In terms of raw strenght One Piece rates highly amongst the shounen. However, in terms of overall strenght its Top Tiers are weaker than Naruto. Its best scaled feats are Country Level. << Whitebeard. Naruto on the other hand hovers from Continental to Moon Level. Speed wise Naruto has Relativistic to multiple FTL characters. One Piece is Relativistic with one LS character. The feat of Dodging Laser =/= LS. Its Relativistic. There is a reason LS dodging occurs with people with Observation. Your precognition predicts an attack trajectory and move before its executed. As it stands Light Kizaru remains the fastest character. Alabasta is the largest known island. Its size doesn't scale to all other islands which are regular. Even the so called Ice Continent's scale is Island. The meteor Madara dropped dwarfs that bitch. One thing great about OP is Oda is consistentency with what Tiers can do. Pound for Pound, exluding Hax Mid and (some) High Tiers can daddy dick characters from HST. However, Top Tiers often survive due to Intagibility. Hagoromo, Madara, Naruto, Sasuke, Otsutsuki Clan are all above everything we have seen in OP. Both in physical destruction and Hax. Unless Kaido is revealed to be Moon level soon, he is getting swept.

Does this sound like logical parameters to you? These were quantifiable feats that the characters have demonstrated in their respective universe. As I was attempting to prove Madara > Kaido, not because Ninjas are stronger than Pirates which is a meme argument. Rather based on pure scalable feats. Naruto Top Tiers (who are Moon Level) are overall -- accounting for their Durability, Stamina, Hax, Raw Strength -- stronger than One Piece Top Tiers (who are Country Level). However, One Piece physical feats from Low, Mid and High Tiers are vastly better than those of any HST. You'd have to look outside to series like Dragonball, Toriko, 666 Satan, Saint Seiya, Sailor Moon << which are known heavy weights for VS characters. Bruh this is FICTION. Logically people moving at speeds faster than light would evaporate. This is hopeless.

I just want to point out that Blackbeard is strong because he has done something that was impossible. Eating 2 devil fruits. It's like saying Madara has 2 ten tails. Oda, in my opinion, gives more of an explanation then Kishi.

Marco is immortal and whitebeards 1st commader. He can fight admirals and Yonko and has a huge amount of experience. He hasn't aged a day since he joined whitebeards crew so his healing factor is super amazing. Thus he can handle the most most grueling training in the whole anime and his haki is on par with that of an admiral or Yonko. He's an alroud sword genius and sniper also. And he's super intelligent.
