1) KCM does NOT give Naruto better reaction time but just flash foot speed.
2) KCM give only negative emotions sensing but sage mode give unprepalled chakra sensing ability.
3) Naruto doesnt need to know when obito uses kamui just use very fast attack with increased range which obito wont see.
4) Even although Obito can read Naruto movement he wont see what hit him if naruto attack was enhanced with nature energy.
