She can't dodge Sasori's attack without Chiyo's pulling her strings and controlling her movements. One hit and poison kills her. Antidote was pure plot and Sasori got enough hits to to kill her, Chiyo saved her with her revival jutsu. Sasori can survive multiple punches due to changing bodies. I really dislike when people underrate Sasori for his fight against Sakura. His death was pure plot progression.
