[Doton] Crutch teaches me how to use rocks.

Saito listened as Deva explained the technique to him. He looked over in the direction which he pointed in as he saw Naraka path attempting to drag himself out of a cave, but it was all for nothing.

Saito's face lit up when he saw Naraka path.

Whats that? You see daylight? NOT FOR LONG! Saito slammed his hand on the surface of the earth and channeled doton chakra through his arm into the ground. He positioned the doton chakra in the ground and around the walls of the cave, as well as focusing a much larger amount directly under Naraka path. By adding more chakra to the point under Naraka, the ground started to sink downwards, brining the cave and Naraka with it. In a swift instant the cave was completely caved in, and Naraka was probably crushed. On a whim Saito decided to check out and see the damage it had done to Naraka. He jumped atop a rock which provided a good view of where Naraka was when the jutsu started, and he looked down to see his body half crushed by the boulder.

Devaaaaa! Naraka's pretending to be Obito agaaaiiiin!

Saito said this as Naraka said in the background:

Curse you Kakashi! I love you Rin! #voteteaminfinitetsukyomi!!

Saito returned back to the side of Deva as he began explaining the next technique.

Huh, so its like that C ranked Stone Spikes. Cool, I like that technique.

Saito looked around and saw Animal path sitting on a chair reading a book. Saito simply focused doton chakra through his legs into the earth, then gathered it around Animal path. Using shape manipulation, Saito created four spikes which sped out of the ground and pierced Animal path from four different directions.

I mean, you seem to like piercings, so you can't be that mad at me, right?

Saito turned to face Deva path once more, and he explained the next technique to him.

Huh, a rock clone. Interesting. Saito turned to see Naraka (somehow) and Human path running towards him. Saito focused doton chakra in his mouth, and using shape manipulation turned it into a few rocks. Saito spit out the rocks towards the ground in front of him, and the rocks came together and then expanded and shaped themselves into an exact replica of himself.

Clone me, defend me, or you, or I, or... GO!

The clone started to run towards the two paths and said: Watch this! When he got in range of the two paths, he flipped his body forwards past the two paths and landed on his hands. He thrusted both of his feet towards each of the path's heads, knocking them forwards and hitting the ground hard. Clone Saito then took out a kunai with a bomb tag on it and threw it at the two paths getting up off the ground.

Impressive. Now place your hand on the ground and manipulate the earth near you to rise and form a protective formation of rock ranging from a simple shield to a complete dome that can contain multiple people. The rock may be further manipulated to form openings for you to see through or attack from. Protect yourself.

Doing so, seemingly leaves the surrounding terrain unaltered, even when the quantity of earth used is enough to form a complete dome around multiple individuals as seen when Ittan used this technique. The user can also manipulate the resulting shelter to have openings in it so as to be able to observe outside, as demonstrated when used by Kitsuchi.

Next, simply slam your hands on the ground and create a 1/4 dome of earth for protection against frontal attacks. The dome's shape resembles part of an oval when viewed from above. Block my attack. Fūton: Senpūken!

This jutsu is a stronger version of the Mudshot technique requiring you to fire many smaller mudshots from your mouth instead of one, allowing you to target a larger area and multiple people. Ruin their lives.

Saito listened to Deva as he explained the next technique to him. He then pointed out one of his paths as he threw several kunai with bomb tags on them towards Saito. Dropping his right hand to the earth and bending his knees, he focused doton chakra into the earth around himself to create a large semi-circle of earth in front of him. He forced a little opening in the wall so that his line of sight wasn't blocked in front of him.

Saito scooted backwards then stood up, content with his barrier. He then listened to Deva as he explained the next technique to him. Deva unleashed a powerful blast of wind from his fist which cut through the air towards Saito. Saito slammed both of his hands on the ground, and by once again focusing doton chakra into the earth he forced a barrier of earth to rise up and intercept the blast of wind.

Saito stood up and jumped over his semi-circle wall, landing a few feet away from Deva. Deva once again explained the next technique to him, but this time it was something which was very similar to a previous technique he had learned. Saito spewed out a large amount of mud, then by focusing his doton chakra into the mud and manipulating it, he forced hundreds of mini mud shots to launch out of the mud, covering the paths.

Good job. Now perform the Rat, Snake, and Tiger handseals before creating a wave of earth beneath you and directing it to ram your target. By making the wave branch off you could attack distant enemies without putting yourself into the fray. Additionally, this technique can be used to trap your target by manipulating the ground and wrapping earth around his legs. Trap and attack this guy.

Next, after using the previous jutsu, perform the Snake handseal and shape the head of the wave into a large needle to impale your target. Really easy. Try it out.

This jutsu is completely different than what you've done before and kind of hard to explain. By sending chakra into this scroll you can release mud covering an area to set up the trap. If someone's chakra comes into contact with the mud, the trap activates and the mud transforms into three wolves that attack the enemy. Even when damaged, the wolves can reform again and keep the enemy occupied. Also, when the trap is triggered, a portion of the scroll's markings disappear so you can tell if it's been activated or not. Set up the trap and i'll lead someone into it.

(Doton: Doro Ookami) - Earth Release: Mud Wolves

Description: A trap technique in which the user will place somewhere and is activated upon contact with the opponent's chakra. The user uses a scroll to lay the trap in which releases mud that forms into the shape of wolves that will attack the enemy target/s. Despite being damaged the wolves can reform which can keep the enemy occupied to allow the enemy make a getaway. (Can only create a maximum of 3 mud wolves)
Note: Takes one turn to set the trap up and wolves only last two turns

Saito turnes towards the sprinting Asura path whom was wailing and shouting something about needing a raise.
A raise? Oh, I can do that for you.... :snick: Saito preformed the Rat → Snake → Tiger handseals, then focused his doton chakra in a somewhat wide range around the path. A giant rock comparable in shape and size to the famous "Water Dragon Jutsu" exploded out of the ground behind Asura path and quickly caught up to him, wrapping him up. Ending his chakra control on that technique and telling the rock keep Asura locked in place, Saito weaved the same handseals as before but this time focused the chakra under himself. Another rock very similar to the previous one burst from the ground, the tip of it under Saito so he could ride on top of it oh so majestically as his hair blew back and forth threw the wind O____O' . Saito jumped off of the rock, backflipping away a second before the two smashed into each other in a way which sent the path flying into the air.
I rose you up into the sky. Saito said this as he used his right hand as a brim over his eyes to protect them from the sun as he watched Asura fly through the air.

Saito, still watching Asura as he now began to fall, listened as Deva explained the next technique. He re-preformed the first technique, and it burst from the ground under his feet, bringing him closer to the falling Asura. Focusing his mind on the shape of the rock and by preforming the rat handseal, the tip of the rock reshaped itself into a needle. Slapping an explosive tag on the rock for extra fun, Saito jumped off of it backwards to be able to watch the scene from a safer distance. The rock impaled Asura, but the bomb tag was also set off, causing a great explosion in the sky.

Saito turned once more towards Deva as he once again explained to him the next technique. He then tossed a bunch of obscene photos of Konan on the ground, not phased at all. The other paths eyes all lit up, and they made a mad dash towards them. Wow. That was... unexpected. Props to you for having these.
Saito caught the scroll that Deva tossed to him, and he immediately brought it to the ground and opened it in one swift motion. Saito focused his chakra into the scroll which caused three wolves made of mud to rise up from the ground. The wolves brutally attacked the path's who were unable to get a good look at any of the photos.

Excellent. For this jutsu channel doton chakra across the surface of your body and convert the chakra to rock which encases you in armor also strengthening your taijutsu attacks. The armor may be manipulated to change your appearance or create blunt weapons from it. On the downside, your armor's weight slows your movement and is vulnerable to lightning jutsu. Suit up and endure my attack. Katon: Gōkakyū no Jutsu!

(Doton no Yoroi) - Earth Release Armor

Description: This Technique coats the users body with stones, making them much more resistant to attacks, at the cost of their speed. Whilst using this technique, the user can even change their appearance, but once the technique is either defeated or worn off the users original appearance is shown. The user whilst in this armor is resistant to B rank normal ninjutsu but is vulnerable to Lightning Techniques.

This one's very self-explanatory. Unlike the last one, your skin is hardened instead of creating earth to protect yourself. It also can't be sustained like the other one so it only lasts the turn you use it. Feel free to ko them if they get annoying.

(Doton: Domu) – Earth Release: Earth Spear Technique

Description: After performing the Snake hand seal the user will channel their chakra throughout their entire body, which then hardens their skin to a steel-like quality. This increases their defensive power to the utmost limits. The user’s skin also becomes much darker, an almost black colour. The destructive power of physical attacks is increased, making this a great, all purpose technique. But this technique when activated leaves the user vulnerable to lightning based techniques.
Note: Kakuzu bios can use this technique without the need for handseals

Now just slam you hands on the ground a make a row of large rocks protrude from the ground and strike your target from below. Give him some back pain.

Kirito stood there with a gentile expression on his face as he tapped Saito on the shoulder, said a few words to him, gave him a high five, and took his place as Saito drew his sword and ran off to a battle of some sorts. Good luck, Saito.

Looking at Deva, Kirito gave him a nod as he introduced himself. Hi, my name is Kazuto Kirigaya, but everyone calls me Kirito. Kirito listened to Deva as he explained all of the techniques which he had taught Saito thus far, all somehow taking only a few minutes. Kirito sat on the ground leaning against a tree stump as Deva explained to him the next technique. As a fireball advanced towards Kirito, he didn't flinch or move at all, but instead used what Deva had presented to him, this technique. Focusing doton chakra all throughout his body, stones grew from his skin and clothes, covering him completely to protect him from the fireball. He left two little eye slots open until the last second when the fireball made contact. Feeling the impact of the fireball and hearing the crumbling of a lot of the rocks, Kirito almost released the technique when he felt the smack of something. Opening some eye slots, Kirito looked upwards and saw three of the paths with baseball bats yelling a bunch of crap about how first this Saito guy was beating on them, and now how he was too. Some stuff about needing a raise and needing some breaks in between training was thrown in there too. Beginning to stand up, Kirito felt the smashing of more bats and heard them yell at him to "stay down", etc. Kirito, now standing fully straight, focused doton charka in his right arm and into the rocks on his right arm. Seeing another bat swung his way, Kirito brought his right hand to it and caught it. Tightening his grip and staring at Asura, the one who had swung this time, Kirito snapped the bat. Releasing his armor, Kirito stepped forwards and bent low, then crashed his right fist into Asura's jaw, smashing through his metal face, decapitating the robot of a man. Yo. Naraka, could you get on that? Kirito called out to him as he was sitting in a lawn chair with some popcorn watching this unfold. Kirito turned and landed a swift punch to the gut of Animal path, and then turned towards Preta. I propose a chance for you, Preta, as you hit me far fewer times than either of those two. We play "Rocks paper scissors. I assume you understand what will happen if you lose. In unison, Preta and Kirito said: Rocks, paper, scizzors.... SHOOT!!! Preta had thrown a "scissor" and Kirito a "rock". LETS ROCK AND ROLL!!!! Kirito landed an angled uppercut on Preta, sending him flying backwards in an arc. Releasing his arm technique, Kirito focused doton chakra into the ground where he figured Preta would probably land. Once close enough to the ground, Kirito forced a series of large rocks to protrude from the earth to meet Preta, sending him a few feet back towards Kirito, hitting the ground and sliding for another few feet.

Impressive. Ready for something new? Perform the Ram and Snake handseals before sending chakra into the sky above your target and creating a portal-like opening from which a large amount of thick, adhesive mud should fall and cover your target, immobilizing and crushing him underneath. This large scale technique even proves effective against giant summons. There's one now.

(Doton: Nentsuchi Otoshi) – Earth Release: Sticky Earth Drop

Description: The user does 2 handseals (Ram → Snake) and creates an opening within the sky, which drips down onto the opponent a large amount of sticky mud (in all similar to that of Swamp of the Underworld Technique), covering them. The mud is very heavy and thick as well as adhesive, making it impossible to move if caught and easily crushing an enemy underneath. It’s normally followed up by Lightning release: sixteen pillar bind to create a giant oven around the opponent and then using Fire release: Firing biscuit technique to ignite the oven, hardening the mud and immobilizing the enemy target.

Next, perform the snake handseal and slam your hands on the ground. Create an opening above your target like before and drop from it a giant, boar-shaped earthen dome. The dome may be hollow to imprison your target in utter darkness, or solid to crush them flat. I think Cerberus hasn't learned his lesson yet.

(Doton: Otoshibuta) – Earth Release: Dropping Lid

Description: After doing the Snake handseal and slamming his hands on the ground, he user creates a portal above the target, high in the sky from which a giant, boar-shaped, earthen lid drops and falls on the target, trapping it underneath. The lid can be hollow or solid, depending on if the user wants to deal damage to the enemy or not. Because of its size, to safely used, the lid has to be created at least mid range from the user otherwise he will also be caught inside. The biggest lid can dwarf a boss summon like Nagato's Dog or Gamabunta.

Next, create a clone of yourself made of mud. What makes it unique among clone techniques is its ability to reform itself after being damaged by a physical attack. It may also trap the limb of an attacker in its mud form instead of reforming, a useful tactic against taijutsu or weapon users. The clone can perform up to C rank earth jutsu as well. Create a clone and I'll see how it deals with being attacked.

Description: This technique creates a clone made of mud. Since its made of mud, it can continue to reform and mold itself back to its original shape even after taking physical damage (up to C-Rank). An unique use is that after reverting to mud, it can hold the opponent in place as a binding technique. They can also use up to C rank earth techniques.

Kirito looked over at the giant Ceberus which Deva had just told him to try the newest technique on, and instantly began focusing doton chakra above it. Whilst doing that, he quickly weaved the Ram → Snake hand seals, making sure to not waste any time. The Ceberus for some reason lost interest in the four paths which it was fighting with by it's feet along with the one in it's mouth, and looked directly at Kirito. It sprang forwards in an attempt to rush him, but large amounts of very sticky mud fell upon it before it could go too far. The Ceberus sank to the ground under all of the pressure of the mud. Kirito kept his eyes on the Ceberus as Deva told him about the next technique. He applied more doton chakra to the same area as the previous technique while forming the "rat" hand seal, causing a giant stone lid with very detailed carvings and shapes along it to fall from the sky and land over the Ceberus.

Kirito listened again as Deva told him about another technique.
"Create a clone and I'll see how it deals with being attacked. "
Alright, here goes then. Kirito focused doton chakra to the left of him, shaping it to look like himself. Suddenly, a small cloud of smoke appeared and cleared to reveal the clone.
That looks about right to me. So, lets see how it handles combat! Kirito nodded at his clone who nodded back. The clone looked forwards at the nearing path, and readied itself when it pivoted to deliver a spinning kick aimed for it's chest. The clone, against all regular logic and reasoning didn't even flinch. The kick made contact with the clone's stomach, but the path's leg sank right into him. Now that the path was stuck, the clone weaved the snake → Seal of Confrontation hand seals to form layers of rock around his right arm. The clone brought his arm back, then struck the path in the chest by bringing it forwards.

Manipulate the earth near your target and shape it into huge jaws that stab and crush your target between them. The jaws may vary in size to suit the situation. Show that dog what it's like to get bitten.

Instantly, the ground to the sides of the opponent take the shape of huge jaws and attempt to crush and stab him between them. The size of the jaws can be adjusted to fit the size of the opponent or other uses.

Next, perform the Snake handseal and strike the ground, causing the earth surrounding your target to rise up over him and construct a large cavern. It serves to imprison your target and can have openings in it to allow your attacks to reach the trapped target who would have nowhere to escape to. Try it out.

(Doton: Tsuchi Kairō) - Earth Release: Earth Corridor

Description: The user will first perform the snake hand seal and then cause the earth in the surrounding area to rise up and over a target and create a cavern, imprisoning the target. The user can leave an opening to allow attacks to go in to strike down the trapped adversaries, or close it up completely to prevent escape.

For this jutsu perform the Ram handseal and make the earth beneath your target become very loose and manipulate it to spiral inwards toward a large pit at the center. Anyone caught will be dragged to the center of the pit and buried underground where they will be suffocated and crushed if buried deep enough. The pit's range can be large or small depending on the amount of chakra fueling the technique. Try it out.

Description: The user performs the Ram hand seal and causes causes the ground and everything on and around it to be sucked in towards the middle of a large pit, much like the method an antlion uses to catch prey. Upon being dragged to the centre, the victim will then be sucked underground. There the victim, depending on how deep the user makes them sink, will be trapped and/or suffocated. The range of the pit is determined by how much chakra is put into the technique.

Kirito weaved the Ram → Horse → Tiger → Rabbit → Snake handseals and then quickly slammed his hands onto the earth, focusing doton chakra under the Cerberus which Deva pointed out. Shaping the earth formations around him in one swift motion, a large rock below him grew a mouth and sharp teeth. It bit into the underbelly of the Cerberus, surprising it and making it flip out. The rock formation lunged upwards, lifting the Cerberus into the air, and then slammed it against the ground.

Kirito listened as Deva explained to him the next technique and suggested the group of paths bathing in the sun as targets. Kirito formed the "snake" handseal and then placed his hands onto the ground. Shifting the rocks around the group, he forced them out of the ground and upwards, imprisoning them in a dark dome like structure with no way out whatsoever. Listening to the group inside, they were more concerned with not getting their tan than anything else.

Kirito listened to Deva once again explain a technique and point out some targets. Kirito preformed the "ram" handseal while making the sand and earth below the group playing volleyball very loose. One by one they began to sink downwards into the spiraling earth, crushing them and sending them continuously deeper and deeper. All that was left above ground in that area was the volleyball which somehow stayed aboveground.

Well done. Here's a reliable technique for changing the landscape. Perform the Tiger handseal and channel doton chakra into the earth below you. By vastly increasing the amount of earth and shaping it as needed, you can create a giant rampart in any shape you desire. There are many uses for this technique so it is good to be creative and explore the possibilities. Use it twice, each time creating a different structure.

Description: By performing the Tiger hand seal the user then makes a gigantic rampart rise up beneath the user's feet, by shaping the ground and increasing the amount of earth with chakra. Depending on what the user imagines, the shape of the rampart can be anything from level ground to a steep, needle-like mountain. If the user increases the volume of earth too much, he can be forced to keep his chakra consumption down. The user can combine this jutsu with Water Style: Waterfall Basin Technique to create a waterfall.

Next, we have the bread and butter of earth techniques. I can't explain it any better myself so read the description and use both methods to create walls and block these attacks.

Description: The user will first perform the Tiger → Hare → Boar → Dog and then creates a solid wall of earth as a form of defense. Chakra is either converted to earth within the body and then spat out to form the wall or the user can manipulate pre-existing earth to form the wall. The earth then instantly rises up and takes form. The barrier itself is also coated with chakra, making its strength incomparable to that of a normal mud wall. Because of the earth's special characteristics, the wall is highly resistant against, for instance, fire and water. Hizuren Sarutobi spits mud from his mouth to perform the jutsu whilst Kakashi creates a wall composed of bulldog sculptures to box-in Pain.

Another jutsu used to move through earth similar to the Underground Projection Fish technique. It allows you to move the rocks the same way and can also act as camouflage if you use your chakra to blend into it. This one has its limitations as well. You can't mearge with other forms of earth that aren't solid and you can't move very fast though it is faster than the former technique. One more thing, don't die. Doton: Ganban Kyu!

The limitation of the technique is that it cannot be used to meld into other types of earth than rock or solid earth and its not a very fast technique, despite being faster than Underground Projection Fish technique.

Kirito formed the "tiger" handseal while focusing doton chakra into the ground around and below him. Putting together a mental image of what he wanted to change the land to look like, Kirito had the earth below him rise up to a point below him. Forming the "tiger" handseal once more and focusing doton chakra into the ground, a steep slant like mountain rose upwards in front of him for him to slide down on to the ground.

Once Kirito made it to the ground, he saw Deva path send a giant wave of raging water towards him at an extremely high speed. Weaving the Tiger → Hare → Boar → Dog and then slamming his hands onto the ground, a wall rose upwards between the water and him. The wave collided with it and sprayed water all around it, around Kirito. Hearing a louder splash of water behind him compared to the sound of the raging water, Kirito turned around to see Asura path leaping at him, readying some sort of punch from the looks of it. Weaving the handseals again, Kirito spit mud onto the ground which grew upwards into a wall between the two. Kirito next gathered doton chakra around his right arm while weaving two handseals and prepared to counter-attack. Once the wall was broken down by Asura's punch, Kirito leapt forwards and yelled out while landing a punch on his face:

Kirito heard the ground around him rumble and Deva yell the name of a technique he was familiar with. Gathering and then spreading doton chakra throughout his body like instructed, he sunk straight into the stones as they slammed together on Kirito. He "swam" to the edge of the rock, and then pulled himself out of it.

Excellent. Now perform the Bird handseal and use your doton chakra to condense earthen materials in the ground like rock or mud and form several spikes protruding from it to pierce your target. Try it out.

Next, perform the Tiger, Rat, and Snake handseals to loosen the rocks that make up the ceiling of a cave to cause it to collapse on anyone inside. This isn't new but this one applies only to caves. Try it out.

Just removing a single vital stone throws off the balance of the cave, making it unexpectedly fragile and causing a domino effect that destroys the entire cave. The shinobi from Iwagakure use this technique in their pride tactic, luring several enemies into a cave to kill them all at once.

Here's a technique involving two elements. You must gather doton chakra in your leg and stomp the ground, causing chunks of rock to be lifted out the ground before you launch them at your target. Then ignite the rocks with fire that will make the burning rocks explode on impact. Let them know pain.

With that, Ed formed the "bird" handseal and slammed his hands onto the ground for effect. All around and under the paths, large spikes of rock rose upwards, skewering them in multiple directions.

A few of the paths who escaped the spikes ran off towards a cave, and Edward let them scamper inside of it before he wove the Tiger → Rat → Snake handseals. Ed focused his chakra in the ceiling of the cave, and in a moment it crumbled down upon them, crushing them inside of it as Edward angrily yelled,
WHO'S THE SMALL ONE NOW!?!? I think that would be you three who are now squashed under those rocks!!

Edward turned to see how the skewered paths were doing, when he saw a few of them throw a number of shuriken at him. Ed stomped his right leg on the ground, causing an explosion of rocks to occur between the paths and Ed. Edward exhaled a thin stream of fire at the rocks which ignited them and sent them flying towards the paths.

Ha...! Superb. Here's another jutsu utilizing two elements. First perform four handseals and place your hand on the ground to raise a pillar of earth from the ground. By focusing raiton chakra in this pillar you charge it with electricity which is discharged all around it, shocking anyone nearby with electric bolts. Find someone to fry.

Description: The user will make a set of four hand seals and then will place their hand on the ground to create a pillar of earth to rise up from the ground. This pillar is then given a electrical charge that causes electric bolts to be emitted from the pillar up to short range from the pillar, shocking any targets in the vicinity.

Next, raise two large floating rock cubes two meters squared using your chakra that rotate around you. Through hand movements you can direct them into the path of an incoming attack or fling them at your target with great speed thanks to the cube's momentum gained through its rotation. Block their attack and strike back.

Description: The user focuses his chakra and channels into the earth to create 2 large floating rock cubes 2 meters squared. The cubes rotate around the user to either defend him from incoming attacks (he needs to direct them using hand movements towards the attack and each cube has a C-Rank strength) or, through using the momentum created by the rotation, be flung at the enemy with incredible speed.

For this jutsu, perform the Ram, Dog, and Rat handseals before placing your hand on the ground. Your doton chakra should create a circular arena by raising reinforced walls to surround your target at 4 meters high and 15 meters in diameter. The floor should also be flattened out and reinforced as well. Any damage above C-rank in power will make the walls disappear in a puff of smoke. Ignore the damage points on this jutsu. Help these guys out.

Edward looked over at the two pain in the butts (see what I did there

) sitting around. Forming the handseals flawlessly, he followed it up by slamming his hands onto the ground below. Focusing his doton chakra into the earth in front of him and mid range away, Ed forced a pillar to stone to rise upwards which soon after emitted an electrical charge after he sent raiton chakra into it (using raiton which Zaph taught me in a session which you're teaching, how wonderful

). The electricity shocked the paths and melted the rods before they could reach him.

Soon after Edward shocked them, the two pains fought back and threw black rods towards him. Focusing his doton chakra into the ground below, Edward created two cubes of stone which he used to intercept the rods by directing them in front of himself using his hands. The rods snapped as they hit the rocks, deflecting off of them and towards the ground.

Edward looked over to see one of the paths hiding behind some rocks as a group of some of the others looked around for him. After Deva's suggestion, Ed formed the Ram → Dog → Rat handseals and then placed his hands onto the ground. He sent doton chakra over a large area and created a huge circular arena to prevent the path from escaping easily.

Edward noticed one of the paths running about, moving from object to object, hiding behind them as he evaded the attacks of the others paths. Listening to Deva explain the next technique and then point out that this was a good situation to try it out, he wove the Ram → Dog → Rat handseals and then placed his hands onto the ground. He channeled doton chakra through it and over a large span in a nice circle to surround everyone. Focusing on the materials in the ground, Edward forced a large amount of stone to rise upwards about four meters. Once the wall had risen up and was set in place, Edward smoothed the ground out by focusing on his chakra in it and manipulating it's shape.

You got it. Moving on, perform the Rabbit, Boar, Rat, Horse, and Tiger handseals and slam you hands on the ground to produce one of two effects. You could cause the earth to break apart and uplift piles of rock around your target to knock them off balance and make it harder for them to move around. Alternatively could make the ground break apart and collapse, dropping the enemy in a trench. However, this technique has a limited height and depth it can go to. Stop those guys.

This technique can also effectively create barricades by creating large trenches or linear elevations that would take quite some time for a regular person to surmount.

This one's unique in its own way. First manipulate the ground to raise three large rocks around your target, pointing towards him. Then shoot the rocks out of the ground at your target who will be crushed when the rocks collide on him. It's possible to hit low aerial targets as well. Here's something you can demolish.
