Gai's speed wouldn't be 10% of light because that's not required, or proven to be required to distort space/time to such extent. Also, people saying he moved at relativistic speed and is therefore 10% is ludicrous because relativistic speed has no digit and the 10% was not official, just a random guess by scientists as said multiple times. But seems, Benjamin King disagrees and goes by his own theory.
