The punch wasnʻt JUST from chakra in the seal, itʻs from her downward momentum from her jump. Based on what can sakura focus more chakra into her punch than what weʻve seen in the manga?

Ninja's do not Amplify there speed with chakra by default very wrong.
Sakura in the Chunin exam was able to blitz Ino who was 2.5 ahead of her in the speed department.

Sakura didnʻt even know how to walk on water at the time of the chuunin exams. Ninjas in part 2 by default amplify their speed with chakra since they are all at the level of adept chakra control in order to enhance their physical abilities. If Sakura could amplify her speed with chakra way back chapter 80 ish, then sheʻs obviously always amplifying her speed with chakra now considering how much more adept she is with chakra. Therefore sakuraʻs greatest speed feat is sakuraʻs greatest speed, and she doesnʻt blitz naruto with it unless you believe that sheʻs far faster than V1 Ei or sandaime raikage.

By the time he sends a clone to fight her(Close-Range) she wouldn't even need a direct hit to kill him seeing he would get caught up in the radius of the punch.

yet she canʻt do that if she has to jump first. And then she destroys the clone with the shockwave, blinds herself with the dust cloud and gets ended by a FRS from the real naruto.

What momentum are you talking about? Sakura is using only chakra and not her muscles when she is punching, therefore there was no momentum and the gravity wasn't helping her much either. She could do that shannaro punch even without jumping first.

No need to quote me when your defending your point with no scans of Sakura dodging something as fast as RS. Your best bet is using the cabbage's chakra arm thing, but Sakura still didn't dodge it. Although she did react to it, despite its distance to her.

Dust cloud will not affect Narutoʻs accuracy since he can fight in the dark, it will however affect sakuraʻs ability to dodge since she herself will be blinded by her own attack.

sakura was never blinded by the dust of her attack .
that assumption is too farfetched .

not only that, but sakura had to jump into the sky in order to build up momentum to do that giant fist explosion, Naruto lands a rasenshuriken on her before she even hits the ground. Or his clones land an oodama/chou oodama rasengan on her.

sakura jumped because she wanted to be in the lead infront of her teammates hence the "watch my back speech"
She can make the same damage without jumping because her tech work by focusing chakra on her hand not the force of the punch .

Naruto also jump when he used FRS ,but you don't see anyone using that argument .
