If sasuke doesn't manage to hit guy with his genjutsu he is a dead man. Sasuke lacks madara's durability and healing factor a single attack from guy will rip him apart. Just like gohan did to the cell jrs.

You forget that Gai needed Minato, Gaara, and Kakashi in order to get passed Madara's Goudodama. Not to mention that Madara didn't attack at all, all he did was defend(with minimal effort). Gai still lost.

Sasuke would win high diff. He has a PS which might be able to block Gai's attack. The PS(in general) was already shown to be durable enough to withstand a TBB.

I don't think Gai's attack is as strong as that.

It's hard to tell. Depends how long Sasuke can stall by teleporting himself. I don't know how much his perfect sasuno could block Gai. High difficulty for whichever one comes out on top.

Chibaku Tensei alone would do the trick. Gai has no way to escape the gravitational pull or any means to destroy the core.

I believe the extreme Chakra release under 8gates will prevent "Solo Glance"
