjutsu / snap his neck, have you not read the latest chapter? He knows to avoid genjutsu, and also has shown fast enough reactions to dodge a Susanoo arrow, which is more than enough to dodge any attack from Tobi, not to mention "snapping his neck" like someone said is a physical attack so say hello to water / body jutsu
