Minato barely avoided short range kamui with one ms and wasn't at its full speed as obi to said that he will be faster the next time
But we are talking about long range kamui with doubled speed and with rikudu chakra which made his eyes much stronger as kakashi said ,I don't see minato evade current kakashi 's long range kamui or kamui raiki which speed blitzed powered up kaguya ,while minato wasn't able to react to jiubiobito and jiubmadara

Really now? Minato has nothing to teleport to. Kamui Shurikens will Kamui his FTG Kunai with it. So Minato can't dodge double Kamui, much less Kamui Shurikens. Kakashi stomps.
