Before commenting, if you haven't, read the new chapter.

Now... I have two questions for you all. One has to do with the recent chapter and the other.... with the Lord in my Avatar; Orochimaru.

Inquiry 1: The only time we have been shown a "tug of war" for Bijuu's chakra (in Naruto's case), the person who initiated and linked the chakra with the target (Kurama) gained the chakra from the pull. My question to you all is... Once the tug of war is finished between Naruto (ala Alliance as well) and Obito, based on the only other instance, would Naruto absorb the Bijuu's chakra?

Inquiry 2: This more or so has to do with the plot further down the line and past the point of the war. It has to do with Orochimaru. Now, right now, we don't know exactly what Orochimaru wants. We know he doesn't care about the war but helping in the war to thwart Mugen Tsukuyomi would let him continue his "experiments". What I think may happen is, given the obvious indication that Obito will die, could or would Orochimaru steal Obito's dead body and transfer himself in it? Would you be okay with that? It would effectively let Orochimaru become the "Final Villain" (not to be confused with Main Villain, which is Uchiha Obito)... It has everything Orochimaru ever wanted. A Sharingan, the Rinnegan to learn techniques, a strong enough body to learn Sage Mode... KAMUI.. Yea. You get it. He would be a hell of a fight even for a "Rikudou" Naruto or EOS Sasuke given he would (assumption) have such monstrous abilities like DSM which would amplify his Rinnegan techniques, Mokuton techniques, Snake Techniques, etc.

Honestly those both sound plausible, and awesome. I would love for the manga to head in that direction.
Absolutely agreed.
Inquiry 1: Yes I believe he will
Inquiry 2: I honestly don't know, if he does I wouldn't be too surprised.
1. Concur.
2. It just seems "Orochimaru"- like. Always taking advantage of the situation in the most advantageous position possible (when Obito is dead.)

If that happens, all his hype, will finally come true. His 10,000 techniques, he would be a nation buster (Hiruzen stated in part 1), I don't think anyone could compete.

1./ I don't think that will happen right now , people seem to forget that Madara is out there & if Naruto gets their chakra , how will that make Sauske look ? exactly , out power/outmatch/ weak , so , I don't think that is happening right now , only Gara will get Shikaku again & Madara will retain the bijus .

2./that is a very awesome idea , I wouldn't mind that at all , as longest Obito dies or gets completely taken over , i'm game.

Orochimaru has truly become one of my favorite characters over time... And yes, he would be nearly unbeatable. An Orochimaru with Sage Mode amplification and abilities to amplify Mokuton, Sharingan AND Rinnegan on top of his Snake techniques would only lose and or be contested by "Rikudou" Naruto.
1. I'm 99% sure on this.

2. Seems plausible, I wouldn't be against it.
Thanks for your input my friend.

He has actually accepted Sasuke as his student.

And no i would not like Orochimaru being the final villain. Because I want him to act like Sasuke's teacher.. Just like Tsunade and Jiraiya.

Can't happen given their relationship. Jiraiya/Tsunade and their student relationships were more neutral and well rounded because they were both "good". Sasuke was there for a single minded goal and Orochimaru the same. Orochimaru is simply observing. Sasuke even had harsh words for Orochimaru prior to reviving him when Suigetsu and Juugo showed him the scroll to undo the Shiki fujin.

I seriously doubt if Orochimaru will play the antagonist role anymore, he had already expressed his true feelings on the matter in "waiting for other winds to blow" (referring to Sasuke) so it is highly unlikely that Oro will take the initiative as the villain again.

1) yes
2) if anything I think he will take material from the tree (jubii) like he did with eight tails horn and use it to cultivate more jubii DNA which he could use to obtain the Rinnegan

And it would be counterintuitive for Kishimoto to show his redemption only for him to become evil again, so it is highly unlikely we will ever see Oro being "truly bad" again. He is more than anything a semi-participant and semi-passive observer to the drama unfolding.

Hmm... I see. But it's not definitive. We'd have to see Orochimaru's motives post war, when there is no conflict surrounding the world and impeding his experiments.

I do believe that Naruto will absorb the chakra of each Bijū, but it's not likely for Orochimaru to absorb Obito's body. I would actually love for that to happen, I always thought Orochimaru was the best villain, but it just doesn't seem like it would happen.

I honestly don't know... I feel as if Kishimoto has had problems finishing this arc, and that next arc could be flawless given the right establishments. Orochimaru would be perfect. "Why not end off where you started", kind of idea. It just seems like something Orochimaru would do. Given the concept, he gets an Uchiha-Senju body with everything he ever wanted. He couldn't do anything to Sasuke right now or later on (EOS Sasuke), but gain an even better body suited to his needs, and he could when Obito dies.

For now it's up in the air.

In no way has Kishimoto shown Orochimaru's redemption. He's too far gone, he's always had a snake-like nature to him. Snakes are deceiving.

There has been no redemption yet, and nothing signals something such as that. The second Orochimaru was revived, his first thought was taking Sasuke's body. Doesn't seem very "semi-passive observer" at all. But it's still up in the air for now. Orochimaru has way too much potential as a villain to just be redeemed.

Well : Naruto and Jiraiya's relationship was a Grandson/Grandpa's.

Tsunade and Sakura's is shown to be strictly teacher.

Orochimaru and Sasuke have more connection. Also, no notice how Orochimaru is actually caring how Sasuke is feeling. He is looking after Sasuke.. he is following Sasuke. Sasuke doesn't talk to Orochimaru with respect..just like how Orochimaru used to treat him like a experiment. BUT OROCHIMARU IS CHANGING... And I really I hope he does. Because personally the evil orochimaru was pretty creepy and boring.

Plus, he seems pretty proud that Sasuke is advancing.

In my personal opinion he added some spice, everyone else are victims, to me it seemed he was evil for the hell of it, which reminded me alot of the joker. Which is why I like him.
