As it was stated, Naruto is ADEPT in chakra control. Sakura and Tsunade one the other hand have perfect chakra control.

this , lool... and plus... sakura was known , that he could trace a genjutsu and that she has amazing chakra control , don't compare a person that just understood how to control all his chakra , just in the war with a person that just been doing that since part 1 ... that's the same as saying... Neymar > Messi. or Neymar > Cristiano Ronaldo.
do you see what i'm trying to tell you? Naruto is "fodder" (with all the letters) compared to Sakura , when it comes to chakra control.

Not only can Naruto channel and control more chakra then anyone at any given time.
He can fine tune it and change its attributes to suit the each individual person with just a simple tap to the person.
Not only does Kurama note on the fact he surpasses anyone in controlling shear amounts even sasuke could not at first believe naruto was doing this.
Kurama also notes how unique it is.
Plus,naruto can channel his psychical and spiritual energy and combine it with a precise ratio.
This is not even chakra control at this point this is yin and yang shape manipulation.
Overall technically naruto is supreme when in it comes to chakra control and manipulation.
Anyone who says otherwise just has no idea what there talking about.

Sasuke was in disbelief when he saw Naruto control the Kyuubi's chakra in BM avatar. I doubt Sakura can compare with the amount of chakra Naruto can control.

There is no proof that Naruto has better chakra control than Sakura, as simple as that. Just becuse he can share big amounts of chakra with his comrades doesnt mean his chakra control is better than Sakuras.

The idea of making Naruto the main protagonist is simple, when it comes to ordinary training and simple fights, Naruto always seems to suck at everything (battle strategies, chakra control....) but when it comes to protecting his freinds and the people he loves, Naruto -using his huge and powerful emotions- gains the ability to do the impossible, Therefore he gains the ability to control the largest amount of chakra in the whole chinobi world, he can control it, and he can create massive techniques in an instant, just because his emotions can't let him afford to letting his friends die.

That is what apart of chakra control not a separate thing in itself.
Molding requires control.
Manipulating it requires control
