Ms kakashi was drained by MS very hard and normal sharingan constantly a bit, with out to he has much more chakra for ninjutsus on high level.
his speed is the same as before, he now can't read better through movements, but in taijutsu he is still better than sakura ( part 1 kabuto was able to avoid all attacks of tsunade=Sakura, part 1 kakashi matched part 1 kabuto one eyed in taijutsu

ofc, this is war arc sharingan less kakahsi, he should have more chakra than ever it would be enough for an opponent like sakura
he will shit on sakura in close combat, he trained years with guy and his speed is comparable to v2 gins and 6 gate guy ( sharingan has nothing to do with speed and taijutsu only with seeing through movements better)
sakuras punches are like tsunades, slow and avoidable
