Current Sakura can easily beat Sasori and Kisame

Sakura does not stand a chance against Sasori or Kisame alone.
Against Sasori, Chiyo was guiding Sakura on how to battle Sasori otherwise she would have been dead long ago.
Against Kisame, she will lose too.

She would be able to defeat Sasori, Chiyo said that Sakura can perfectly dodge herself without Chiyo's help. Sakura's punch power rating would 4.5/5 now, her speed is rated 3/5(now probably faster with seal) and with her intelligence she really can defeat Sasori. With Kisame on the other hand she would need some help, but if she was alone it would be a hard fight for her, I mean Kisame was able to take down 4 tails.

Chiyo never said Sakura could dodge all of Sasori's attacks, because during that fight Sakura wasn't able to avoid all of Sasori's attacks. Sasori has over 90 more puppets he didn't even show. He could just stay away from her spaming massive aoe jutsus, and Sakura would never reach him. She stands no chance against these two or any Kage level ninja.

Sakura was able to kill KAGE that Sasori had, without Chiyo's help, and now her one punch would be equal to destroying half of his puppets at once, same that happened to Juubi's clones or whatever those things are. She would wait until Sasori's scrolls that he uses disappears(water/fire) attacks and then she could get close to him, when Sakura fights she doesn't only use her punches, intelligence is great advantage.

Given Sakura 's new powerup it's safe to say that if she was to have a rematch against Sasori all by herself Sasori would easily be defeated, Sakura also has a good chance to defeat other Akatsuki members like Kisame.

She only beat Sasori before through plot. Sasori wanted to die in the embrace of his parent puppets. That was it.

There is absolutely no way she can beat Kisame! He is the strongest non-dojutsu user in the Akatsuki!
