er,from the 2 jutsus that were used between kimi himself and that clone,kimi's was way suerio,and kimi was n cs2,that clone was in base,kabuto took only a portion of kimi's dna,he didnt get the full powers of kimi. Also kimi's stongest bone is bone spear,not that one.

And the fact that the magatamas pierced gaara's above steel level defence and cracked onoki's rock golem show that it is superior to an arrow that got stuck in a freaking rock pillar which isnt even as dense or strong as a rock golem or gaara's sand,and got deflected by chakra rods. Madara's magatama would destroy that rock pillar.
