The fighting style of tsunade part 1 and sakura war arc are not that different, while the speed of part 1 kakashi increased immense during the time.

he will be able to dodge every punch of sakura with ease, they are so slow and predictable even for a non sharingan user.
Kakashis movements would be still the same, his taijutsu without sharingan is the same as before, just without predicting the moves of the opponent better, this advantage is gone, but not that bad, now he has more chakra to do clones.

And now tell me how sakura wins a close combat fight against a lightning clone ? the clone would let him lunch than sakura gets paralyzed and killed with raiden.

I hope you're not saying Sakura's body can't get cut in half by Kakashi's raiton. Regardless Sakura isn't going to just stand there and get cut in half she'll react to any attempt at decapitation because decapitation is much harder than landing a hit and without sharingan it is even harder. Not to mention Sakura's AoE has greater range than kakashi's "long ranged" jutsus.

If Sakura does get paralysed by a raiton clone or Raikiri wolf, Kakashi can finish her off but then again punching the ground prevents that from happening so I say this fight is in Sakura's favour but she doesn't have knowledge on raiton clones. Probably Sakura mid-high difficulty.
