Sure Sakura has the speed to dodge the rasenshuriken if she just stays at long range and tries to dodge them, but thatʻs not happening since Sakura has literally no long range game. She has to get close to SM Naruto in order to deal damage to him, and when she does she gets the sandaime raikage treatment except its a FRS instead of a rasengan, or sheʻs forced to deal with clones allowing the original to land the FRS at close/mid range on her.

Even punching the ground is gg for her since she canʻt see with dust and smoke all over the place while Naruto can fight while blind, so he lands a FRS on her after.

Sakura is not surviving a rasenshuriken since the rasenshuriken vaporizes her and byakugou canʻt heal you if your body no longer exists. Even if Sakura had durability on the level of Sandaime raikage, sheʻd still get oneshot by a rasenshuriken as she doesnʻt have sandaimeʻs raiton no yoroi to boost her defenses and her chakra network would be destroyed resulting in her not being able to do anything just like kakuzu.

The punch was from the Chakra from the seal the more Chakra is focused the stronger the strike seeing she released the seal worth 3 Years if Chakra.Ninja's do not Amplify there speed with chakra by default very wrong.
Sakura in the Chunin exam was able to blitz Ino who was 2.5 ahead of her in the speed department.
By the time he sends a clone to fight her(Close-Range) she wouldn't even need a direct hit to kill him seeing he would get caught up in the radius of the punch.
