Sharingan will allow him to see the chakra being stored in her fist as well as precog. He's too fast for the girl unlike Madara who stood there Sasuke would use his shunshin and continuously rack up damage since Sakura can't keep up with his speed in canon.

Sakura's Fighting style is linear and predictable, even Bee's kenjutsu can be predicted by the Sharingan but his unorthodox swordplay leaves no room for counter.
