Sasuke should win. As strong of a defense the 3rd raikage has it doesn't seem like he has a defense against genjutsu and i doubt he can tank amaterasu.

A very very easy win for Sasuke. He is the main character after Naruto, u are dumb enough to think he cannot beat the 3rd raikage??!

He wud crush this ape easily, if he knows him weakness. He cud genjutsu and seal him or amatarasu him, the flames never burn. He wud get crushed whether he knows a secret or not!

Honestly Current Sasuke is suppose to be naruto's equal and a clone of naruto's beat the third, so by hype its Sasuke with low difficulty.

By feats, its a double K.O. If rasenshuriken can't kill the raikage despite being his elemental weakness, amaterasu will be the only thing to stop him. And raikage's defenses are so powerful that he could probably withstand it for more than an hour, enough time for him to wear out sasuke or outright break his susanoo with his "strongest spear."
