Madara at the moment is down to 1 black ball (courtesy of minato) and is missing piece of both the one and eight tails. On top of that he didn't even get a chance to stand up fully after getting hit and blown apart by night guy. So it's safe to say the maddy that guarded naruto's blitz is weaker than the maddy minato and co fought.
Minato had kcm active, not bm and didn't protect himself since he was an Edo. He like tobirama and the other kages tried to use the regeneration advantage not knowing they wouldn't regen. Bm minato and naruto BODIED juubito.
As for madara, he had one arm and lost kurama.

Minato uses rds to yank out either his soul or the pieces of the beasts. Then redo's the seal on the half of kurama closing him off completely. Hiruzen can do this three times via his clones. Minato can do the same.
