Naruto is the fastest as of last chapter. i would say 8 gates guy is equal or less then sasuke in speed.

I naruto blitzed kaguya once and hes once and hes suddenly faster than gai who blitzed madara the entire fight? kaguya has no speed feats.

sasuke couldn't blitz gg madara though he was faster than him. madara couldn't even react to guys speeds nor attacks.

minato and tobirama tried to blitz madara and failed miserably. ay cant even blitz minato. meanwhile guy blitzed madara the ENTIRE fight and madara could not keep up nor counter. sasuke is faster than madara but madara had plenty of time to counter.

So the speed list is determined by how well someone "blitzes" someone rather than their actual movement speed? Because Minato and Tobirama are both moving at the speed of light, and it's undeniably true that nothing is faster than light.

The reason people like Guy and Naruto are able to "blitz" people is because they are moving while attacking, as in, they're charging with insurmountable speeds, whereas, s/t users like Sasuke and Minato are moving instantly, but they aren't attacking instantly.

Kaguya hasnt even been shown to be as fast as Madara, you underestimate Gai too much, he moves so fast that he bends space, thats flash level speed right there

It's tough to say,but without the S/T jutsu Sasuke was able to catch up to a fleeing Madara and slice him in half right before he Kamui'd out of there.

teleporting is not speed because speed takes movement. they cant move at the speed of light because they are not moving.

Gai bent the space to a great extend through shear speed, so his speed is nearly relativistic.......so he definitely is the fastest when in eighth gate!! U_U
