this , lool... and plus... sakura was known , that he could trace a genjutsu and that she has amazing chakra control , don't compare a person that just understood how to control all his chakra , just in the war with a person that just been doing that since part 1 ... that's the same as saying... There is no proof that Naruto has better chakra control than Sakura, as simple as that. Just becuse he can share big amounts of chakra with his comrades doesnt mean his chakra control is better than Sakuras.

The idea of making Naruto the main protagonist is simple, when it comes to ordinary training and simple fights, Naruto always seems to suck at everything (battle strategies, chakra control....) but when it comes to protecting his freinds and the people he loves, Naruto -using his huge and powerful emotions- gains the ability to do the impossible, Therefore he gains the ability to control the largest amount of chakra in the whole chinobi world, he can control it, and he can create massive techniques in an instant, just because his emotions can't let him afford to letting his friends die.
