Edit: Doesn't matter too much really, in most cases Sasori comfortably wins. Sakura needed Chiyo's help to avoid Sasori's attacks.

When she fought against Sasori, Chiyo

Sakura as a medic has an evasive skill, but even after Sakura saw through Sasori attcks, she got - although not pierced, she still got

multiple times. Chiyo also said that Sakura "starts to see through his attacks", so she still couldn't really dodge them. Unless the location has some random rocks in it Sakura gets

. Finally 100 puppets destroy Sakura, without Chiyo's help who distracted the puppets so she could give Sakura an opening to attack Sasori.

It's in the same location as before, in that cave.
