Current Naruto wins. Naruto's got speed comparable to Rikkudo Madara, and his punch is not that far off from Hirudora considering he was keeping Madara at bay. On top of that, he has powerful ninjutsu.

If you check the spoilers again madara think it's because he is not yet recovered but later said it's naruto's power that's increasing. He should be on the same ball park as current madara in cqc. I don't know about this match though maybe after 2maos chapter
