If Madara knew the technique and still was kinda surprised I feel Sasuke could definitely be caught off guard in the same way. He wins mostly though, but that scenario is most definitely possible. How is it unpredictable?. it's a straight forward punch the Sharingan will easily see the movements. It's an unexpected attack but it's far from unpredictable

Again simply because sasuke doesn't expect it doesn't mean the sharingan won't pick up on it and the moment he does he can quite easily slice her in two since the sword would already be enhanced with raiton or simply catch her in Genjutsu (similar to what Shisui did to danzo in the anime).

Sasuke can see her gathering chakra on her fist and her overall chakra flow, not to mention predict her movement ... No way Sasuke is going to think Sakura is dead or paralyzed unless she really is.

Sakura's only chance is to actually depend on her AOE damage and pray Sasuke gets knocked out.

what? 3 pages? what bullshit is this? sasuke fodderizes that girl. his speed is far too great for her, she couldnt canonically follow him with her eyes, sasuke speedblizes, simple as that. chidori senbon, or he uses his chidori katana which would numb her and sasuke proceeds to rape. theres genjutsu he can use to stun her and then follow it up with a chidori to the heart. sakuras slow ass punches aint touching sasuke, hes way too fast for her. manda deals with katsuyu not that he even needs it btw
