The only problem is can the Juubi actually die? That thing tanked it's own Bijuu Dama from the inside and was perfectly fine. Even though it can't really die Sasuke Throws it around like a Rag-Doll.

Sasuke beats the crap out of Juubi and then when it has been beaten enough, Sasuke uses a CT to seal it. he made a CT for each Bijuu, so he can put the power he used on those 9 to create one, and unless the Juubi is 9 times bigger than the regular Bijuu, it's getting sealed.

jiubi is much bigger than x9 one biju
also even if sasuke was able to put him in a giant CT, jiubi can just use his country sized kirin to destroy it
