You forget that Gai needed Minato, Gaara, and Kakashi in order to get passed Madara's Goudodama. Not to mention that Madara didn't attack at all, all he did was defend(with minimal effort). Gai still lost.

Sasuke would win high diff. He has a PS which might be able to block Gai's attack. The PS(in general) was already shown to be durable enough to withstand a TBB.

I don't think Gai's attack is as strong as that.

Of course Gais attack is at least strong as TBB if not stronger.

Gudou Dama can withstand 4 Juubi TBB.

Minato, Gaara, and Kakashi created a hole in the Godoudama sphere which let Gai hit Madara. That broke his concentration and enabled Gai to hit Madara through it.

Simply touching the Godoudama disintegrates you. Hiruzen even said it was like Jinton but even more advanced.

Genjutsu wont work on a 8th Gate user since they are pumping up chakra at sky rocket level nonstop. Its difficult to tell but Sasuke probably wins this. So far he showed great ability to counter opponents who possess high speed. It could go either way. Really difficult match up.
