Can't Sasuke just seal it in a big CT and steal his chakra? Or if he possesses the chakra from the bijuus maybe he can extract them from it and turn it into a Gedo.

Potentially, yes. But I don't believe human path would extract the Juubi nor do I believe anyone bar Hagromo can make a CT as large as the moon, though I may be wrong.

He has no way to damage the Juubi to begin with, let alone kill it. The Juubi was tanking its V2 TBB, and that's how how powerful it is:

No idea. So that's the only issue, but I can't imagine him losing this battle, but on paper he can't win.

Though Sasuke implied that he can kill the Juubi, so maybe it can die?
