Be sure to do this very carefully or your hand will explode. I could regrow mine, you cannot. If you do it right, the tips of your fingers will glow purples. Then release the chakra thru your finger tips toward your target.

Focus chakra into that scroll. When you see an opposing jutsu allow that chakra to leak out, then make your chakra overpower the other jutsu's chakra, and make your chakra pull the chakra that makes up the other jutsu into the scroll.

I use (Katon: Komakai Kaki) - Fire Style: Small fire.

As the fire comes racing towards me i unroll the scroll and concentrate chakra into it, i gather all my chakra at a single point on the scroll and compress it, i keep adding chakra to the scroll. Then i send all the chakra out of the scroll and over to the fire, my chakra surrounds and isolates the strongest concentration of your chakra in the fireball, and owerpowers it, and as it gets overpowered, my chakra draw all your chakra back into the scroll thereby dispelling your technique.

Takes a pen, and writes the kanji you tell me on the seal, then i cautiously focus chakra into the seal and makes it fill every inch of it, i constantly check the stability of the chakra to ensure that the seal will work 100% as it should, then as the Kanji begins to glow i slap it on a random tourist.

I take a deep breath and slowly begins to mold chakra for the jutsu, then i slowly but steady repeats the handseals you showed me, as i finish the last seal i direct a larger amount of chakra into my left hand and uses chakra manipulation to make it reach the exact points where it'll be easiest to control. I keep directing chakra into my hand as i double check the important and vital points of the jutsu and reinforce the weak areas of the seal in my hand, then as the seal seems perfect i walk over to you while carefully maintaining control over the seal and smashes it into your stomach.
