teleporting is not speed because speed takes movement. they cant move at the speed of light because they are not moving.

So the speed list is determined by how well someone "blitzes" someone rather than their actual movement speed? Because Minato and Tobirama are both moving at the speed of light, and it's undeniably true that nothing is faster than light.

The reason people like Guy and Naruto are able to "blitz" people is because they are moving while attacking, as in, they're charging with insurmountable speeds, whereas, s/t users like Sasuke and Minato are moving instantly, but they aren't attacking instantly.

I agree, but base minato and tobirama speed arent on 6 gates lee level

do you think Sasuke has faster base speed than Tobirama, or are you counting his eye justu which won't be actual speed either

I'm not counting his eyes, tobirama couldnt keep up with a jin but sasuke kept up with one

Madara isnt as fast as either naruto and sasuke and minato is featless with kcm, you underestimate Gai too much

Teleportation works via pocket a dimension that instantly wars the user from point A to point B without them physically traveling that distance.

1. It was Edo Tensei Minato
2.His strike speed can't be instantly when the enemy isn't marked
3. He didn't have KCM or KCM 2.0 just Sennin-Mode
4. Madara has full knowledge about FTG and he was lucky cuz he had much better reflexes

He already used to be the fastest,in BM he is way more faster than even S06P Noodle or Sauce.
Hiraishin+BM foot speed and reflexes+His own fast reflexes.
