Does it honestly require one? Kid Goku took on King Piccolo, who was tremendously superior to Roshi at full power. And a full power Roshi blew up the moon.

Kid Goku at the very start who was living in the mountains would lose, but if it was Kid Goku that got done training with Roshi or beyond, then Naruto gets fodderized.

If we're talking from the original Dragonball, there's a slight chance that Naruto could beat him with Bijuu Mode, but most likely Goku would still kick his ass.

But i don't think Kid Goku could beat everything in the Narutoverse. Juubi and Rikodou should stand a fair chance against him
