That isn't a threat. One punch destroys the all.
Even if they are airborne, the force alone with disorientate sasori.

Yeah force and such can play a role in this, but The puppets get stronger the more they lose and if Sakura destroys rapid numbers in a single occasion she wouldn't be able to adapt to their sudden increase in powers. Other than that Sakura can tank/dodge any other attack thrown at her. Just pointing out that the 100 Puppets are the problem, i am agreeing with Sakura's Victory.

Yeah, but I said that to say, sasori would lose control, and her chakra connection would be severed and after that it's pretty much over.

Edit: Doesn't matter too much really, in most cases Sasori comfortably wins. Sakura needed Chiyo's help to avoid Sasori's attacks.

multiple times. Chiyo also said that Sakura "starts to see through his attacks", so she still couldn't really dodge them. Unless the location has some random rocks in it Sakura gets

. Finally 100 puppets destroy Sakura, without Chiyo's help who distracted the puppets so she could give Sakura an opening to attack Sasori.

If Sasori tries charging in at her she could easily melt his puppet based body with Lady Katsuyu or grab the rope attached to his back Real him in a strike his core.
Poison isn't a factor since Sakura has Intel on the posoin from her last fight with him.And the Poison takes 3 days to actually kill the foe.
Fire Blaster's are useless seeing Byakugo tanked Yasaka Magatama up close.
Poison clouds are dispersed by paper bomb's seeing early Pt2 Sakura tanked it with her limbs intact imagine how easily she could tank it with Byakugo speeding her cell reproduction.
Katsuyu's acid could easily force Sasori into defensive along with Sakura he'll be overwhelmed to the point where he'll get killed eventually.

If Sakura tries punching the ground she gets blitzed by the puppets while she is in the air. Sakura can't evade the iron sand, and the poison will paralyze her body. Sakura isn't winning here.
